Rep hasn't been a requirement for Prem for a long while now. Allowing someone unlimited ability to rep would mean they could literally go through the member list and quickly rep random people in order to rep a certain person as many times as they'd like. Like say I wanted to rep Sabby, I could rep her, go to the member list, rep an unlimited number or people, rep Sabby again, etc. If that makes sense.

Kyogre's appearance is part of the story. You'll get there, you have to battle or capture it in order to move on in the game. lol no don't use your Master Ball on something like Kyogre. Save it for one of the really difficult to catch ones like Latias/Latios, which requires you to first encounter and then track throughout the region. Save before it, have at least 99 Ultra Balls, and in my experience Sleep condition works better than Paralysis, because if Kyogre is paralyzed it can still attack. If it runs out of PP for moves it'll use Struggle and it'd only be a matter of time until it KO'd itself.

...did you try searching in Google before you made this? >> If you're using Windows 7 Starter, you can't change the desktop. But if you're using the regular 7, just do this. Click "Appearance and Personalization". And then a window will pop up that'll let you browse folders on your machine for images.
