After his brief conversation with Adam the two of them had they both walked up to the roof of the hotel. It seemed empty enough right now but there was always the chance someone could just climb up here and seem two people with swords fighting with fire and...whatever Adam could really do. The both of them ended up finding a secluded area to the rooftop when he turned to face Adam. "So, you ready to fight or am I going to have to tell you how to fight?" Maalik was standing right next to him with an unamused expression on his face. In fact, based on Richard's response, he looked ready to smack him in the back of the head again. 'I'm fine.' Maalik backed off from Richard and said, "alright then. Oh and do try and refine your powers a bit more. They're still a little rough around the edges, and certainly no where close to their purest form, so try and be more technical with them." With that Maalik disappeared and left Richard to fight the Adam kid. "Alright, we'll start on three." Richard drew El-Harriss in his left hand. With his right hand he held up a three and counted down. When it reached zero he dropped his hand down to signal the start of the fight. Richard just felt like seeing how the kid would react to a sudden attack so he just went for something quick. Coating El-Harris in its white mist, without moving his feet an inch he raised his blade into the air and swung it down. After the slash it released a wave of white mist, which aside from maybe feeling warmer from it, the wasn't actually going to do any harm to the kid.
Evan had been enjoying his time in his apartment for quite some time. Evan hadn't done much in the past few days and his body was yelling at him for it. Whenever took a day of reprieve and didn't really move at all for the day, his body took that as a day to tell him to take a break. He didn't really feel the pain of soreness, but he felt the lack of energy his body had. Yesterday had been hell in which he could barely move at all and was forced to do school work at home. Damn english and its structured rules telling him he had to write a certain way in order to be correct. He'd write whatever the fuck way he wanted to damn it. And in any color he so felt would be necessary. Regardless his body was being able to be active again, though he was still having to do work on his school computer at home. Ah how he loathed it all. Eventually he heard his phone go off though and looked over to it. A text from Boss Man Erik? Sweet. Well who was he to turn down this awesome offer. Getting some tequila in his system was just what his body needed to get to recovering...or at least he thought it did. Actually he was pretty sure it'd have the exact opposite effect. Oh well having a drink with Boss Man and the Professor sounded like a hella fun idea. As such he replied to Boss Man Erik. Evan pocketed his phone and decided to get a move on. While usually he'd just rollerblade over there, his legs basically told him that they were in no way ready to do that. A such he decided to take his car and do some of his good old reckless drivers down the road to the professors place. What a fun night this was gonna be.
Brandon woke up ready to get a start on with his day...sort of. He was always excited to get his angel stuff up and running but being with Heinry was weird. It wasn't so much that he minded Heinry as a person, he was a pretty cool guy just like all the other angels on their team, but he seemed pretty eager to leave Germany and go on his way to do wife saving stuff in Antarctica. Brandon was all for doing the wife saving thing, but he didn't really think it was a good idea to do it just by themselves and not wait for anyone else to come and join them. Without Xana's infinite supply of money and Lion's angel powers to get them free stuff, there was only a finite amount of traveling they could do, food they could eat and hotel's they could stay out before they were flat broke. Not to mention Antarctica was cold, like really much so, and they didn't really have any sort of winter gear to be going into a snowy hot-,er, coldspot of the world. Regardless Brandon still did his usual thing of getting dressed and going to get food as usual. After that was done he just went to the lobby of the hotel and started bouncing his tennis ball around a bit on his racket, in the lobby waiting for Heinry to get out and start whatever he was going to end up doing.
Richard woke up that morning feeling no sense of drowsiness whatsoever. With all the traveling they had done recently, Richard had fallen asleep for more than two-thirds of the days on average. Really he probably could've stayed up all night with the amount of energy he had saved up...but sleeping was just so much better. As he got out of bed he noticed a bed on the opposite side of him was rather unkempt. Was someone else here last night? Oh well, that didn't quite concern him at the moment. He simply went about his morning hygiene and got himself dressed for the day. After that was over and done with he got himself downstairs and started eating breakfast. He filled himself up enough for the moment and just went to the lobby. Once there he found himself a seat to sit down in and reclined back. He closed his eyes for a moment and began to sleep. Roughly two minutes later he snapped back awake when he realized they weren't actually leaving the country this morning...well this was odd. Maalik appeared in the seat next to him and just nonchalantly smoked his "cigarette." "Stuck without any plans today?" Richard stayed silent for a moment. "Thought as much." Maalik continued to just puff out the white mist being generated until he finally continued with his own suggestion. "You know that thing you did awhile ago? Ya know, the massive amounts of work that you did against one of my past selves which got you as far as it did with your powers? Just a thought, but maybe you'd want to go at it again. Only this time with someone who isn't part you." Richard continued to sit there silently just taking in the suggestion. He sighed and got out of his seat ready to do some training or whatever. If memory served correctly there were six potential candidates to train with here. There was the two newcomers, Logan and Vincent, but they'd probably prove to be a bit difficult to fight, if nothing else because Richard would probably kill them by accident if he did. Next there was Joslyn who didn't seem to be the greatest physical competitor at the moment. After that was Jun Tae who always seemed to have a personal agenda to fill, and Richard doubted he was a part of that agenda. That left Adam and Samuel. Samuel had proven to be a respectable challenge in the past, but he was actually curious about what the Adam kid could do. Not to mention it was always a good idea to try and refine yourself off of a few different opponents before challenging the same ones. As such he went to his door and knocked on it waiting for a response.
Ah Venice. Home to wonderful sights, cuisine, women, and now apparently angels. What a major difference that was now happening in his life. He woke up that morning feeling wonderfully ready for such a grand journey to Rome. No matter how rudely the asian girl might have woken him up. He was apparently going to see the teamwork between these two girls and have that as being as their main persuasion towards having him join their merry little not so merry gang. Though mostly this was just a free trip to Rome so who was he to turn it down. He got out of his bed and got himself fully dressed and ready to get going on this grand trip of theirs to Rome. "So is this going to be the display of teamwork you need to see?" Sal shrugged his shoulders before saying, 'not necessarily. It is going to be nice to see if any of these people can get along with each other, though I'm going to assume they already do. Actually, I'm more curious about the red headed one. What'd you say her name was?' "Xathanael, designation of God's Sixth Angel Created and the Hidden One." 'Yeah that's the one. Really there seems to be something special about her, not so much angel wise, but more of a personality thing. Really a shame I won't be able to see her alongside everyone else today, but I think seeing her work with the asian one will be good enough. Oh, and good morning Zachariel.' With that he followed the asian girl and Xathanael to the car that they had gotten from...somewhere, and got situated for the car ride. Though when he was there, he had noticed that another person was there with them as well. Sal vaguely remembered that person being with the others yesterday, though he was pretty sure that guy never made a sound at all. Not to mention he seemed to be rather reserved as they had made their way through Italy. The asian girl seemed to be like a completely different person from yesterday when it came to talking with the Xathanael, she seemed a lot more sociable and light hearted rather than fiery and snarky. She did try to get Sal involved in the conversation and he, only because it was polite to do so, joined in. Though the asian girl seemed to completely neglect the existence of the man he was sitting next to, which seemed rather odd. Was this a part of the norm? Oh well, he would continue to try and figure out the relation between all the group members in due time, for now though, he got out of the car once they had arrived. "Alright fearless leader let's get this show on the road!" The asian girl seemed to be quite fired up for this...thing that they were going to be doing. But leader hmm? That made Sal's hypothesis on the group chemistry start to form up a bit more. He also could've sworn he heard Zachariel giggle at the mention of Xathanael being the leader of the group. Was that some sort of in joke between angels? Ah well. "I wouldn't call myself a leader, especially not a fearless one. But you're right. Let's get going."It was then that he saw the kid show his phone to Xathanael. He couldn't make out what it said, but it did raise the question of why. "Oh my, Dumah does have a sense of humor it would appear." Sal raised an eyebrow to this, to which Zachariel responded, "oh nothing." He wondered what all these angel's relations were with each other, and how they all felt about being in human hosts. He'd ask Zachariel but now wasn't the time, and he was doubtful that she'd just outright tell him when they were both going on his own assumptions. "A terrible person is here and he needs to be dealt with accordingly." Xathanael's voice snapped him back to the situation they were in. He noticed that the two girls seemed to just have some sort of general understanding between each other rather than actually speak to each other. Well that seemed to be interesting even more. The two definitely seemed to have some sort of general respect for each other, but for now he'd keep quiet about his observations. Xathanael walked up to the door and opened it for the group to walk through. Inside was a rather interesting sight. He couldn't quite tell what the room was originally supposed to be, but it was rather large and probably was elegant back when it wasn't what it was now. What it was now was nothing more than a charred large room. Some sort of serious fire must've taken place here, and he wondered if these angels had anything to do with it. Oh well, apparently this was supposed to hold a terrible person so he was quite curious about what they were doing here. "Doesn't seem like anyone's been here. So what did you have planned for the Big Bad? And what are you going to try to do if he isn't here?"
Suggestion of Eyes~ favorite jacket ummm, that's all i got for now...
So stuff happened. Apparently Heinry had gotten a visit from Lulu and she dropped off Starman to deal with Heinry. So Heinry apparently tried to kill Starman but the fight ended with neither side dying. That was good news. Brandon had been wondering what happened to Starman ever since he sort of vanished. However, Heinry started to seem impatient about waiting for the group to return, and as such wanted to get going as fast as possible to save his wife, who was in like Antarctica or something if Brandon's memory served him correctly. As reluctant as Brandon was to go along with this kind of a plan he didn't really seem to have much of a choice. Not to mention this way he could still keep in contact with the group and they'd know where both of them. After all was said and done both he and Heinry ended up going to a hotel to spend the night there. Brandon ended up using Cass's money to buy himself a room while Heinry bought his own. When that was over with, Brandon went to sleep.
Things seemed to be rather mellow for the rest of the time at the restaurant. He sat there waiting from a response from someone when he had heard Jun Tae's response. "We're staying here for the night. I didn't think you would be joining us, but this is a decent setup so that you can leave with . . . Hay Sun and Hana." Ah, well that made things easier. It was a good thing he didn't have to be paying for a hotel room based on however ambiguously he was affiliated with this group. When everyone had finished their food and Sal had ordered another few meals with the money he was saving by not getting a hotel room, they all moved out and started their way to a hotel. Once there he had seen everyone retire to their own room, and he decided to follow suit with them. He was slightly excited by this whole "Angel Rangers" business he was going to see at Rome tomorrow. He was quite curious as to what everything would entail and was wondering how much synergy those two would actually display. He had no doubt the two were strong, but if they were strong enough to make craters it'd rather counter intuitive to do so if one was in harms way from it. Oh well, tonight was coming to a close and as such he fell asleep on his bed.
Richard had simply been sitting through the entire recruitment ordeal. He had ended up taking a table close to the Adam and Joslyn kids, and watched the first one with a rather unamused expression. The Salvatore fellow seemed like he was going to join but, he wasn't entirely sure what to make of it based on his demeanor. The more interesting one was with the chef. He had just sat back and heard the conversation between Adam, Joslyn, and Vincent, with a brief cameo appearance from Hana at the tail end of it. Something about Adam seemed a bit...odd. Rather than being the quiet, reserved, and otherwise slightly disinterested looking kid he had been up until now. Instead he seemed like he was being a charismatic enthusiastic person happy to avert the end of the world with them. Whatever, probably just the kid trying to not seem completely disconnected from everything. "Oh, I wouldn't be too sure of that." He looked across the table to see someone new there. His voice was definitely familiar, not one he could forget at all. The person was just sitting there giving Richard a look of contempt, all while smoking what appeared to be a cigarette. Richard was about to say something when the person spoke up. "Don't speak, no one else can see me or hear me for that matter. So unless you want to look like Snow White over there, you should just think what you want to say like normal. Oh and yeah, I'm Maalik." While the obvious was stated about his identity, Richard was slightly confused by the situation. Also what was he smoking? The cigarette looked odd and the smoke looked more like white mist than anything else. 'So, why are you here? In person? And what's with the smoking?' Richard didn't really enjoy smoking, he thought it was pretty uncool and stupid. You can't fence when your lungs are fighting against you after all. Exhaling his mist he proceeded to answer the questions in order. "I'm here to give you advice, I just thought in person would be better than your head, make it harder to ignore a guy in your face then a guy who's just background noise. As for the smoking, it relaxes me. Not like it's real smoke or anything, not to mention this isn't even a real cigarette." Richard watched as the cigarette slightly shifted a bit until it was a wand shape. Well that was an odd application of El-Harriss. The two continued to glare a bit at each other before Maalik continued. "Right, you probably want to know what my advice is. I'll just tell you for now keep your wits about you when it comes to Semyaza, and maybe Azazel." 'And why would that be?' "Simply put, those two are a wild card. I'd give you a brief history lesson as to why that is, but I'm thinking you'd just write it off as unimportant and forget it so I'll spare you. Point is, the two of them could really be plotting for either side and are capable of what they appear to be. More so Semyaza's host then Azazel's seeing as she seems rather underdeveloped as a fallen angel." 'Thanks I'll keep that in mind but I doubt there's anything harmful going on with them at the moment. The Adam kid is just that, a kid, and as much contempt for this group as he may look to have, I doubt he's conspiring anything against us. And Joslyn, a fly could land on her and she'd probably collapse from the weight of it, that's how frail she is.' Maalik seemed to be rather unmoved by Richard's reasoning and just sat there. "Well if that's how you see it far be it from me to stop you from making your own decisions. Just keep in mind that not all angels get along well with each other. So the ones that do are often times the most dangerous." With that, Maalik's body started to be coated with the white mist until he was completely enveloped in it. Then the white mist slowly vanished until there was nothing left of it. "Right." Richard muttered under his breath. Maalik was a rather odd fellow. It wasn't often he talked to Richard, and when he did, it was to get his ass into gear. Offering his own insights on things was not something he ever really did. Whatever. A little while later the team eventually ended up finding a hotel to go spend the night in, as was per the norm of them, and Richard just went to go find his own room. He didn't really have much to do so he decided to just clock out in his bed. Still, their group seemed to continue getting bigger still, and all the new people were certainly unique in their own ways. Things might be getting interesting soon, but for now he just decided to go with the flow as always and fall asleep.
Sol was stoked for this beast to come out of nowhere. Bit of a bummer that Fredman got bitten into by the giant wolf demon thing before them and kind of a bummer that the turn order dictated that he went last before the boss monster and the NPC, but beggars can't be choosers. Furthermore he was awarded a magic lens...out of nowhere. Like seriously where did these things come from? While normally he would've all about using that magic lens (or at least someone else using it) he was really interested in that title for not using it. Titles were always cool. Just a shame their monster book would never be fully completed but that's just how these things worked sometimes. Pulling out his rather standard ass sword he lunged at the monster and decided to go and use an arte. More damage meant more pain, and he wanted to hear some pain from this monster. As such he used the Hyper Slash arte...because it was really the only arte he had. With it he cleaved into the beasty.
Brandon was quite confused as to what exactly was going on everywhere. So to start things off with the gang had left and gone on their merry way leaving Brandon behind to wait up for Heinry. Well, more like he volunteered for it but still, they had left and were off to do more angel recruiting stuff. Brandon did really want to go with them and find new angels with them, but he felt it best to stay behind for Heinry...especially because no one else really seemed willing to do so. He had been sitting around for a while when he saw that the police had come in to the hotel to investigate some sort of shooting that went on. He wondered what went on while he was gone but soon enough Heinry was downstairs in the lobby with Brandon. He had a look like something had just happened. Before Brandon could inquire he figured it'd be a good idea to just tell Heinry what the whole situation actually was like. Afterwards the two of them had just sort of been...lounging about. Heinry looked somewhat uneasy and Brandon was still curious as to what had actually happened so no time like the present. "So, did something keep you busy this morning?" He asked in his usual carefree and clueless demeanor.
He sat there waiting for a response from the group when he heard the asian girl throw in her comment about Jun Tae being the best recruiter. This only seemed to really further his point. Then the asian man, Jun Tae, finally decided to respond to him. "We can't force you into anything, and I'll have to agree with you on most all points." Oh that was interesting. He was actually expecting more of a fight for him from them to convince him how much of team they were or some shit like that. It probably would've blown up in their faces and not proven anything to him at all, but still. Though he was actually quite respecting of him excepting the faults that had been pointed out to them. Maybe that would mean they could actually get together. After that he noticed the red headed one and the asian girl talk to each other about something that he couldn't quite make out. Then the asian girl put her attention back on him and seemed to now have a complete one eighty on her personality. From being cynical and snarky to absolutely positive. It was actually kind of odd and kind of awkward. "Hey, how 'bout a test run into being an Angel Ranger? It's not all that bad once you actually get started. We might all seem like we hate each other now, but we've been through a lot of ****. Come with me and Red to Rome tomorrow. We've got some business to take care of." She had a pretty unnerving grin on her face now. Though through all this, Sal started processing what was just told to him and he could only laugh a bit at it. When all was said and done he took a sip from his glass of water, and looked back at her. "Alright fine, I guess I'll go with the two of you and see your synergy." "So are you really joining them so fast?" He heard the soft voice of Zachariel tune in again. 'Nah, not yet. Though I did say if they could prove they're teamwork I'd consider it, so might as well give them a shot and see if there's hope for this "team" yet.' After his response he could only hear Zachariel's soft giggling in his head before it seemed to fade out. "So I suppose we're going to go find a place to stay now for the night? Or do you and your group have other plans?"
Ah Venice. What a place of beauty and wonder. Of women and cuisine. What more could a man of no duty and carelessness wish for? Well duty and purpose of course, but that was long term, and this impulsive trip was in the now. Though after a good deal of walking around and taking in that lovely Venice air he finally realized that there was a bit of a pit somewhere in his body. Something that just felt empty, longing for something. Oh but how to satiate such a vital area that yearns to be complete. Why you eat of course. The stomach always knew what it wanted, and it always wanted food. As such in the late evening of the day he had ended up finding himself a nearby restaurant filled with only the finest of foods...well he didn't actually know if they held fine cuisine but hey, he wasn't a picky eater. Once there he sat down and ordered about seven orders of pasta and sausage. Quite the meal it was. He was devouring each one by the bowlful, washing it down with various sodas and bread loaves, when on the seventh bowl of his pasta he looked up after finishing it. Before him was something that could only be described as a motley crew. They all seemed to be of different ethnic backgrounds and there was something that wasn't mixing well with him about them. Regardless they were just standing there, so he asked "can I help you?" The tall asian man, (whom he thought looked sort of butlerish) before him decided to speak up first. "More like we can help you." Oh? His eyebrow was raised to this and he was quite curious about what was apparently they were going to help him with. The group dispersed to take seats, though still in earshot of the conversation, and the asian man took a seat across from him. The asian man started to explain to him the entire situation about him being a fallen angel, about demons running wild, about dark angels running around doing bad shit to the world, and anything else that Skyheart didn't put in there but would be explained. The asian girl, who seemed to bear some sort of semblance to the man before him, threw in a snarky comment here and there, rather rudely he might add. When all was said and done the asian man decided to make a closing statement. "Joining us isn't without risks, but as you are now, being alone might as well have you being at the mercy of the Dark Angels. And, if you do happen to come with us, anything you might be attached to here will have to be left behind." Interesting. Spoiler: God's Command At that moment he blinked and when he re-opened his eyes, the world seemed to be different. Rather than sitting down in a restaurant he was standing on top of what could only be described as crystal clear water. The scenery around him was as if he was in the middle of a vast blue sky, with only a few clouds floating about. This was certainly different. Though he had felt as if he had been here before, even though he knew he hadn't. It just sort of felt, familiar. "Hello." He heard a soft female voice come from behind him. Turning around he noticed that he was not alone here. The figure before looked like a dainty young girl, covered in bandages and dressed in white. "And you might be?" It was not as if he didn't figure out who she was, but he was still interested in hearing come from her mouth. "My name is Zachariel.I am anarchangel with the designation, God's Command." "Oh, well that's certainly something. No offense, but I was expecting someone who would look a bit more imposing and masculine, given that kind of a title." Zachariel merely chuckled at the given comment and continued to smile a soft smile at him. "Oh Salvatore, you should know that angels don't have a defined gender, nor a defined appearance. However, some thing you might want to keep in mind, is appearances can mean everything. The more innocent it looks, the more dangerous it can be." "Duly noted. So, care to tell me why I'm here?" "Oh yes, I'd be delighted to. I wanted to tell you to not join the group." "Oh?" "Yes. I want you to be sure of this group before you jump into it.Make your observations as you like to do, and see all the reasons why joining the group would be an awful idea. Only join when you feel like it's a good idea. I can tell you right now, the two of us could go farther than the lot of them altogether at this point in time, and I believe you already know the answer, so please, tell them." What an interesting female-looking being it was. It was almost as if it was giving him a command. Though Zachariel was right, there was something definitely off about this group, and something that was most likely not very team like. In fact, he wasn't even in the presence of a team. As if a second hadn't passed his perception returned back to the restaurant he was in and the asian man was still awaiting his response. Sal took a deep breath around and decided to point out what he felt was wrong. "I'm sorry but I shall decline. I know that you spent a good deal of time trying to make me join your group and I appreciate you for taking the time to do such, but I can't join a team that isn't a team." He looked around and made quick snap judgements of every person he saw around him. "So you don't seem to thrilled to be talking to me, in fact you don't seem to thrilled to even be apart of this gang, and that female seemed rather reluctant as well, what with all her negative comments towards your explanation. Also, there's an odd air of hostility throughout your entire group. Either most of you don't care or you're just doing it reluctantly. Like you're on a mission, but unfortunately, don't want to do that mission. So again thank you, but I think I'll decline an invitation to your team, and only when you show me you are actually a real team would I feel comfortable in joining and trusting these people. Though if you could disprove me and show me your comradery than I could reconsider." He took a sip of a glass of water before he gave one final look to the asian man, "though I don't see that happening."
The gang had ended up leaving behind the tennis kid and the professor man because the latter had ended up taking too long to come with. Richard was probably the laziest one here and he was still ready to go, so what was the deal with Henrik? He was wondering what might be keeping him but by the end of it the gang ended up leaving nonetheless. The drive from Munich to Berlin was one that was completely blanked out in Richard's head as he slept through the entire five hour ride as he usually did. Once at Berlin they made it to an airport and all boarded on board a plane set for Italy. The compass didn't actually give them a specific country to go to, in fact it only provided a direction, so going to Italy, just like going to Germany, felt a bit like a blind jump, but he wasn't going to question their methods. Not when they seemed to keep working. Once on the plane he looked around and noticed the Adam kid pop some pills before falling asleep. That seemed odd. Oh well. If he ever talked to the kid he might question it, but for now it would be too much effort. He followed suit with the kid and fell asleep himself. Total Time Skipped6 Hours, 30 Minutes Once in Italy the gang started to move out. Getting a car through Jun Tae's more likely than not, shady means they started followed the compass to wherever it was pointing to. However the search ended up being long and drawn out and they did not end up getting very far in it. Furthermore the group was starting to feel hungry as well. Deciding to give up on the hunt for a bit the group made their way to a nearby restaurant for food. Despite having a near endless source of money and a person who could do about anything and everything off of his phone, they had never actually stopped to eat at a restaurant before. However once they walked in there the white haired girl, Joslyn, seemed to notice something. She checked the compass again and it seemed to be going back and she seemed to think that an angel was close by here. The gang followed the compass until they saw a brown haired man ravenously eating a bowl or pasta. He could only assume that this man was the angel. When he was done eating he looked up and noticed the group. "Can I help you?"
Aomine Daiki, with the amazing ability to kill a titan with absolutely no form whatsoever.
The morning had come forth with not more incident than any other morning would. He relieved himself of his bed as he checked the date. It had been quite some time since this plague upon the Percival County had happened. When would this epidemic come to its close? Oh well, if there was one thing well that had come from this scenario it had been his run in with Miss Mh- Pierce. He had to start getting used to saying her given name from now on, though it made him feel rather uncomfortable doing so. Nevertheless it would just have to be another ordeal he passed through. Surveying his home he had noticed that nary a soul was out or about yet. Both Mother and Sister dear were probably both retired to their beds. Rian went back to his room in order to find proper day wear, which after doing so, he promptly put on. Ready for the day he decided that he had quite enjoyed his strolls as of recently and something interesting seemed to happen on both of them, so as such he walked over to the door, got his umbrella and got ready to leave his home. When he had turned his attention to the door itself he noticed a note on there. Looking closer he decided to read it. Spoiler: Note Leave this house again and the virus won't be the thing to kill you. Charming. Having no where to go now he decided he would get on with his usual morning details instead of his stroll. Retrieving a bowl he had begun his morning meal of Reeses Puff. What a delicious cereal this was. Whilst eating it he began to wonder just what sort of action he should do today. Ah it was probably going to be a futile attempt to try and actually leave the house today, and the school work would more likely than not be a minimal time effort. Regardless as he finished his breakfast and had cleaned his bowl he went onto the balcony outside and retrieved his laptop. Logging on to the schools portal he began to do his assigned school work for the day. No time like the present after all. Though the present may move a bit too slowly for today.
The good gent had arrived safely and soundly at the Masterson Residence without incident. Sure hauling the groceries were around during his stroll did make the entire endeavor rather tiring, but nevertheless that was just a consequence a gentleman faced when doing his good samaritan deed. However despite having only good intentions for his family, Mother dear still seemed to have a rather sour disposition towards his expedition. This time he was rather puzzled as she had even sanctioned the trip and had literally handed him the wallet. Regardless of those two glaring facts, she had simply chastised him as she always had. It was not a rather enjoyable experience. Despite this he had food to eat and enjoyed it quite thoroughly. With that out of the way he had situated himself in front a computer and began to do his work. However his work was slightly impeded by the thoughts of todays events. Oh how lovely and delightful they had been. Were only every moment like that. As he continued to recount the day's events and do his required school work he suddenly felt fatigued. Perhaps that was a clear indication that the night was calling to him and that he should fall asleep. As he lie in bed he started to realize that today was merely Wednesday, and left him with two days to waste away before he may have his get together with Miss Mhe- Pierce. Ah how truly tedious and mundane those days would prove to be. Eventually his excitement had drained and he succumbed to his drowsiness, drifting off into sleep.
After the gang had split up for a bit some went to go get the angel while others stayed behind at the hotel. Richard was one of the ones that had went to the new angel. The compass had ended up leading them to an apartment building, so obviously the new angel lived here. He kind of just stood there in the background as Joslyn knocked on the door and they awaited the new angel to come out. The new angel opened the door looking rather disgruntled and annoyed, kind of like he probably just got out of bed. He pulled out his phone and started typing on it. The man showed them and he was pretty sure it said, [you people again?] As rude as that might've seemed, especially for a mute person to say, Richard probably wouldn't be too thrilled if these people showed up at his doorstep, heck he was already not enjoying just being with these people but that was a totally different matter altogether. The new angel man invited them into his apartment and the smaller than usual group crammed in there. He then typed something up on his phone again and revealed it to say [what do you want from me?] Richard wasn't entirely sure the big picture part of this question, but he was pretty sure the man already knew what they wanted. "Well we already told you the situation this world and sort of you are in, so we're here for a follow up. Are you going to come with us and join our team?" [This is serious? You really expect to save the world, after so many have died?] Oh these questions. His own resolve to this crew wasn't the greatest, and to be perfectly honest the amount of effort he'd have to put in was probably going to be a major bother...but at the end of the day he still knew why he should be fighting, and that was enough for him to make a response. "Honestly I'm not entirely sure what are odds are at saving the world. However, we can fight whatever can end the world and as such we probably should. Do you have anything you care about in this world? Something you'd fight dearly to protect? If so, then you should remember that whatever you're protecting isn't excluded from the end of the world, but at least you have the power to try and stop that from happening." It was an answer that Richard had stumbled upon while listening to the Brandon kid talk to Adam, though one that he hadn't firmly cemented himself into. However the man continued to type a response to Richard and showed it to him. [And if i don't have anything worth fighting for, then what?] Richard sighed, really not willing to answer the question. Why did he have to do this anyway? Regardless he went for the answer that he was following at the moment. "Then you do what I do, and fight for the sake of just saving the world. I'll ask you another question. Why wouldn't you try and save the world. I'm about as lazy as they come yet I still do what I can to prevent the end of days. And why's that? In a world that has become Hell on Earth, I can't imagine there being any form of relief or happiness there. It'll probably become a worse fate to live there than it would to die trying to save it." He stood there for a long while before finally holding up a finger and disappearing down the hall. He was gone for a minute and when he came back, there was a bag over his shoulder. [I packed before you all got here.] Then he ushered them out the door like 'let's go.' Richard stared him think that he was a bit of a little shit at that point, having him spend all that energy trying to convince him when he was already ready to go. Oh well, at least the deal was done, and as such the gang piled in the car and drove off back to the hotel to get everyone else together to leave Germany.
Can't get Purple without Blue and Red after all
And on that day, their names lost their red so that they may become blue.
