Have you tried re-entering it? Maybe you mis-entered it before or something. It works for me, oddly. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeird.
And are you using NTSC U/C KH2?
Just enter the code, make sure Donalds in the party and go for it. Try going to the Proof of Exestance, and joker while going down to that one...

It's NTSC, and don't use Kingdom Key. Ol' Mushy uses it.
