Yeah, I hear ya. Though it was pretty hard just to get the lips to match that well, loads of speeding up/slowing down/etc. Synching to live action is a b**** DX

Glad you liked it anyway! :3

I've had this idea for a while but I finally did something with it. I think the result is pretty decent. It's Lord Voldemort singing...eh, you'll find out:

Harry Potter - Lord Voldemort Sings

    Hope you enjoy!

It's good to see the Top Five back, although I'm not a huge fan of the site that is hosting the User Portal; the quality is worse and the resolution is smaller. It's certainly better than nothing though :D

Just a correction, the song used in the Second Place video is actually called "Prelude 12/21".

Congratulations to all of the winners!

But he wasn't exactly stealing Riku's body so he could have a physical form (after all, we saw him in the beginning of the game, and right before he possessed Riku). He was using Riku's body so he could obtain the Keyblade and release Kairi's heart so the Keyhole would be complete. He couldn't have done that without him, since Heartless can't use a genuine Keyblade (I don't think it ever says this upfront, but Xehanort's Heartless says "The heart that is strong and true shall win the Keyblade.", and since the Heartless don't have hearts, then they can''t use it) . If Mickey didn't say that "Ansem" was actually a Heartless, I probably wouldn't be debating this with so much confidence XD I just can't see the writers of this game have Mickey say in a later game that "Oh yeah, I told ya that 'Ansem' was a Heartless, but I was sorta lying. Ya see, he's actually a ---". It's too much of a weird thing for them to change after saying straight up it was something else. And at that point, nobody would really care, since it would have no bearing on the plot. The holy s*** factor in KH2 was that since he was a Heartless, then there was also a Nobody; but now both of them are dead.

I don't remember what he said in the GBA version, but it was probably more or less the same as what he said in the PS2 version. This is the exact quote: "He held on to his feelings even as a Heartless. And there's only one other man who's been able to do just that."

Yes, this seems to be best explanation. To what WilliamTheWise said, the final boss of Kingdom Hearts I was definitely a Heartless. Remember that in Chain of Memories, Axel said that only Sora and one other man (which is most likely Xehanort) were able to keep their feelings as Heartless. Sora had very little darkness in his heart while Xehanort was greatly corrupted, but they both had very strong hearts, so they maintained their feelings and memories. Xehanort must have been just a stone's throw away from being a Heartless already, so once he became one, he kept most of his physical human qualities.

About the inconsistencies you mentioned, I think they can all be explained. I'm pretty sure that the man in Traverse Town had his heart stolen by that Heartless; he didn't actually become it. I'm not certain what happens to those hearts once they are taken, but keep in mind that the Heartless are constantly in search of hearts (be it the hearts of people, or the hearts of the worlds). And the insignia on Xehanort's Heartless is not on his skin, it's a part of his clothing, so that symbol does not make him a synthetic Heartless.

I'll have to agree with this. When Atheists are intolerant, this is normally their motivation for speaking out. Maybe not to make others feel bad, but to make themselves feel better. I find that although preachy Atheists are generally more down to earth than preachers of other religions, they are just as obnoxious.

I'm not about to start reading from "The Book of Dexter" and praise the 493 disciples, but I find no cause for devaluing any religion based on whether or not it's in the mainstream. I personally choose to stay neutral on religion, since both Theism and Atheism are based on an assumption. However, if you have a faith, then it would be a tad hypocritical to poke fun at another religion. Many things that are written down in religious works are impossible (or at the very least, no one's been able to demonstrate or prove that such events are possible). If you are capable of believing that a snake spoke 2,000 years ago, then who are you to say that a snake didn't live in a red and white ball 20,000 years ago?

I know you said that as a joke to lighten the discussion, but it's still something think about :P

A mental disorder is just another obstacle in life, which many people have, and most can overcome. As has been said, only the severe cases that endanger that person or others call for drastic measures to be taken, like separating them from society.

It's often the case that when someone greatly struggles in one aspect of life, they greatly excel in another. I have a belief that every human is, more or less, equally capable at birth. This equality is then lost as a result of the amount of effort that one puts into bettering themselves. Our strengths and weaknesses vary, and unfortunately the weaknesses of some are more of a hindrance on everyday life than those of others, but our faults are generally compensated for. Someone with a mental disorder might not be a well-rounded person, but most will find that they have a gift of sorts.

Just because someone doesn't fit the mold of a normal human does not mean that they are inferior. Rather, if they play to their strengths, they can effectively minimize the impact of their imperfections, and possibly do/create/etc. something better than anyone before them.

Wow, I actually have this program, version 5, but still. I must confess though that I downloaded it illegally ^^; I'm not well-versed in it, but it doesn't seem to be such a great program. Not that you can't make some pretty cool things with it, but it takes a long time, since the controls aren't very intuitive. I made this animation, which I think looks decent, but it took me probably about 10 hours:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yL11n_rsdVE

Your version is probably improved though. Anyway, the program should have come with a tutorial. This is what I do to start mine up, so maybe yours will be the same. Open the program and click on the "Help" menu. Then click on the option that says "Welcome Screen...". Once you do that, a pop-up will appear, which will display the name of the program, and a few buttons that you can select. Click "Introductory Tutorial" and read each section. It could be a little confusing, so keep the program open, and try to replicate all of the steps that they tell you about as you read it.

Hope that helps, good luck! :D

For those who were asking for Re:Chain of Memories cutscenes in English, here they are:

    Re:Chain of Memories

    Reverse/Rebirth

The files are a bit big, but it's the correct resolution and the files are broken up by floor instead of individual scenes, so I hope you'll find it more convenient than the kh13 uploads :D If I understood correctly, RvR will put these in the archive soon.

My friend has a 360 and I have I PS3. I do enjoy playing the 360 with him, but I think I would get tired of it if I bought it. If I'm not mistaken, the vast majority of 360 exclusives are first-person shooters, which I have fun playing every once in a while, but RPG's are more my cup of tea.

And inFamous is incredible. It does a good job at getting you...emotionally invested. I f***ing love Sucker Punch!

I forget, do you have an ARMAX? If you do, remember that the first Model Mod that's listed can't be converted to ARMAX, so use the second one. I don't think there's any reason that that one wouldn't work for you.

    Yep, that's right.
