Let me tell you something. I was supposed to be the Kira in round 29-C. But AV started Round 30 whilst it was on air. Thus cancelling Round 29-C. Meaning that Pika's not a Shinigami anymore, but a player.
I just cut down the list of detectives to those who joined before the round started and those who joined after it started.
I believe that it is total. Shinigami doesn't count as he's just the supervisor of the game. Which I just lost.
