oh, we can change it alright, but, thing is, its a pain in the ASS to make it work and we can only use ADPXes and not MDLXes (i.e effects not models). if that made ANY sense to anybody, they can have a cookie :D

i dont think either of you quite get why playing as People doesnt work.

Sometimes its because of the ".MDLX" (the model). no idea why, it just crashes us, which is why riku didnt work, thats how we fixed it.
in the bosses case, the ".MSET" or MOVESET (not moveset as you know it) which is basically the animations calls for an AI to be put in place, but seeing as these boss AIs are so big, they just overwrite all the lines above and below and with ASCII data, so, yeah...

thats why playing as bosses is so tough...
