After hearing from Sam about Hana sending them details on which angels they had met, it was finally time for them to get a move on with their team and get back to the church, because they had been gone for far too long now. He was wondering what the status of Brandon and Henrik were, and hoped that they were able to be successful guardians of leviathan's tomb, because having that beast roam around was not something he wanted to have happen. "Alright guys, we're going now. Now we probably aren't going to be able to get directly into the church, and can only assume it's under siege, so get your weapons ready as soon as we get there. Sam, I'm going to need your help again." Now that it was time to go, they gathered the sword of all the fallens that they were notified of, and started their grand departure. Creating a portal with the help of Sam, they had stepped through it and went to their destination.

This destination was the outskirts of the church, to avoid being ambushed. Due to the church being protected by God and all, teleporting into there wasn't actually feasible so they had to get as close as possible without risking attacks. Now that they were there, Richard had his blade out and ignited it almost immediately. He was going to go through any demon that stood in his and the rest of the group's way of getting inside. With that, they walked to the church entrance.

Well, this had ended rather unexpected. Perhaps showing this off in the girl's own home was not a great idea. Her mother had ended up walking in and she simply gasped at the sight of him juggling his wand, hands free. It was at this point he was randomly tempted to say, look Ma, no hands, but felt like that would be in poor taste as of right now. The mother of this girl seemed to be going into a panic attack right now, only to continue muttering curse and things about devil worship...which was ironic all things considered. The girl herself simply shrugged at the group and told them that they had to leave. Well that was a bust. He was hoping to get the last angel recruited, or at the very least know her stance on joining them, so that they could be on their way and get back to the church with the rest of the group. Sadly, this was not the case. Oh well, what could you do? As such, Sal thanked the girl for her time and simply left the apartment with everyone else, going back to the hotel and falling asleep for the day.

Sal had waited for Remiel's host's response to the whole angel recruitment thing and her response was...pulling out her phone? She quickly started typing and reading what ever was on the screen. Even when they're told something massive like this, still goes immediately for the phone. Kids, am I right? Regardless, she had been going back and forth on her phone for a good minute or so before she finally looked back up to them and wanted to see proof of this whole thing. Proof? Hm, that was a difficult one.

"Well, I don't know how to prove that you yourself are an angel, the only proof being," he pulled out the compass and showed it giving off a massive reaction towards her, "this only reacts and points to fallen angels who haven't already been awakened and are wandering the world by themselves. It's the only way we were able to find you, but I realize that's easily dismissible evidence. Now, when it comes to angels in general, we all have our own unique skillset, with a few abilities being across all angels, and the voice of the angel your hosting normally finds some way to speak to you." He then pulled out a wand and threw it up, only to catch it, and the repeat tossing it in the air. "In addition, we all have our own weapon that takes the appearance of a wand but," as he tossed it, Imperium shifted between a sword form, a shield form, a small ax, and back to a wand. "It can easily shift between differing weapons and even certain accessories if they are within the right shape. Now, I have no idea what your power as Remiel, angel of thunder, is specifically, but my own power is control over the wind. That's why I can do this." He had stopped throwing the wand at this point, and instead the wand just sort of been juggling itself due to the air currents flowing from underneath it. "So, has this provided any substantial proof or would you like me to demonstrate further?"

Stratos was pretty confident that anything that they would have said to this weapon crazed person was simply going to fall on deaf ears. In fact, the more they seemed to talk to him about their weapon, the keyblade, the more he seemed ready to totally just kill them. The straw that broke the camel's back, though, was probably Beuce. With his exclaiming to Gilgamesh there that they should just skip banter and get straight to the fighting, apparently this was actually a quote from Gilgamesh himself. Who would of guessed? Keeping his keyblade drawn out he got ready for whatever Gilgamesh here was going to throw at them, but thankfully this wasn't going to be some long winded battle that they were going to have to take turn after turn. Good thing to, because Stratos was feeling inexplicably weaker then he had felt when he left for this mission. Not to mention this was his first actual combat the entire time he had been a keyblade wielder, so hooray experience.

Knowing that, even though his unbound keyblade was radiating with strength, he was still stronger in the magical department, and so he had to just follow through with using his magic to keep the big guy at bay. Thinking through his massive compendium of equipped spells...all two of them...he found one to use in this situation...ya know, the only offensive one he had. Getting his keyblade ready to fire at the giant multi armed red giant weapon wielder, Stratos started to channel his magic through his keyblade until it fired out as just a chunk of ice hurling at the foe. Blizzard was definitely a funny spell like that. Hopefully they'd be able to take this guy without too much trouble, and with the assistance of this Goofy guy and the probable large strength from his more experienced friends, he felt a little more confident in their chances against him.

Sal was really starting to question what exactly the newest member of their team was. He stepped up and started speaking to the girl, making immediate threats about blowing the door down and completely burn down her home. He was interesting to say the least. The girl before him seemed to be completely in shock at what he had just said. She then asked if he was for real, to which Sal gave the most honest answer he could. A shrug. She then told them to all come in, so they accepted the offer. Following what she said, he took off his shoes and followed her only to listen to what she had to say to them. Apparently she knew what they were saying all along...whatever that was supposed to mean, and then she started going into some sort of super paranoid mode that they were here because of some sort of photos, probably the ones from before she took, and that she would easily delete them. She ended with simply chuckling nervously.

"Well to assure you, I have really no qualms with our photos being taken." He had no idea about the others. "And having you completely forget us would actually be fairly detrimental. You see, we came here today because of all the strange things going around the world, as I mentioned earlier. So, this is the part where we sound crazy, but I think our white haired friend has already done that in a different way. Firstly, all the freak natural disasters around the world, some plane crashes, and the large amount of damage in the United Kingdom are all from the forces of hell trying to rise up and take over the world. Well, more specifically trying to destroy heaven, we just happen to be in the way. Who we are," he motioned his hand around to the others of the group, "are fallen angels. People who are hosts to angels that were cast out from Heaven, and are the only thing that is keeping Hell from completely destroying the world. Why we came to you, is because you are one of us, Remiel to be more specific. And we have been going around the world, recruiting other fallen angels, such as yourself, to help us in our cause." Hopefully this would stop her from being completely nervous about the situation.

Richard woke up in a place that clearly wasn't his hotel room. Great, this is exactly what he wanted. Observing his surroundings he realized that he was most likely not even on Earth at this point. His surrounding were much more...heavenly. The clouds in the sky were rather different. They didn't look like normal clouds that he'd usually look at, no. Being that the ground below was indeed clouds as well, these ones seemed far more lofty. Almost as if they were above everything else. Clouds were weird. As the light shone down upon him he was starting to wonder just what the hell his angel had him come here for. "Yo." As if on cue, Maalik had wandered in next Richard. "Guess you're wondering why I brought you here, up to this heavenly scene."

Richard continued to look at the angel wondering where he was going with this, and said, "have I died?" in a sarcastic manner.

Maalik simply stood there, unamused as always, and said, "no. This is not Heaven, and a slothful person such as yourself probably isn't in good standings anyway. Most of our hosts aren't, really." Maalik sighed as he looked up, "now while this might sound redundant, I'll say it again that this is not Heaven. This is not Heaven, because I have no memory of Heaven to build a replica off of." With that, there was a bit of an awkward silence between the two, before Maalik started back up again. "Anyway, with the finale fast approaching, you're still not at the strength I'd like you to be at. You're still missing one technique, and I can't just give it to you given the extremely inverted nature of its power in relation to your usual." With that, Maalik snapped and the clouds were pierced through by a large tower base. "This is the top of Ivory Palace. It has everything from monsters to food that'll slide straight through your stomach. Never stop to eat. Your mission here will be to traverse through all one hundred floors here, as you proceed to delve deeper and down the Ivory Palace. In order to descend a floor, you have to kill all of the monsters that spawn on it, so, get to work." With that, Maalik disappeared in his plume of fire and left Richard there to walk towards the Palace roof.

As Richard stepped onto the platform like roof, he noticed something interesting happen. The sides of the arena had ignited into some weird white flame like wall, probably to prevent him from escaping if he ever wanted to leave. Not like he could wake up from this even if he wanted to. Looking at the platform he was standing upon, it was nothing more than just a flat circular arena. Nothing too special. That is, until giant red and black flame pillars started erupting from the ground. Out from them popped something he could only consider as demons, some things with these awkwardly mishaped patch worked bodies, tiny legs, and only one arm. Not to mention that wasn't actually an arm, so much as it was a giant scythe blade. Wonderful.

Stepped forth to greet his new enemies and drew out his blade, El-Harriss. Looking at the demons that had spawned before him, he had a good head count of about three or so. That didn't really seem like that big of a deal to the fencer anyway. As they hobbled towards him, he wondered just what they were going to do, when suddenly one of them hoisted its arm up and brought it down towards Richard. Richard had caught it with his blade, and though there was plenty of force behind it, it wasn't anything that he had to be actually concerned about. Parrying the blade away, Richard decided to see what these demons were made of.

He proceeded to cut through one of them with his blade, only for it to burst out blood and not be instantly severed. Weird. Richard continued to slash at one in some sort of four slash combo, with the fourth one sending the hobbling demon backwards and dead, dissolving into the ground. The other two were making their way towards him, and he simply grabbed one with the mist, and pulled it towards him. He then proceeded to slash upwards, causing the demon to go up, only for Richard to use his mist to bring it back down and slam it on the ground, killing it as well. The last one tried to bring its blade down on Richard just as the first one had, but with little effort, Richard parried the blade and riposted by thrusting his own blade into the stitched being. He then pulled the blade out, ignited it, and then with a heavy swing struck the demon dead.
Having killed the demons, Richard saw that the floor at the center had opened up. He walked towards it, wondering exactly what it was all about. As he approached he saw that it was a spiraling stair case, and so he started to descend down. As he got towards the end he ended up on a plat form that was...exactly the same. The staircase retracted upward now that Richard wasn't on it, and he looked around for a bit. Seeing the edge of the platform he was on, he realized that he was now below the clouds that surrounded the first floor. It was then that the wall of flame reignited and he realized what was to happen next.

Blade in hand, he turned around to see the now familiar pillar of black and red flame arise from the ground. Out came similarly patch worked demons to the last, only they shared a different trait from the last ones. Their arms were flimsy and hanging about limply, while they had one leg to stand on. The other leg was a giant scythe blade similar to the ones on the arms of the last one. This time, he was facing off against four of these demons, and decided to test the waters with them as well. Waiting for their attack, they finally came at him, flipping forwards and bringing their blade leg down on him.

Richard was able to parry the blade away easily enough, though the force was obviously much greater than that of the enemy before hand. It was then that two of the others had tried to do the same, which Richard simply pushed the both of them away with his mist. The fourth one then came at him, and tried to do a leg sweep. Richard jumped over this and brought his now flaming saber down upon the demon killing it instantly. He then used his mist to grab one of the other three and proceeded to do a four slash combo upon it, killing it just as fast. The two had made their way back to Richard and attempted the same attack as before. Richard simply grabbed one with his mist and slammed it into the other, only to finish it off by firing a wave of white flame towards the both of them, killing them as well.
Richard, having just defeated the second floor of enemies continued to go downward on the new staircase that had appeared on this floor. As he descended into the next room he saw that the room kept to the same layout. The height level also didn't appear to be any different, and as he stepped down the walls of fire were created once more. He looked to see what kind of enemies would appear this time, only to notice that it was just the same two that had appeared before hand. The demon with the blade arm had now been classified as a Scarecrow A, while the ones with the blade legs had been classified as Scarecrow L. To threaten Richard, there three of each, making him have to take down six of these *******s down at once.

Drawing El-Harriss, Richard awaited them to make their advance so that he could do the same thing as before. The demons weren't exactly the smartest ones ever created, and so their advances were slow and predictable. As the first Scarecrow L jumped at him, Richard brought his blade up to parry, only to notice that the three Scarecrow As had already advanced on him rather quickly. As such, he did a quick parry, simply pushing the Scarecrow L away, and hopped back to avoid the three attacks. The next two Scarecrow Ls had done there own jumping attack, and Richard simply decided to take them out as quick as he could.

He grabbed one with mist, parried the second one, threw the first one at the third Scarecrow L, and then proceeded to hit the one he just parried with a white flaming saber. The one that had just been hit only for Richard to go at the next five that were still alive. He backed off from the hobbling Scarecrows, and then grabbed one Scarecrow A, pulled it towards him and slashed it with a heavy flame swing. He then grabbed the other two with his mist, and smashed them against each other a few times, before slamming them both into one Scarecrow L. This killed all three of them at once, and the last one, he simply set a trail of mist to ignite the demon. As the demon was burning before him, he lunged, slashed once, and killed it almost instantly.
Climbing down the next set of stairs Richard had ended on an identical floor to the last. Whoever did the interior decorating for this so called palace was doing a terrible job at diversifying the place up. He seemed to be going nowhere as far as height was concerned, though maybe he was just that high up at this point. As he stepped onto the platform and the walls formed, he turned to see what met him here. Two massive ice crystal just sort of appeared, and out broke these weird demons. Having a long, skinny, scaly body, they had ice covering their body as if it were armor, and giant spiked ice claws. Well these were totally being called Frosts from now on.

The two Frosts moved much differently in comparison to the scarecrows he had fought did. Rather than mindlessly shambling towards him, the two of them seemed to step to the side, circling around him. He wasn't entirely sure as to what they were capable of, but didn't think of them as any true threat. It was then that the first of the two came forward and lunged at Richard. Richard had backed off, and then proceeded to parry the proceeding attacks from his ice claws. The Frost then backed off by teleporting backwards, only for the second Frost to fire ice spikes straight at him. Richard then grabbed the spikes with his mist and crushed them.

Richard then proceeded to go forward and strike with his flaming saber. The one he was aiming for dodged out of the way only for the second one to lunge towards him. Richard then called his mist up to grab the Frost and proceeded to spin it around, tearing the ice off as it skated across the floor. He then threw it at the second Frost, who was not expecting this. The second one got flung back, and Richard then proceeded to send a wave of flame at the two. The first one managed to get out in time, but the second one had been killed. Richard then ran towards the second one, who tried to block the oncoming flaming saber strike, only to be killed by the attack in the end.
Climbing down the fourth flight pf stairs, Richard wasn't entirely sure what to expect when it came to demons. Seeing as the last group was something completely different then the scarecrows he had fought up to this point, they clearly came in many varying kinds and had many different thought processes. As Richard had touched down and saw the flame walls block the rim of the floor, he saw the next demon appear. This one appeared to be in a suit of green armor, a pair of metallic green wings behind it, and green lance in hand, and a green shield in the other. Well this just got more interesting.

The newly designated Lancer enemy had appeared in a pair. The two had begun their assault on Richard much quicker then any of the others usually did. Their lance charged up and just went forward into one giant assault lunge, thrust thing. Richard didn't even attempt to parry the gigantic jousting type lances, and instead just hopped out of the way, avoiding getting impaled. When one had landed, it brought itself forward and thrust at Richard multiple times with its lance. Richard had weaved a bit, and then went in with a slash of his own, only to be blocked by the massive shield. The lancer then proceeded to go in and try to bash Richard with its shield.

Richard managed to push it away with his mist, only for the second lancer to appear above it, and have that one dive down forwards towards Richard. Richard was able to summon his hellfire mist and send it into the air, only to create an arc slamming down on the angel. Richard then grabbed it and pulled it forward, then slashing a few times with his flaming saber, only to knock the lancer before him backwards. The second lancer then charged at him, only for Richard to create a plume of hellfire mist that pushed it backward. Richard then sent his flame wave finale attack at the two, who were now on top of each other, and burned the two suits of armor away.
Past the fifth flight of stairs he had taken, low and behold, it was the exact same layout as before. Richard hoped it wouldn't be like this for the next 94 floors he was supposed to go down, but knowing how little fucks Maalik gave towards everything, and seeing as this was a palace made of his design, he was fairly doubtful of it. As he made it to the end the new enemies he was facing decided to spawn in. They were these weird things in these shadows cloaks, with some kind skeletal hook tail hanging from the bottom and simply floated around. He wasn't sure what these things were, but they were now called Mephistos.

The mephisto count was three in total, and they just sort of floated around Richard, both unsure of what the other was going to do. The mephistos had ended forming a sort of triangle around him, and the one behind had made the first move. Its attack was just a long golden spike being fired out towards the fencer, to which he simply parried the attack away, with his blade and then struck at himself. Unfortunately, the blade just sort of passed through the enemy, and he felt as if virtually no damage was dealt. The other two took this as an opportunity, did little arcs around him, and then both attacked at the same time.

Richard simply struck the spikes away once more and tried to think of what to do. The thought then occurred to just use his hellfire mist to take them down. Creating the waves of white mist that he had been using, he simply tried to grab whatever was inside out. At first, the mist seemed to grab it, but slid off. So Richard continued doing this, parrying the strikes when they came, until finally, he pulled one out and noticed that it was just some weird six legged insect demon thing. Pulling it towards him, Richard struck the thing out with a heavy flame swing almost immediately. The other two kept trying to bring him down, but Richard had simply avoided their simple attacks and continued to wail one the insect on the inside until all of the remaining ones were dead.
After dealing with the Mephistos, Richard had been cleared to move down onward onto the seventh floor and simply waltzed his way down the spiral staircase that had opened up for him. As his foot touched the similar to the last place floor he saw his next enemies spawn in to deal with. They appeared through some sort of flaming portal and were rather odd looking. They seemed like thin reptilian birds with their wings replaced by large sword blades. It was clear that they were going to be something just as different as the other enemies had been.

The Gladius, as this enemy was to be called now, Richard got himself ready to see just what this blade bird was capable of. There were six of them in total and they started flying towards and circling above Richard. One came down for a dive bomb attack, but Richard simply used his mist to push that one into the ground. As the gladius picked itself back up, Richard wondered if that was all they had to offer, only for him to see one actually slam its wings together and turn into a sword. The sword started spinning around, just floating there, and then it fired itself at Richard.

Richard was not seeing this coming at all...but it really mattered little. Richard created a wall out of his mist and completely stopped the Gladius's advance. The other five that were still floating around actually decided to coordinate and attack him. Three formed sword missiles at him and the other three came after him trying to swoop with their blade wings. Though it required more coordination then normal, Richard fired three plumes of hellfire mist upwards to intercept the oncoming blades, and then slashed through all of the flying ones in rapid succession, killing them instantly. He then used his mist to grab one of the blades, and then used it as a projectile, throwing the sword at another one of the Gladius's. Finishing one of the three off, the one that wasn't thrown charged at Richard, who simply grabbed that mid flight, and then when the final one charged with its blade form at him, Richard through the one in his mist at it, killing them both simultaneously.
That last floor was kind of nice. It let him flex out his hellfire grab and just throw things at other things. Though since he was still running into new enemies every single floor, save for floor three, he was wondering what new concept was going to be introduced to him here. As he made it down and the stairs had receded above him, he saw the new enemy he was to fight was. It was a large red bulb like object wrapped in vines and standing on two legs. Interesting. It didn't seem particularly threatening, yet there was something to be said about having to fight nine of them at once.

Richard wasn't entirely sure what he had to do against these things, or what they were really capable of, obviously. This whole fighting new enemies thing each floor meant he couldn't really adapt to anything. Though the fact that there were nine of them and this was there first appearance could only mean that they, individually were weak beings. It was just a matter of time before they revealed what they were capable of. The lot of them started doing this weird duck walk towards him, and then one stopped, prepped for a jump, and jumped at him with a weird spike thing sticking out from its underside.

Richard stood there, unflinching, and called upon his mist to simply grab it on either side. He then used the mist to break the fragile thing in half. Easy enough. Though the fact remained that they were still plants. So as more decided to come at him and do the same thing, Richard ignited his blade, and struck at the individual plant creatures. This both blocked and ignited their own strikes. Every now and then he had killed one with the slash itself, but shortly after his blade had hit one of them the flames usually took care of them, until there was none left.
Richard walked down the stairs having defeated his last set of enemies and began to wonder what new set of enemies were going to show up this time. Having defeated the bulbous enemies, which he was just going to call Chimera seeds because why not, he was almost positive that something new was going to pop up. As he touched down, he saw that the enemies spawning in were nothing more than just Scarecrow As and Chimera Seeds. Nine more Chimera seeds and three Scarecrow As. Well this was certainly something.

Richard was wondering what these seeds were going to do this time. Really, he could just go and kill them instantly, as he had the round prior, but that wouldn't be any fun. Plus this is the filler part of the floor. As the chimera seeds started waddling around, they were going more towards the Scarecrows then Richard. It then attacked the Scarecrow the same way it had tried to against Richard, and suddenly the vines wrapped around its body, the bulb expanded into a flower and four tentacle blades sprouted out of it. The other two Scarecrows seemed to suffer the same fate.

The scarecrow Chimeras, as they were called, started shambling towards Richard with the rest of the Chimera Seeds waddling towards him as well. Taking his blade out, Richard swung it with a wave of white flame coming out of it. The seeds started to ignite and burn. With that they sprinted towards Richard to kill him, only for him to whack them away with a wall of mist, thus killing them. The Chimera Scarecrows were simply flailing their blade at him, but Richard decided to use his mist to grab one and put it in between two, so that in the end they all just sort of killed each other with their blades. That was easy.

Richard had started to walk down the stairs to wonder what his next challenge was going to be. The last batch of enemies were extremely weak, and kind of stupid. So he wondered what Floor Ten could bring him. That is until he noticed an immediate difference in the scenery around him. Rather than being on a circularly ivory platform with just sky and flames around him, this scenery was familiar to him. The floor was made of gray concrete, and there were actual walls and a ceiling. The walls were just gray and made of steel, with windows letting in light from all sides. Richard realized where he was immediately. This was an abandoned warehouse. "Oh Richie~, you finally made it!"
Oh god. That voice. That voice that he listened to for a days at a time, that mocked him, then revealed that he wasn't actually some arrogant prick, and that Maalik put him up to it all. Oh god. He figured that he was gone, that Richard was done with him. And it now in the time he hadn't seen him, he had apparently become way more effeminate. Richard turned around to see his suspicion was confirmed. With a grimace on his face, Richard said, "Hey there..."

The man in question seemed elated at Richard's acceptance of his existince and said, "aww, you remember me. It feels like it's been forever since we last saw each other."
It was true. It had been a month or maybe even two since they last interacted with each other. Granted, the time he had spent with this kid...who was probably actually older than him, was nothing more than an annoyance. He was pissed off and hated most of the time, but at least it had made him better from the get go. "So, I doubt the fact that I am meeting you here is a coincidence. Are you supposed to be my opponent?"
Michael made a clicking noise and gave a thumbs up to Richard. "Spot on! Yup, old Maalik wanted me to be your floor ten opponent. Something about having some sort of retrospective about your journey or whatever. And since I was the first person you fought as an angel, I'm your first opponent here." What exactly was Maalik trying to get at with this? "Now, listen. Just because I was able to beat you easily last time, doesn't mean I can this time. For starters I'll be fighting with my own strength rather than cheating."

Richard raised his eyebrow at this. "Cheating?"

"Oh right," Michael waved his hand and continued saying, "yeah, you see, last time we fought I was just a figment of your imagination more or less. So I could literally do anything I felt like against you. But this time , I have to fight you with my own power that I've acquired over time. So, hope you'll have fun with me in our 15 touch fencing rematch bout. So let's just have some fu~n!" Wonderful. With that, Michael drew out his own El-Harriss and got ready to go into a bout with Richard.

Round 1
The two were equidistant from each other and there was a fencing strip charred into the ground. As the both of them got into engarde position, a plume of flame shot up starting the round. The both of them went straight after each other off the line. Taking one step forward by each, the both of them continued with another advance and then launched off into a lunge. With Richard's arm extended out all the way, and Michael's coming out, the both of them ended up hitting each other in the middle. However, because Richard hit Michael's attack in prep, the point went to Richard. Both were unharmed by their blades going through each other. Giant flaming numbers appeared behind Richard's and Michael's side of the strip, indicating their score, and Michael said, "oh wow. You really did get better."

Round 2
Still smiling, Michael walked back to his engarde line, and then got back into engarde, to which Richard followed suit. With both of their blades ready to go, the plume launched to start round two. Richard figured that Michael, being an actor, didn't actually know much about fencing. So he figured doing the same thing would yield the same results. Richard and Michael bounded at each other, two advances each. Richard lunged, however, Michael stopped and retreated a step back. Whilst retreating, he parried Richard's blade away, and riposted to gain the point. "Now now, I have been studying how to fence just for this occasion, so we could have the most fu~n possible."

Round 3
Well that was annoying. Richard was going to have to try against this man in fencing. Then again, Richard hadn't actually been able to fence in quite some time. So this would be as good a time as any to get his skills back together. With both of them apart from each other, the plume to start round three went off. Richard bounded off the start line, as did Michael. Richard assumed he was going to do the same thing, so he backed off and retreated one step back. Michael, however, kept going and went straight in for a lunge. Richard, while not expecting this, was able to react promptly and just continue retreating. With that, Michael had missed, and Richard took over the attack, beating Michael's blade out of the way and ending it with a single lunge. Point Richard.

Round 4
Going back to be equidistant from each other once more, Richard and Michael stared each other down. Getting engarde the plume of flame went off and the two bounded at each other. Richard went in with his advances, and didn't stop. Michael, however, went in and out, expecting Richard to for a straight lunge. Because Richard continued forward, he didn't get rid of his pressure and once he was in distance, lunged straight for Michael. Michael, who was trying frantically to retreat, only barely parried the blade, but not nearly enough to stop it from cutting through him. Point Richard.

Round 5
Richard and Michael had walked all the way back to their starting lines, and waited for each other to get into engarde before the plume went off. When round five had started, the two bounded off the line towards each other, and both stopped, and backed off with a single retreat. The both then went in again, only for both of them to stop and go backward. This time, however, Michael took over the attack and went straight for Richard to get right at him. With Michael circling his blade, Richard couldn't just pris de faire the blade, and so he continued retreating. That is, until the opportunity arose where Richard had slashed at and hit Michael's wrist with a sky hook. Point Richard, 4-1.

Round 6
Richard and Michael back off and went back to their starting lines to wait for round six to get underway. Once they both went into engarde, the plume went off once more and the both bounded towards each other. Only this time, Michael stopped, and started retreating backwards. He was doing it to match Richard's tempo, but Richard was fine with this and continued to advance forward towards his opponent. However, Michael simply beat Richard's blade away, and took the attack. Lunging forward, Michael had hit Richard, thus netting himself the point. 4-2

Round 7
Going back to the line, the two got into engarde stance and got ready to go at each other. With the plume signaling the start of the bout, Richard went forward while Michael stood still. With Richard taking one advance, then going into his second advance, Michael then took a step backward and did something unbelievably flashy. He jumped into the air and took a parry in mid air. After taking Richard's blade away, he ended up riposting at Richard and scored himself the point. He was beaming with excitement from having done that, and set the score up to 4-3.

Round 8
Well then, if he was going to be flashy about his win, then Richard might as well try something out for fun. Sure, you always had to fence simple and clean, but when he still had eleven points left to go, might as well spice it up a bit. Richard and Michael were ready to go at each other, and with the plume going off, the two advanced towards each other. However, as Michael continued his advance, Richard stopped and squatted, extending his arm out. Michael was totally not expecting this squat counter attack and just sort of ran into the blade, getting a point scored off of him. 5-3.

Round 9
After having done that showy move of his own, Richard decided to just go back to simple and clean as the both of them went back to their line. Getting into engarde position, the both of them launched off the engarde line and went straight for each other. Richard continued going as Michael stopped and retreated instead. Richard knew that he was going to try and take his blade, and so what he did was slow down considerably. Inching forward ever so slowly, he then rapidly sped up, only for Michael to counter attack. However, Richard had slowed down and the blade had completely missed him. As such, Richard then lunged forward while his opponent was off guard, and scored the touch on him. 6-3

Round 10
With Richard and Michael both at their starting lines, the plume had fired off and started the round ten. With that, Richard and Michael both went after each other off their starting lines going as fast as physically possible. With two advances from each participating fencer, Richard had stretched his arm out, but it wasn't fast enough. Michael had come out with his attack and hit Richard much sooner. With Michael's being an attack in preparation, the point had gone to him. 6-4

Round 11
Richard and Michael both went back to their starting lines, with the plume firing off so the both of them had begun to go and fence almost immediately. Richard went in, then went back out. Michael had taken a few advances forward, but had yet to lunge and so he took the attack over. With that, he advanced forward towards Richard and was circling his blade around to make it difficult for the fencer to reclaim the attack. When Michael had started to switch his tempo around, Richard saw him start to execute a pattern of slow and fast. When Richard had gotten the tempo down, he easily parried Michael's blade when he actually went in for the attack. With a clean riposte, Richard had scored the touch. 7-4.

Round 12
Round twelve was here with neither fencer really budging, going into engarde both, and then getting ready to go straight off the line towards each other. With Richard taking two advances towards Michael, Michael backed off and started his retreat to go on defense. Richard came forwards with a pattern of slow and fast advances. Going into a pattern, he realized Michael was going to catch onto it, and started to move in an irregular fashion to what he was doing before, and lunged straight at Michael, getting the touch uncontested. 8-4.

Round 13
With that last bout, Richard had started to gain some momentum on Michael and could feel his rusted skills refining back once more. Despite being an actor by profession, Richard was impressed by Michael's overall skill at the moment. But he wasn't going to lose here. The both of them got engarde, and ready to take the other down. With the plume firing off, the both of them had advanced off the line and went straight towards each other. With Richard going in two advances to match Michael's, he quickly retreated, parried, and riposted to score himself a quick point. 9-4.

Round 14
Richard and Michael had both gone to the engarde line to get ready for the next round. With the plume going off, Richard and Michael had decided to both advance towards each other. After taking two steps forward, the both of them had stopped and taken a retreat back, only for them to take another step forward and both take another step back. Richard then took another step forward, only for Michael to continue retreating and then jump in the air to take another parry. Richard, however, didn't even attack yet, and so he easily punished the jump and scored the point. 10-4.

Round 15
Richard was clearly winning at this point, and had way more momentum then his past iteration. However, Michael didn't look deterred at all, and seemed to be enjoying himself quite well. The both of them had gotten into their engarde position and continued on with their rematch. Richard came in with a two step lunge right off the bat, only for Michael to completely retreat to avoid it. Next, Michael came straight towards Richard and went to pressure him down. Richard had recovered and was simply retreating away from his opponent, and when Michael had struck down at him, Richard took a parry, and riposted scoring himself the point. 11-4.

Round 16
Richard was not slowing down, and was going to go to town as best he could against Michael. With both of them engarde, the plume fired off signifying that it was time to go into the next round. Richard started off going with a two step advance, one step retreat to try and bait out Michael, but Michael continued his advance regardless. Michael started to go in fast, and only speed towards Richard, to which Richard simply continued to retreat. With Michael just coming at him, Richard proceeded to go for a straight counter attack that was too fast for Michael to react to. Point Richard. 12-4.

Round 17
Richard and Michael had gone back to their starting lines and were ready to go right at each other once more. With the plume signaling the start of the bout, Richard and Michael went off the line. However, rather than going forward, Richard proceeded to retreat away from the line. With that, Michael simply started to advance towards Richard to get at him. However, this time, Michael was switching his tempo up erratically making it extremely hard for Richard to predict the strike. And as such, when Michael went in for his attack, Richard hadn't been able to react properly and got scored one. 12-5.

Round 18
With that amazing point scored last round, the two fencers got themselves situated back on their starting lines, only for the plume of flame to fire off again and the both of them to go at each other again. With this, Richard had advanced forward, and went in for a simple attack, only for Michael to jump back and start going forward once Richard had missed. With that done, Michael eventually came in for an attack, only to miss against Richard, and Richard to counter this by going in for his own attack, scoring the point. 13-5.

Round 19
The bout was starting to near its end, however fencing was a sport where one could easily make a comeback. Michael and Richard were going at each other for this round once more when the plume had fired off. Both going off the line, Richard had taken two advances forward, as did Michael, only for Michael to start going back once more. Richard came at Michael with quite the speed, only Michael to do something unexpected. Pulling off an unexpected skyhook, Michael had scored the point off on Richard's wrist. 13-6.

Round 20
Having been hit by a not so beginner friendly move, Richard realized he'd have to fence much more cleanly then he had that last touch if he was going to clean this bout out. Once the plume had fired off, the both of them had gone straight off of the line right at each other. Richard had gone in and hadn't stopped, knowing that Michael was going to back off. Once Michael had backed off and started retreating, Richard continued to go forward and switch his tempo up. When Michael had tried to beat his blade, Richard circled it, beat Michael's blade, and then went in for a straight lunge completely uncontested. 14-6.

Round 21
Here it was. Bout point. If Richard scored this, it would be all over. The both of them got on the line, and once the plume had fired off they both went at each other. Richard came in strong, and then immediately backed off to bait an attack from Michael. Having been successful, Richard riposted, only for Michael to recover and parry Richard's blade away. Having his blade away, Richard immediately brought it back and counter parried the blade away. With that, he tried to riposte, only for Michael to retreat away and then come back in for a riposte of his own. Richard finished the job by taking a step back, parrying, and finally landing his riposte. 15-6.

Bout Over.
With Michael having been defeated in their fencing rematch, Richard had come out on top. With that, Michael simply smiled and withdrew his blade, making it disappear. When he stood back up he saw Richard extending a hand out to him. Michael was confused for a second until Richard said,
"after a bout it's customary to shake hands and thank each other for the bout. So, good bout."
Michael continued to smile, and grabbed Richard's hand to shake it. "Good bout indeed. Man that was sooo great. I haven't stretched my powers out in such a long time. Well, guess that you beat me now, you get to move on to the next set of 10 floors where you'll meet your next big challenger at floor twenty. Good luck Richie~, I'll be rootin' for ya."

With that, Michael disappeared, and a white mist portal appeared where the door to the warehouse was. Having nothing left to do here Richard looked back to where Michael had been, and then walked himself through the portal that had appeared.

Richard had woken up that morning from the sleep of training he had gone through. While he didn't like the surprise training Maalik had Richard go through, at the very least he didn't keep him asleep for all one hundred of the floors. Getting himself up, Richard had walked towards the rest of the group to hear Tiia's concern about wanting to go back soon. Richard simply said, "yeah, we're going to be heading back once we get contacted about the status fallen angel that they were going to a day ago." It was true, they needed to get out of here soon, because as strong as the two they had left behind were, they were still only two people.

Sal had just stood there, waiting for the angel in question to answer the door, until finally she did. It was an asian girl with a smile on her face, roughly around the same age as the younger kids of the group. She seemed to suddenly have this look of confusion on her face, get her phone out (kids am I right?) and immediately lifted it to her face. He heard a camera shutter noise go off, and then she stepped back and shut the door in his face. Sal's expression stayed relatively the same, with a bit of surprise mixed in the usual calm, and said, "well that's a first." He then wondered what he should do in this situation, since knocking on the door again probably would generate an equal, if not worse response. Breaking in was also an option, albeit it was option that would be heavily frowned upon and probably wouldn't create the greatest of results. She shortly opened the door again...only she looked incredibly nervous; shaky hands, wide eyes, clutching her phone like her life depended on it (kids, am I right?) She then asked if she could help them.

Sal retained his calm demeanor and since he was already the one who had knocked on the door, he would speak to her.
"Yes, hello there Miss. We're here to talk to you about all of the really strange events that have been going on around the world recently, how they're related, and why we're speaking to you about it." He had hoped that would intrigue her enough to not slam the door in his face again. That'd be bad.

Stratos was kind of interested by the man before him. He seemed to be rather obsessed with weapons and apparently and seemed to think that he was the most worthy person to wield the mighty sword in the stone before them. He proceeded to explain how he had weapons that most men would kill to have, or something to that effect, and began to showcase off some of the ones from pulling them from him back. Wait, were those there before? Regardless, he showed off some large blade known as a bustersword, then he had something called a revolver which looked to be like the most impractically designed weapon, yet still kind of cool. He continued to on until he noticed Stratos's keyblade. As he asked him about where he could get something like that, Stratos said calmly, "well, you don't just...find one of these blades. It's just kind of a thing you happen upon really. At least that's how it was for me. This things varies a lot." Stratos had noticed how extremely fixated the man, Gilgamesh, was on his keyblade and seeing as he was extremely intent on getting that blade that he obviously couldn't pull out...he was not confident that the response he was going to get would be an understanding one.

Sal had woken up, thoroughly unsatisfied with the amount of progress they had made yesterday. They couldn't keep spending multiple days on recruiting one angel, especially when who knows how many more could be out there in the world. It wasn't like she was the last one they needed or anything. So, Sal got himself out of the hotel bed they had gone to take the previous night's rest in. After stretching himself out, he pulled the compass out and watched which direction it was pointing in. With that, he went downstairs to wait for everyone and eat the breakfast fit for ten men. Once his stomach was filled and everyone had awoken, they had left the hotel and went straight for the angel, not wanting to waste any time this time.

After getting in their car, the gang ended up driving all the way to some apartment that the compass was pointing at...Wonderful. More multi-floored building. These were just the best thing to go with. Seeing where the compass was pointing to, Sal came up with the idea of how to not just randomly guess. The may have only pointed in a two dimensional direction, but it still reacted more the closer the angel was. So, on the floor where the reaction was the greatest, Sal had knocked on the door and waited for the angel to come out.

Brandon had woken up after a successful day of kicking ass and taking names. Well both him and Heinry that was. The both of them had been able to take down Malo, and now she was sort of sleeping around in their bed rooms. As pompous as she was, she was still just a kid. Just like Brandon was. They were like, the same age right? Regardless, Brandon was wondering what would happen with her here, and more importantly, how they were supposed to help Heinry out from that dying thing he was going through. That was a bit of a problem. The problems would hopefully sort themselves out as Brandon got out of bed and wandered about. "I'm going to go on guard duty just in case something comes through. Get me if you need me." Brandon had hoped that Heinry would be able to deal with the girl by himself, but someone still needed to guard the area. Granted, he stayed as close to the abbey area as he could, just in case.

Brandon had done it with the help of Heinry. Yeah....So there was five minutes left, and Brandon had to get his ass to bed or bad **** would happen. Probably. So yeah, he went to bed because Heinry totally had this.

Sal went to bed after Logan Min stuff happened. Yeah.

Well, that attack had ended up pretty failed. Not gonna lie, he had no real idea that black smoke could have so many utilities as being both pointy objects and as giant ass walls. Who knew? Regardless, things were getting a tad bit not good for the young lightning boy, and he really needed to make things turn up Milhouse for him. Granted, she had called him stupid, not nice by the way, and then threw her mist dagger at him. Well, knowing that he couldn't possibly slice that because he is no battojutsu expert or something to that effect, Brandon went with a tip he had picked up from Leo. He turned his sword into a shield, only to fall down instantly from the impact of the dagger's impact. Why? Because it turns out his feet were pretty tangled up on the smoke of infinite uses. As he fell backward, he hit the ground and was down for the count. Passed out. Donezo...Okay not really. It just kind of hurt.

Picking himself up, he used his lightning on his legs to burst the mist away, stood up, and then decided to throw more lightning! This time, however, he had Heinry just firing bullets made out of some weird red stuff. So rather then just firing a frontal lightning bolt, Brandon fired two to his side, that arced towards the blonde haired Malo.

Brandon was surprised that Heinry was dying of Hellfire disease. So that's why he looked so sickly all the time!...What was hellfire disease? Was that like some sort of new STD found? Maybe keeping Heinry and Eris in the same place a big no no after all. Regardless, Heinry was gonna be dead soon if they didn't do something. Malo kind of made that a moot point anyway, by instantly attacking with her black spear things, so it's not like he could do anything about keeping Heinry away from death via that disease thingy at the moment. Not to mention that Malo was a big braggart. Not all that adorable as her appearance would lead one to believe. Regardless, Brandon knew it was time to work, and while he didn't know much about what he was defending, it was gonna be defended.

Calling Vis Vis into his hand almost instantly, it appeared to take a really different appearance than before. Rather than being the regular long sword that it was, this blade was more thin and serrated across the edge. Using this serrated blade, Brandon fired off a lightning bolt from each tip to completely destroy the black smoke spears coming at him.
"Well then," Brandon's face lit up as he started grinning towards his opponent. "Guess we'll just have to see which of our skills is more miraculous." The blade shifted back to being a long sword and Brandon basically just fired a lightning bolt out of it right towards Malo.

He was up. He was ready to go. He was feeling positively electric. Brandon got his black jacket, that he wore to no end on, and got Vis Vis ready for action. He was gonna guard the shit out of Rivaille's prison today. He was gonna prevent any and all demons and or angel human baby things from getting to...that place...he didn't actually know how someone was supposed to actually get there, but he was definitely gonna prevent them from getting there. After turning his sword back into its elegant wrist accessory, Brandon walked out of the abbey to go and resume guard duty.

Turns out there was already imminent danger within the walls of their holy place. The blonde haired girl, Malo, had returned with a swagger in her voice unmatched by even the most pompous of people. She and Heinry seemed to be having a bit of friendly exchange between each other and so, as much as his creator would love to throw a lightning bolt at the girl he didn't try to engage in any hostilities. As he walked in on the end of the conversation Malo responded to Heinry by saying,
"I think you're the one who's running out of strength Grandpa!"

Brandon then interceded the conversation by waving to the girl and saying, "hey, welcome back." He then pointed at Heinry and said, "and you see, while this man might look aged its not a good idea to judge by appearances. For instance, Jo looks really timid and shy and stuff, but get on her bad side and bam! She strangles you. So you see, appearances aren't everything."

The flight had been one that was completely slept through given the fact that they were now going to...well somewhere in Asia. Sal wasn't actually sure of the exact destination, though he figured if he had made it through this entire ordeal, he'd have to plan a trip to the Asian countries. He looked towards the other members, all of which seemed to be doing there own thing, though Hana herself seemed to be brooding over something. He wasn't entirely sure what, but he had come to the conclusion it probably had to do with Joslyn's kidnapping. Sal felt responsible for this, having failed to stop Adam from his act quite spectacularly, but he had resolved that they would find some way to bring her back, and deal with any threats against her during that time.

The plane had eventually landed, and the group had begun their journey into the Asian country. Waiting for mid day to come around, to simply rest, eat up, and get any exposition that needed explaining out of the way, they began to follow the compass on their grand journey across the country. With their rented automobile that they were probably never going to return like all the rest, they had eventually made it to place where the compass was pointing. That being a school. Wonderful, another place their group would probably be kicked out of immediately if they all went in at once. Sal looked at the people who would draw the least suspicion going in...that being the Canadian Girl and the German Boy...who clearly were not from here. Maybe the world famous author as well, seeing as he could probably just pop in unannounced as well.
"So, as we obviously all can't go into there at once, any volunteers to go track this angel down?"

As she listened to the boy tell her that she needed her parents permission to go on this journey, June simply nodded saying, "okay." She then proceeded to unbuckle the seat belt of the car and get out the door. Without much of a care in the world, June started just walking towards the mansion until she got to where her parents were, gawking at this author's mansion or something along those lines. "Hey, Mom, Dad." They turned around to see their daughter, elated that she had finally come inside. "So, I'm part of a group of fallen angels and we're going to go travel the world and stop Hell from killing everyone. Is that fine if I go?"

Her parents were kind of stunned by this at first, and then they retreated back together to discuss what their daughter had just said. They had came to the conclusion, that she may have actually been indeed telling the truth about this situation. June wasn't the type of girl to lie or say something with some sort of double meaning to it. After they broke from their two man huddle, August put his hand on June's shoulder. He said, "alright, you may go. For this is your destiny, and you must answer the call to arms that the universe has sent you. Be strong my child." August and April weren't the sanest or greatest parents on Earth as it would turn out.

"Thank you." After they gave each other a good hug goodbye, the group was off from Alaska and boarded the plane to begin their journey now further south westward. To where? Only time would tell. Pleased with their double recruitment Sal went to sleep, and totally content with everything, June went to sleep.

Huh what? June was not aware of the strange happenings in the world. Or at least not consciously so. The news was boring so who had time to sit down and watch that? Sure she had heard about things from adults and such, but never really bothered to pay attention to it at all...in the slightest. Kids, am i right? Then there was that really weird end part. The whole, hell rising, and her being an angel. Eye color boy was also an angel to. The people outside who just seemed to be standing around, were angels too... Man that was so cool. June started to space out, thinking of glorious white wings gallantly sailing through the sky, man that was just awesome. And she was an angel too? Wait she didn't have wings. But there was something inside her, that literally told her she was an angel. Like actually, she could hear a voice saying that it was true. She didn't really know what this voice was, but hey, it was probably just an imaginary buddy of hers. Kids, am I right? Drifting her attention back to the boy she said, "so what do I do?"

June was getting to the epic climax of this totally generic action movie, Die Soft, and it was just about there part where the one guy was gonna shoot the other guy for reasons, that something had distracted her attention away from her film once more. Her child like wonder stare at the screen had turned into a rather annoyed expression as she saw some weird kid knock on her window. She looked at him for a second, and realized that he had two different colored eyes. That was totally weird and unique. She wondered what the benefit or downside to having that overly complicated name for two differing eye colors would be. How awesome would it be. How someone gets something like. As the thoughts ran through her head, she had ended up staring into space and not paying attention at all to the boy, until she realized he was still there. She then rolled the window and said, "what do you want?"
