And Stratos wins! But who was most valuable in September?...
Hikaru watched as Huey, Dewey and Louie made their way through the mirror post haste. The ducklings went through single file once he had made sure all the other wielders had made it through. "Seeya on the other side!" Louie called, following his brothers into the portal. Making a quick list in his head, he tried to account for everyone who had been present in the last few worlds who had already been through the mirror. "Eon and Etrius never went through," he noted. "Did you see them?" he asked Seiza. "One's a small kid with white hair, and the other-" "Kid, anyone brought from earlier has already made it through, now get going! This thing isn't going to be open for much longer." He turned the boy around and pushed him into the mirror's direction. "Your friends went, Merlin followed, and the ducks make everyone who made it out, save for the members of the order. If you don't leave now, you won't get the chance." "Not until I know everyone's made it through. Speaking of, your next." He got out of the man's grasp and gestured him to the mirror. Seiza stayed quiet for a moment as he looked at the only known exit. "I'm not going through... Some one's gotta close the portal on this side so you won't be followed." Hikaru went blank. "Well... then I'll do it. Kaida would never forgive me if I left you behind. So if one of us has to stay back, I'll volunteer to do so." "Wasn;t up for debate. You're going. I'm staying." "Seiza, please. I'm giving you a choice here. I trust the people I came here with, and once they find Yen Sid, you can-" "I CAN'T KID!" He cried out. "I don't have the option because you need a true heart to jump through these portals, that's how it works." Hikaru thought for a moment. "But you have a great heart. Kaida can vouch for that!" "But it's still not a whole heart... And with that requirement, it's either a whole heart, or no dice." Blinking to try and hold back tears, he simply uttered; "Seiza..." He hadn't known him as long as Kaida, but he was still one of the few he'd grown fond of over his time there. Seiza held out his hand to try and make the parting easier. "Been a nice ride." Hikaru went passed the hand and straight for a strong hug. "We'll come back for this place. I promise. This isn't goodbye." He let go of him after a few seconds and nodded to him, trying not to drag on the separation. With that out of the way, he made his way to the mirror and looked at his warped reflection before making the jump through. "Hey kid." Seiza spoke. Hikaru spun around to hear his final words. "Tell Kaida to watch her head... Not much of a farewell, but I've always been kinda bad at those anyways." Hikaru gave a small smile. "I told you it's not a goodbye... So see you later!" Keeping strong, he dove into the mirror as the last of the magic keeping it open faded, turning it back to just a normal mirror once more. "Awfully kind of you to let them all leave." Seiza said, turning to the door's entryway. "Figured the bad guys would play dirty and catch them all off guard." At the entrance, stood No Heart walking slowly from the door into the library. "A kindness only granted for the use they later serve for me." "Whatever. So you here to finish me off or just gloat about it? If given the choice, I would volunteer for extermination please." "Perish the thought Seiza. You too, will serve a purpose." At that moment, Aux walked into the door, dragging Kuma inside by the neck plate of his armor, and tossing him as an offering to his master. "So the strongest of might has fallen and the strongest of magic is within our possession. It shouldn't be too long to rally the rest of them." He examined the fallen powerhouse as he gave a deep breath. "Quite impressed you managed to subdue him so quickly. I expected the tank of the order to hold a more formidable defense. "Well, he had help." Krowley grinned following Aux inside. Seiza grinded his teeth. "You... All makes sense too. You and Rin had access to all the materials. Only regret is not realizing it sooner." he lamented. "Oh cease the melodramatics Seiza. You're still steps behind on the true plan at work." Krowley mocked. "What of the rest of the order?" No Heart requested. "With Mizu and Kuma apprehended, that only leaves four remaining. Eclipse is a threat, but is clouded by her emotions. Her actions and thought process become brash and prevent her from making the right choices. Nequa is having her fun as we speak. Lea, the caring fool he is will blindly follow his ally into darkness. Shouldn't be long before they're both under our care. DJ's strategical and intellectual knowledge also puts us at a disadvantage. He took the Gamma belt and escaped Vanitas' clutches. He's quite resourceful and should be searched for when we have the opportunity. We cannot leave him be." "And the girl?" No Heart asked. "The most minimal of threats. Her capture isn't vital to our end goal. Her speed might save her from time to time, but she's just a child who never fit in with the crowd." The way he spoke of the members of the order made Krowley seem so inhumane. Allies he worked alongside, now being exploited for weaknesses. "Kaida is a threat." Aux spoke. "While she is no threat now, may I remind you who she replaced... HE wouldn't have chosen her as a successor if he didn't know she was up tot he task. There's something there we haven't seen yet. "Excellent observation," Krowley applauded. "She'll be added to the capture list. As will the rest of Eraqus' brigade of heroes." Seiza gave them a nasty look at the mention of apprehending the only family he had left. Looking to the mirror, he put his hand behind the glass frame and pushed it forward, watching as it would fall heavily forward and make it's inevitable breaking point. CRASHHHHH! went the mirror, as shards of glass scattered around the floor. "Whoops. Looks like searching might take a while. Guess I've outlived my usefulness, huh?" Krowley chuckled. "Fool, we would never spare for something as miniscule as that. I-, I mean... Master No Heart, has bigger plans for you. No Heart looked around the library as he glided across the room. "I'm currently in search of a book." "And you walked into a library?" Seiza teased. "You really are the brains of the operation aren't you..." "This book is far more important than any ever written." "And you think I'll help you find it?" "Help me find it? Hehe... young man, I want you to help me recreate it." -------------------------------- Back at the mysterious tower, Hikaru popped over onto the other side and managed to balance his legs before crashing onto the ground. Finding his footing, he turned around to see the mirror now looked normal again and just stared at his reflection, unable to do anything to help his friend. "Seiza..." Dewey an the other three ducks walked over to him to see if he was okay. "Are you alright, my boy?" a concerned Merlin asked. "I'll get by. First thing's first though. We need to see if Yen Sid is okay." "Quite right. Like any good wizard, his tower will be at the very top." "Then that;s where we need to go."
Playing Kingdom Hearts Chi can be a fun time waster, but doesn't show you a whole lot about the Kingdom Hearts lore. That is except for the Tome of Prophecy. (AKA "Foreteller's Script) Now what this is, is a powerful and foreshadowing device that is able to dwell into events of the future of worlds, and examine how things in said world proceed. Basically, it's like a like a magical simulator/editor for worlds. It's full power isn't entirely clear, but it is a very powerful piece of text indeed. The power of the book is used for the gameplay and story usage in Kingdom Hearts Chi, but it is slowly making it's way into the more canon games. So according to Chirishii, before the creator of the book vanished, he bestowed it onto his loyal followers, also known as the "Foretellers." (Seen below, by their bear, snake, unicorn, leopard, and fox motif) They were given knew names and entrusted to read the future that was written in the book. The last page, dictates; ""The war in that place will lead to the defeat and destruction of the Light. The World will be enveloped in eternal Darkness." If you watch the Kingdom Hearts III teaser, Xehanort and Eraqus appear to be having a conversation on said text, So what does this all mean for the series? Well, Xehanort has done his homework since he was very young it seems. Well it seems like along with the 13 Darknesses and 7 Lights battle that approaches, "That place" may perhaps be a special world or field, in which Xehanort must concoct his plan. Not only that, but this little book finds it's way into the recent 2.5 HD Remix. Oh yes, upon viewing the Re:Coded cutscenes, there seems to show the possible connection. The opening scene for Re:Coded shows Jiminy explaining that the book from their first Journey only has one line in it now; "Their hurting will be mended when you return to end it" Spoiler: Re:Coded Opening Script ?????? (narrating): So, now we've taken two journeys. One to stop the darkness from spreading, and the other to put all the lost hearts back where they belong. To tell the truth, neither one was easy, but I sure was glad to be the cricket to write down what happened. Two journeys, both sittin' quiet right here in these two books. (Two small brown books sit on a desk, both emblazoned with a crown seal) Jiminy (narrating): But now, looks like the only thing left in one of 'em is a single line. (The pages of the first book turn to read "Thank Naminé") Jiminy (narrating): Of course, maybe that's because they're the only words this book was meant to hold and it's time to close it for good. But...who exactly is this "Naminé"? (The pages turn to a page near the end of the book, and Jiminy's eyes widen at another message: "Their hurting will be mended when you return to end it". Jiminy puts a hand to his head in confusion. He rushes to the Library of Disney Castle with book in hand. King Mickey sits at his desk as Jiminy explains everything to him) Mickey: A mysterious message? Jiminy: Uh-huh. I certainly didn't write it. And you know I never once let the journal out of my sight. I don't know when anybody woulda had a chance to... Mickey: Hmm... "Their hurting will be mended"? Gosh, Jiminy. Sound like somebody needs help and doesn't know what to do. Let's get to the bottom of this. Jiminy: Of course, but how? All of the other pages are completely blank. Mickey: Sure, the words you wrote are gone, but that doesn't mean the journal is empty. As you progress through the game/cutscne movie, you find that more and more messages begin to pop up everytime a world in the journal is repaired like "There's a road for the taking if you end our world's aching." amd "Their torment has been lessened." In the end, it's revealed that Namine with the help of Diz most likely, crafted a data version of herself to pass along that message so they could understand her message of "Thank Namine" from Chain of Memories.. Now while that doesn't really connect anything, it's shown just how dangerous and useful Data can be. About 2 hours in the movie, you'll find that Maleficent and Pete discuss the possibilities of Data in relation to the Tome of Prophecy. The Link below shows a scene between the two, discussing the various uses they need from the Journal in Coded. TIMED LINK Spoiler: English Translation Maleficent: I see... Pete: What is it? Maleficent: I didn't quite understand it when I heard "Data World". The Tome of Prophecy. Once, there was a book by that name. It described the worlds of the future as thoough its writer had seen them. Pete: Ohh, if that thing existed you could do whatever you wanted with the worlds, right? Maleficent: Reproducing those worlds of the future from that Tome of Prophecy, they say you could bring about the dwellers and powers that exist in the future. Pete: What? Bring them with a book? I can only believe it is a book from a fairy tale. I shouldn't have built my hopes up. Maleficent: Indeed, from a fairy tale... However, isn't the "Data World" something similar? That Journal they used to record their trip might have a connection with the Tome of Prophecy that supposedly existed in the past. Pete: This is getting interesting, Maleficent. Maleficent: This which is called "Data", we have to get our hands on it. Watched it? Good. So as you can see, the non Angelina Jolie Maleficent has managed to alter her route in the domination game by using the Data in the Jpurnal as her own personal Tome of Prophecy. And so she continues that route in Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance when she holds Minnie ransom for the Journal. So what are your thoughts on it?
Goi it with the themed 3DS XL today. Haven't unlocked much, but now I just want to transfer all my system data so it's not all lost. New Friend Code is 2208-7033-3027
Maybe. In retrospect, they would actually call me by my given name. Private Steven Tiddlywinks. I suggested a battle plan to corporal that apparently inspired a game after it. Spoiler Strip Poker, they called it.
I see they continue to keep us entertained with HD remakes. My 2016 theory seems all the more plausible...
More sneak peaks I see the more I want this to appear. Between this and Smash Bros, I look forward to the weekend. Coping with the responsibility and heavy burden of being the Avatar is something both Aang and Korra have struggled with in multiple episodes. And now after 3 years, Korra must retake her place as the Avatar and see if the world still needs her to bring BALANCE to the world... This is the TV stuff I live for. Spoiler: Toph Training Korra
Pretty much all the highlights I enjoyed throughout the video. I desperately want a GIF of that Varrick face with his mustache in the wind.
Living on the edge I see.
Said Kiara would make an appearance. Not sure about Kovu... Though he is voiced by Jason Marsden (Voices Max goof as well) so who knows.

(18) (19) (20) Hikaru sighed as the dust settled and all sides were clear of heartless. He wished he could have helped more, but didn't want to dwell on past mistakes when there was still the matter of making sure the mirror is guarded. He looked onto the group of worn out and triumphant wielders with a small grin as they had fought off 100, relentless creatures of darkness and survived. Things were looking up as nothing looked like it would take them down. Before celebrations could be had, Hikaru looked over the horizon to find a horde of 100 more Behemoths, marching their way onto the scene. His left eye winced as the rest of his face remained the same. Dewey came out of the Library, tripping over his webbed feet as he did. Quickly reprising, he alerted them to the update from inside the facility. "The mirror Ish ready!" He notified. "Oh thank god..." he replied, letting out a gust of breath. ------------------------------------ Disneytown... Max led Kaida around a corridor and into the alleyways so they could remain undetected by Pete's guards. While he didn't have the best sense of detection, he knew a thing or two about sneaking out, being a teenager and all. "Since those things came into town, I put together a small resistance to ward 'em off. Two girls. Both with weird little key swords like yours. Seriously is there a vendor you buy these from or something?" he chuckled. "Not that I'd want one of course. My board does all my work for me both as my weapon and my shield. Also being a nice getaway saver to boot," he claimed showing off the nice lightning design on his board. "I Painted it after Powerline; the biggest rockstar on the planet! Maybe when we get a chance I'll show you-" As the two rounded the corner, the large Pete stood in their way. Talking to Kaida, Max wasn't watching where he was going and clanked right into Pete's armor. "Ack!" he grunted as he toppled over. "HEHE! Just as planned! Knew if I followed long enough she'd lead me to you!" Max sat upright rubbing his head as he tried to get his senses in order. Pete's eyes widened as he got a look at the mystery boarder. "WHAT? Da Goof's Boy is da one muckin' up my town?!" "Must hurt to be shown up by a kid, huh Mr. P?" Max mocked. "I ain't gettin' shown up by anyone! PETE'S GUARD! ROUND UP!" He called, summoning the guards to the scene. Max kicked up his board, ready to rumble. "Don't you mean the King's Guard?" "Dere my men, see? So I'll call 'em whatever I please!" Max noted the large numbers and whistled for his reinforcements at the hideaway, only a quick minute from their location. "Guys! Little help?!" BRAWL MISSION START! Have fun with the fanbase
I can see the argument behind this. KH2 was a little too linear for my taste. Didn't really challenge you outside the buffed up bosses. Though I am looking forward to more Kingdom Hearts III production, I will miss the minor things he could have added to XV.
Managed to find time to play the demo, and oh how I loved that final smash for Megaman. Everyone was saying how great it is, but you have to execute it yourself for he first time to really feel the excitement for it. Demo itself is such a tease though, haha.
