I got a jury summons in the mail it seems. 21-years old and already having to fill that crap out for my first time. Worst part is that it's on a day I have off and I usually do school. Maybe I'll get lucky and it gets canceled though. Plus, filling in that I attend a higher level institution might make me exempt, so here's praying
I held off on this because it seems like nothing is confirmed about it yet. So far we only know the names, we don't even know if it's a placeholder or if it's due for the next generation. Though I'll admit, I like the spaces between the words. It's a pretty effect. It also makes me think of Megaman Battle Network 4
That's why in earlier questions I had things like "Gameplay/Walkthrough" as a choice, because some people might use those specifically for plot-related stuff. Also, I've already got 58 responses on the survey, thanks so much guys.
Raisor got up from his sitting and watch as another Bloticle finally came into view. Well, to be more exact, he zoned in on one instead of seeing them out of the corner of his eye and ignoring them. This was seemed to be simple ink, nothing more nothing less. Though it was a little on the wavy side compared to the others. Stratos threw his keyblade at it, but apparently this one was fluid, and not in the water sense, because it dodged the attack and knocked Stratos to the ground. Raisor walked on over to Stratos and looked down at him. "You know, you probably shouldn't be lying down on the job. We are on a sort of time limit here." He chuckled and grabbed Stratos's arm, pulling him back on his feet. After that, the Bloticle sent out a bunch of whips at Raisor. Raisor slashed at them, but unfortunately for him, his keyblade would slice them up and at least avoid the tip of the attack. Guess it doesn't always work like some people make it seem. He began to get a little jealous, thinking about a certain someone he knew that could do it and he couldn't. Raisor was flying back through the air from the first attack when another whip came straight down at him. Raisor threw his arms above his head and flung his weight forward, cutting the air in a circle, and also somehow managing to cut the tentacle in half this time. "Okay, that's going to get annoying if it doesn't happen regularly." He dusted off his clothes, preparing for the next attack. Spoiler: count blotling: 700/1000 Bloticle: 941/1000
Raisor continued his fight against the miniature blots hanging around him. The things were so obnoxiously persistent he just ended up kicking them all out of the way. If nothing else, it made for great anger management. He continued his little kicking spree, watching them all fly away in order. "Too bad there's no a fence, then I could say I dropped kicked them over it." Raisor sighed, painfully aware of his bad joke. Another blotling came at his and he kicked it away. This was also a good time to work on his kicks and punches, since these tiny creatures weren't much of a threat. Although there was still a large amount of them left, and they were running low on time. Raisor needed to pick up the pace, and continued his kicking spree, at twice the speed. Actually, he might as well have been shuffling his feet. He kicked a few more and they gurgled out of existence in midair, apparently taking enough abuse. Raisor got a little bored of the kicking, but he didn't feel like using his keyblade on these things. He sat down and started knocking away the blotlings as they jumped at him. It probably looked more like a comedy routine to someone else the way he was moving, but he couldn't get into it. Maybe there was another Bloticle to go after around somewhere. Spoiler: count blotlings: 713/1000 Bloticle: 7/10
So for my statistics class, my group is doing a study on how and if looking up information on games affects purchasing, and I made a little survey for it. It's only 10 questions, so can I please ask as many of you as possible to submit your responses? https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1FXSoc4e5lJYhlrSefYTJo_8WK-qxg-V1pewJ0cpONbs/viewform Edit: I realized I should have added another question in, so if you already took the survey, can you see if you can go in and edit your answers to answer the new question 8?
So, was it the whole experience, or just the "tiny" portion?
Again, this makes me laugh. I personally would have been like "Nope, you already started on your order, so you must now finish it and pay for it". I know technically you can't do that, though if you could, or at least a manager did at some point, I would pay them just to have seen it happen. There are so many things that you wish you could do in your job but can't.
hit that ctrl+s a few more times and you might be spared the torture
Raisor continued throwing his keyblade at the bloticle, dodging the annoying magma-bombs that were tossed at him. While doing so, he noticed Stratos launch his own attack using Faith, and the beams of light hit their target dead on, damaging the creature. Raisor figured he'd get one last attack in, so it might as well be a good one, if not a completely stupid one. Taking his chance, Raisor cast three blizzard spells in a row to hit a magma-bomb coming at him. Yes, his magic itself was weak, but he didn't need the magic to be strong, per se. All Raisor was looking for with his attack was hitting that ball of heat with enough cold to cool it into a nice solid chunk of rock. The "ball of heat", as he put it, was beginning to turn solid, and Raisor smashed the thing with all his might. The stone, about the size of someone's head, began flying at the bloticle with enough force that you could see the dust clear out of the way in its flying wake. Raisor wasn't sure he hit it that hard, but maybe it had something to do with them being in a story book. Either way, the stone flew straight into the Bloticle, actually causing a giant hole to rip through the thing, and the bloticle stopped moving, except for a few twitches here and there. "Well, that's my home run for the day. No idea how the heck that even happened, but I'll take it." He looked proudly at his hole-of-an-accomplishment, and walked on to more enemies. "You guys can clean the rest up." Spoiler: count Blotlings: 795/1000 Bloticle: 8/10 Bloticle 3: 32/1000
I think the only one I could do without a problem in that is math. Graphing is pretty much the easiest part of any math problem. Permutations and Combinations are easy too, when you're allowed to use a calculator with them; if not, then I'm out the door and you're outta luck. We'll find out how I do in Philosophy too, because in the Fall, I have to take Logic I, which is a philosophy class...that somehow adds in to being a math class. I know this degree is more on a supervisory aspect than a technical, but I would not mind being a grunt and just working on technical stuff in a job, preferably on games. I'll wait on the supervisory stuff till later.
More specifically, my Distribution Channels class hates me. I've managed to barely hold a B in that class, and now I get a 55/100 on my stupid quiz for this week. I would like to point out that I officially hate marketing, and find it to be almost as hard to understand as Government. I much prefer my practical classes, like Photoshop stuff, and Statistics using Excel
Raisor followed up on Base and Stratos' attacks on the bloticle by attacking himself. He had been unbearably absent in this fight, and he knew he should take a more active role. Though looking at the bloticle, it was kind of hard to figure out how to do so. Before it was just a giant ink blot that had heat, but now it looked like it had molten lava around it. Yes, it was only ink, but considering the last two, Raisor had a good feeling it was pretty darn close to the same thing. Even he wasn't crazy enough to storm into something that hot, no matter what kind of heat he could deal with. Thinking on what to do, he figured the only way to hit it was from a distance. There was strike raid, or his blizzard spell, both of which probably wouldn't do all that much. Well, blizzard was out of the question, so Raisor just chucked his keyblade at the enemy and continued his attack. The Bloticle didn't seem to enjoy being attack, since it send molten rocks flying at Raisor, but he just dodged out of the way. The annoying part was when they hit the ground and exploded into bits of fiery blobs. He ran, jumped, ducked, weaved, and dodged out of the attacks while sending his keyblade flying at the enemy multiple times, just trying to rack of the damage. Spoiler: count blotling: 785/1000 Bloticle: 184/1000 Yes, I know, I've been absent. School sucks
Hahahaha, this made me laugh so hard. I don't know why, but it's so true. TV shows make fun of people like that all the time, but when you see it in real life, you realize the truth. The horrible, god-awful truth that there are those kinds of people out there, and you had the unexpected luck of running into one of them. So, how much time passed in this instance? And please tell me they had a blank stare in their eyes the whole time Another question, why are you working at this type of place in the first place? Food jobs suuuuuuuuck
Think I finally found a new band I can listen to
Thank goodness for being single and not caring about relationships
Hyperdimensional Neptunia Re:birth 1 The 4th wall jokes...so many It's on gamestop's list and supposed to be coming over in July
FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS CHEAP AND UNFAIR IN CYBER SLEUTH, USE JESMON IN CHALLENGE 8!!!!
I just mentioned Lucemon FM being good, but apparently Lucemon SM's SS reduces magic damage by 10% and converts it to HP. My god this is...
