Genome gave a slight cocky smile. He wasn't expecting to get an answer so easily.​

"Okay, 'Dalek Sec', you held up your end of the bargain, I'll hold up mine."​

Genome crossed his arms before beginning to explain.​

"You wanted to know my relationship to the enemy, right? I assume that by 'The Enemy', you mean the Spiral King. Well, me and him...We're the same person. He's me from the future, and I'm him from the past. Simple as that. Any other questions?"​

Yes he was, but I've since been told that I play him now, so...Yeah.

~Underground; Dalek Sec Demands Information~​

Genome could tell that whatever this...Thing was, it wasn't friendly. It's loud, monotone voice just made it come off as creepy.​

"You expect me to give information to a floating trash bin with an annoyingly bright eye? Yeah, doubtful."​

Genome turned around to get said light of out his eyes.​

"Look, if you even want the slightest bit of information from me, you're gonna have to explain yourself first. Who are you...What are you?"​

Genome turned back around, blocking the light with his hands.​

"And why do you want to know about my 'relationship' with the enemy? I'd answer fast if I were you, or I just might wake the others. And trust me; You don't want that."​

Genome stared the metallic creature down, awaiting it's answer.​

~Sky Sanctuary~​

​

After Maleficent left the Sanctuary, Xemnas was approached by Namine.​

"I assure you, Namine, I do not 'Have my hands full'. If I so desired, I could use this gem's energy to completely obliterate Hollow Bastion. However; doing so would cause me to lose my only entrance to Kingdom Hearts."​

Xemnas stood next to Namine at the balcony, looking down at it.​

"They can acquire as much of Ansem's data as they please. In the end, the result will remain the same."​

Xemnas turned to Gexln, who had since fallen asleep.​

"Perhaps he could be useful..."​

Finally, he turned to Xigbar, who had brought two unconscious forms before him.​

"Xigbar, I was wondering when you would come."​

Xemnas looked down at the KO'd bodies.​

"Intruders? I suppose I should increase security. At any rate, I am glad you are back, because I have an assignment for the three of you."​

The three that Xemnas spoke of were Xigbar, the cloaked form with the Keyblade, and Gexln. Seeing that the third was still asleep, Xemnas snapped his fingers and summoned a Dusk Nobody, which promptly slapped Gexln across the face with it's tendril-like arm, waking him up.​

"You three are to infiltrate Hollow Bastion's castle. Do try to remain undetected, but I will allow you to fight if necessary. Xigbar, you are the squad leader. You may leave when ready."​

With that, Xemnas turned back to the balcony, looking down on Hollow Bastion.​

~Meanwhile, at the Sanctuary's entrance~​

​

A boy wielding a Keyblade ran through the sanctuary's outdoor gardens, fighting off Nobodies as he went on.​

"How could Xemnas have come back already? This isn't right..."​

He said to himself as he ran through.​

The boy looked up, seeing the top of the sanctuary where an incredible power lay.​

"Xemnas...What are you up to now..."​

Just gonna make a quick announcement:

I've decided that I won't be taking banner requests anymore. With the school year starting up and such, I can't also add that onto my already somewhat large list of other things to do. I apologize to those who were expecting banners from me, but I just can't do it right now.

There are certain graphics shops that make RP banners, so I'm sure you could easily get some from there.

You gotta admit, it made for a pretty awesome musical number.

I'll be making a post with Xemnas either tomorrow or on Saturday. I promise you that.

Also, I'd also like to point out that my minimal posting with decrease even more on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I've got after school stuff which will prevent me from posting. Just thought I'd give a heads up.

Finally, the battle had come to an end. The light crackling of the surrounding flames were the only sounds heard.​

Ken, Ryo, Kouji and the Shadows had come out victorious. They put their skills together to battle, and they didn't even know each other's names.​

"Nice job, everyone...We beat them."​

"Like there would have been any other outcome?"​

"Heh, someone's in a cocky mood."​

"So...How about some introductions?"​

"Alright. Name's Ken Kaido."​

"Ryo Magami. We're the pilots of Mazinkaiser."​

"I'm Kouji Kaido; Pilot of Mazinger Z...Say, your mech looks a lot like mine..."​

"Maybe that's because it's based on yours!"​

"...Really?"​

"Uh, hello? We're still here!"​

The mecha pilots looked down to see the Hedgehogs standing on the ground looking up.​

"Oh, right...Sorry. What're your names?"​

"I'm Shadow the Hedgehog."​

"So am I."​

"Whoa, whoa, hold the phone...You're BOTH Shadow the Hedgehog?"​

"Yes. The shorter one is me from the past."​

"And the taller one is me from the future."​

"Interesting...Two of the same creature from different points in time..."​

"Wouldn't that mean that you two are a walking time paradox or somethin'?"​

"One would assume as much, but it seems like that this planet doesn't play by the rules of the Space-Time Continuum. I'm not the only one who's got a past self here."​

"Weird...I wonder if there's a past version of me somewhere?"​

"It's entirely possible. But for now we need to find some shelter. Who knows when more of those things will show up."​

"Agreed."​

Kouji knelt Mazinger down and held out it's hand.​

"Little Shadow, hop on. You can ride on my shoulder."​

Classic Shadow nodded and jumped on Mazinger's hand. He was then lifted onto it's shoulder and placed there.​

"Guess that means the big one's with us, huh?"​

"Looks that way. Here."​

Mazinkasier knelt down and did the same as Mazinger, lifting Shadow up to it's shoulder.​

The five fighters moved on, looking for a safe place to stay until the sun rose again.​
