The image of the dark shadowed stranger was revealed to Minnie and Mizrabel as a shadow version of Mickey himself! Shadow Mickey reached from behind his back and revealed a purple gem to which he placed in the path of the three wandering heroes. Disappearing before they could even spot him. The gem seemed legite, but why this 'Shadow Mickey' placed it for them, was still a mystery...
