I agree with Luna, when you're ovulating, it doesn't mean you can have a kid. People who are well over fifty are still ovulating and does that mean they can support a baby through nine months? No, it means your body is just starting or is in, puberty/adulthood before you stop. I'm not going to trot through the minefield what Keyblade spirit posted for many reasons. But I strongly oppose what he says completely. That's all I'm going to say about it. It is wrong and cruel on many levels for a girl to do this. The parents shouldn't have the kid nor the baby in their lives. When I was ten, I wasn't interested in boys at all. I knew about sex because my mom was a strong believer in telling kids what they should know if they ask if not age appropriate.
It's not. And those parents should have those kids taken away from them even if they were married or what-not, it could easily be part of the culture that the kids should be giving birth at 10, which I strongly doubt. They were obviously neglecting the child and the baby. If it's part of their culture, it means it'll continue and in 10 years or so from now, we could have another article about this. No, they shouldn't have custody of the kids. And to continue your thoughts, Ven... Even if it was consensual, at any point those parents could've stopped this from happening. And at any point, they could've stopped her from having the kid. No matter what side you're on, the parents life was in clear danger from this. They didn't and are now saying it's okay that she did. They don't deserve anything.
I still say it's non-consensual. From the way that the news is wording it with refusing the age and not saying it's consensual at least leaves a hint it wasn't. It still makes me sick. I just hope something happens for the daughter to get better.
It probably, sadly, wasn't consensual. And yes, even minors can do stuff like this to other minors. What really ticks me off is the fact that the mother of the daughter is thrilled that the daughter had the child. That she went through all this. If that's not fame seeking glory and money, I don't know what is. Sorry, but all of it ticks me off. That girl most likely will never recover from this, her body has taken a ton of stuff the baby needed while she is still growing. You grow at least until you're 21 years old. She's barely if halfway there, and the vital things she needs is now no longer available. And yes, I know kids had babies at a young age in the middle ages, but back then we had no idea what a human body needed. And our bodies were made a lot different to support the shorter life span of a person. She's most likely never going to have a baby again. Not including all the lost time with school, the teasing of her classmates and god-knows what else, even if her parents are taking care of the baby. The whole thing makes me sick.
Sadly, in most cases, even in the hot deserts where there's little chances of you dying of exposure. You cannot arrest someone for living in a house. At least in the U.S., it's the cause with my aunt. Though she hasn't tried, the laws are very clear you cannot arrest someone in these circumstances. If they stole the washer/dryer and destroyed the electrical systems. Either they really wanted to trash the place before leaving out of spite or they actually knew they were going to live there for a while, or most likely, they were part of the scam.
With the amount of foreclosers going on in the U.S., I'm not surprised. Though by the currency, it seems to be in Britain. With foreclosed homes, people move in and sadly, cannot be evicted under certain circumstances. My aunt has a squatter in a house she rents out. She is supposed to rent, but she doesn't pay a penny to rent it. It happens all the time, sadly. This one seems to be either they were part of the scam, they were desperate for a home, no matter how low it was, or they didn't give a crap. All three are possible.
God, I hope they do make this in NA. They made RE: CoM into NA, though not the KHII: FM+ over there. :/ I do wish they made it here, though. It looks awesome any way. I'll probably have to Youtube it.
I think something died in me when I heard the fact they're making one a year KH. Please for the love of everything, don't. Final Fantasy was bad enough, the last one came out so glitched that people are STILL complaining about it, Final Fantasy XIII wasn't impressive. I could go on for hours. Please don't make once a year Kingdom Hearts, or at least some portables and not all consoles. There's no way in hell you can make a good game like KH in a year. Also, I'm hoping at the bottom of my heart that they do the FM's for the U.S. Maybe a background on Mickey, too. I doubt it'll be the first, though.
I didn't go to one, but there was one being held across the street when I went to the mall once. I almost went, but the price drove me off. I couldn't afford it. It was cool seeing all these people walking around the mall in different anime costumes. I even pointed out a few to my mom who I recognized. lol... My mom thought the whole thing was weird, but she's older and doesn't understand stuff like this. Probably one of the reasons I couldn't go to the convention itself.
This game totally caught me by surprise to be honest. I'm going through DS sucks phase when this gem is popped in my face. Yes, I don't like most DS games, throw as many sharp/heavy objects as you like. I didn't play it until my boyfriend kept on bugging me about it. Apparently it was so rare at the time, it was sold out for months. I by dumb luck found it at my local store after the announcement and bought it because I thought: "What the hell... Might as well." I fell in love with it almost immediately. Calling is still my favorite song of the game, btw. As for a sequel/prequel. I honestly don't know. I love the game, I don't know if it'd be ruined for me seeing a continuation. Also, Square Enix never thought it'd become as huge as it has. They probably have no plans for a sequel. Of course, it was the same with Final Fantasy series.
...what do you think about the game? I know this is pretty general, but here are a few questions to answer (NOTE: SPOILERS): Who did you feel worse for at the end, Roxas or Axel? It's a toss-up for me, because I sincerely believe Roxas didn't even have to join with Sora at the end of the game. And it killed me they decided to do it anyway. I felt terrible for Axel because he lost his best friends and he was hurting deeply from it. I can't honestly decide. Did Xion bug the hell out of you (because she did me)? Sometimes, sometimes she totally was awesome, and sometimes I wanted to throttle her. She was on and off for me depending on how annoying she got. The final fight really pissed me off with her. Are there any other worlds you wish were in KH 358/2 Days? Hollow Bastion, Traverse Town, and Destiny Islands. Who is your least favorite Organization member (not from the C.O. crew, a lot of people hate them)? I'd have to say Saix and Xenmas, just because Saix is a jerk through it who doesn't show any emotion and Xenmas seems to only talk about hearts. The rest I actually started liking more as the game went on and more of their personality shone through. Was Xion an easy or hard boss? Eh... She kicked me happily all over the screen the first two stages but not so bad in the last. And she wasn't nearly as hard for me compared to the bosses in BBS. I have to say middle. Did you want the game to continue after Roxas was inside the other Twilight Town? I honestly don't know, if they did a better job on Twilight Town compared to KHII Roxas's seven days, probably. It was an excellent ending, and I was pleased with it. Did you want the game to start sooner in the story? It dragged out enough the first 258 days. The last 100 were worth it, but the rest were slow moving and not much plot development. A cutscene would've been nice to see Roxas's "birth" and the first seven. Why do you think they only have one flavor of ice cream? Probably nobodies have no taste buds. :P They probably lost all the recipes from BBS. Why did Hayner, Pence, and Olette have bigger parts than King Mickey? I think with Roxas's story, they were more main characters than King Mickey. That's probably why. Also: Post what really pissed you off about the game (you know, besides anything I mentioned.) Neverland, I still curse that world and it's hard flying controls. I still don't understand them. The first 258 days, the rest of the game was excellent in my POV.
I think making out among friends really is pushing it. Even best friends break up friendships at some point. Yes, all high schoolers out there, you most likely will not have your best friend for life. My best friend and I haven't spoken in years. And if it's in high school, it gets more awkward, or if a fight happens, it will come back to haunt you. I think making out should be at least semi-private if it's five seconds from throwing yourselves on the floor and doing it right there in public. That's TMI for way too many people. I think it's also inappropriate in certain places, like high school. Yes, I've seen kids make out in high school, some in front of the Principal with him just standing there ignoring everything. It's disgusting, and I think disrespectful. And one of them was my best friend with her boyfriend, so I'm not saying I don't know what it's like to be in love. But not like that in public.
I used Limewire once on a friends recommendation to find some comics. The comics were poor to read and had three massive viruses attatched to them. I haven't touched Limewire since. I'm not surprised to see them shutting down Limewire, I'm surprised they haven't shut down the other sites that do this stuff. lol... Oh well, I have a good reliable source that mostly doesn't affect my computer secure, so it doesn't bother me.
For me, it was. Maybe it's just me, but me and rhythm never, ever get along. I suck mostly at DDR and Guitar Hero. I have to actually at least partially memorize the sequence to beat it. I couldn't get the timing right, and I couldn't get the beat right, no matter what I did. Maybe it's just me, but I still stand with no more sing alongs. Add some more variety to the whole mini game, at the least.
I like the effects, even if it's modern digital effects. Also the archery in the show is amazing, I always loved the sport and admire some excellent archery. The acting is wonderful, the sheriff and his lackey are the best casted. Marian is also excellent, too. Robin is sometimes too much for me in one way or another, but overall, he's an excellent actor who I think in season one seems to be learning the role. I haven't finished season one yet by the way.
There's a lot of versions of this converted to books/tv shows/movies, etc. That's why I tried to make it as specific as possible. Also considering a movie has recently come out for it, I narrowed it down to Robin Hood for BBC. A few days I fell onto this gem. Maybe it's me watching it for hours at a time that my interest wanders back and fourth, but overall it's an excellent show. The casting is great for it, and the sheriff and his lackey are excellently cast. It has sometimes a modern touch with some humor and clothing, but it still makes an excellent watch just for the humor and fun of it. Anyone else see it?
I used to watch it, but I just kinda lost interest after several seasons. It used to be really good where they actually did cultural traditions and it was a helluva lot less injury prone then it seems now. They also showed a lot of clips of actual places in the world. I loved it, but now I don't watch much tv anymore, so... Eh... lol...
Not in Ven's story. YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE BEGINNER "It's a Small World" WITH a 1,000 points in rhythm and beat game to continue. It flat out refuses any other option. I know because I tried my damned hardest to get through a loophole for it. I posted everywhere asking for another way around it, no, you have to beat that game with a great score to continue. And I played mini-games before, I know some are required at least once, and I know some aren't. Like Blitzball for FFX and the magic carpet ride in Kingdom Hearts II. I played them both and had no complaints. But something that gets a person stuck for six hours with a song that drives most people into a murdering spree just thinking of the song, no, just no, and having to COMPLETE it with a 1,000 point limit? With no other options around it? No. Kingdom Hearts II with Twilight Town mini-games were fine, there was a huge variety of games to choose from, and I liked a few to play through it and even collected the max amount of munney. Atlantica was fine, even though yes, I did curse that world to no end and still hate it, it was optional. I tolerated it because I wanted the secret ending. The problem I had with the sing-along was there was no options, you had to do it and you had to do it in such a way that you were at least great at it. There was a minimum so even if you played it, you had to get a certain amount of points. And it no longer in my POV becomes part of the game, it becomes very tedious and annoying. And having it so you had to beat it to continue? Why not make it optional to win like Blitzball like in Final Fantasy X? Or a single part of the story like the magic carpet ride in Aladdin in Kingdom Hearts II? Yes, some will argue it was the storyline of the world, but it was the PROGRAMMERS choice to have that story in there in the first place they could've chosen to change it at any time, like they could have done with Aqua's very underdeveloped story. I wouldn't be surprised if I wasn't the only person who went insane trying to beat it and some returned a really good game with a few flaws based on it. Yes, some people do return a game based on one very frustrating aspect, no matter how small it is. And yes, I know some people do have good rhythm, that's why it should be optional, or at least not a song that makes people want to bang their head on a wall when hearing it. I know several people love the song, I personally loathe it with the bottom of my heart, good if you like it, that's up to you. But no more part of the game, or at least make it tolerable. And yes, I spent three days straight trying to get Tidus's celestial weapon. I enjoyed it, I know it was tedious and frustrating for other people, and I understand why. There's both sides to everything. And it should be accepted by both. Also, about the Japanese being harder, yes, I know. I heard about it, but that doesn't change my opinion of it. The programmers and story writers had excellent ideas but some were carried out poorly or were massively underveloped. I stand by my decision that though BBS comes in close to second, Kingdom Hearts I is first. Though the removal of the Gummi gameplay and graphics along with the story line of Terra and Ven were better than Kingdom Hearts I, the flaws out weigh the good against Kingdom Hearts I.
I thought Birth By Sleep was close to favorite, a lot better than Kingdom Hearts II due to the fact it went back to the root of Kingdom Hearts I one with the in-world storyline and character interplay. But there were flaws that made it lose it's edge over Kingdom Hearts I. One was the painfully obvious missing third of the storyline. Sorry, Aqua fans, but Aqua didn't cut it for me in any way. Her story was flat and dull as much as her personality through the whole thing, there was no development or anything that really changed compared to the other two which were rich and well-developed, and don't get me into Neverland and not having to fight any heartless. That left you not only poorly prepared not only for the last world, but it made the already slightly dull storyline to flat out dull with nothing going for it. The whole Disney world also made it painful, not with Terra and Aqua as much, but Ven's drove me insane. I'm sorry, but I hate sing-alongs, I hate rhythm and beat stuff, I hate everything to do with it. Bash me if you want, but that should not be part of a game made for action. It doesn't fit in, and it makes people who curse guitar hero and Dance Dance Revolution to the bottom of their heart to want to go and murder someone. I was so turned off I nearly went and returned the game after SIX HOURS straight of playing that mini-game listening to "It's a Small World", and I already hated that song. No more singalongs. From the bottom of my heart. Kingdom Hearts I in my opinion is the best of the series. Excellent storyline, well blending in with the worlds, excellent villains. *yes Xenmas still ticks me off with the lack of anything* Great mini-games that at least didn't make me want to cry or resign myself to play it for some requirement. Excellent sidequests, no button mashing that became so popular in Kingdom Hearts II with the triangle button. Just straight out excellent game.
Thought it was actually what you thought what the game of the decade was. lol... The World Ends With You or Kingdom Hearts 1 btw. Anyway, I agree with Gamefaqs being at least partially a popularity contest. I've been to the site many times and also, to point out from above, the most seen faq's are for the hardest games, yes, there are reviews also, but it's also the hardest and most popular. To be honest, I love KH and several other games, but several haven't held a candle to the 90's games. I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but give me a SNES rpg game compared to the new games in the last 10 years. There have been a few, but none have held a candle to Legend of Zelda in the 90's before Windwaker and other games that held my interest for only a few weeks compared to me fighting through dungeons for months. But that's my Point of View, take it or leave it.
