Today she would go to the surface, something she didn't like so well. Painful memories, and awkwardness was assured for her. She walked on, looking down at her feet as she did; she did not want to go to the surface, anything would be better, even going to a stranger's house would do. Charlie slept in his bed. Not wanting to wake. Whatever light his underground home gave was spilling into his one roomed home...Well it was actually just a living room, but it was pretty medium. He turned on his side, and pulled the covers up. He was lucky this morning Angelique had not barged into his home/room and pushed him off his couch bed. He yawned and dug his face in his pillow.
