    That Place With Those People

After finding out that the blonde haired ice skater was indeed royalty, and that they were indeed supposed to protect her or whatever, the purple haired girl walked over to her and wrote more stuff down on paper. After looking at the note presented, the girl's name was apparently Dawn, and she wrote as, almost a bit of a side note, that she couldn't talk. Huh. That was interesting. Lucia briefly thought about if there was any sort of alternate meaning behind that, or if she was just supposed to take it as literally as possible, but she simply gave a smile back to the girl and said,
"well nice to meet you Dawn. I'm Lucia...wait, did I already introduce myself?" She thought about this for a second before shaking it off and saying, "well, even if I did, this is just a good way to affirm that my name hasn't changed yet!" After that, she walked alongside the rest of the group to the castle where they would learn more about their job.

    ====One Castle Walk Later====

Lucia stood there in a state quite resembling completely shocked. While she was about to say something to the royalty, the moment she opened her mouth, Hasu had decided to speak up. Or rather, speak everything on his mind. Her mouth stayed there, agape, and her expression almost frozen in horror as he continued through his rant. When it all came to an end, he stepped back and seemed to go into a more polite, yet still caustic, tone. Lucia stood there, not really sure what to do, however, she figured she would address the large pink elephant in a tutu riding a unicycle in the room.

Frantically doing a bow to each of the three royalties when she finally stood back up and her body started to tremble once more.
"I-If I may, your Majestics- er, Majesties and High Knees- Highness. Bu-but, u-um, w-well, like the thing here is, well it is. Clearly this isn't the first time, er even the for-fourth time, she has snuck out-er, left the castle unaccompanied, and leaving alone to go to some isolated-er, remote, area isn't smart either, definitely. B-but, this, the situation, doesn't seem to just be about ice skating, er, recreation in general. So I guess where I'm going with this, what I'm trying to say, er well," she cleared her throat out before saying, "What's the big deal with leaving the castle at all?"

That Place With The Demons and the Boats

Charlotte had looked in surprise at what had happened when the boat captain had revealed the secret of the island to them. After seeing the demon arm, she simply nodded in agreement and said, "a vile curse indeed." It was at that point that Dale had seemed to lose the small shreds of cool he had that allowed him to speak with people, and went off on a rant towards Gaius and Ra. While normally she would think such an explosion of anger would be a bit much, these two had more than warranted it by becoming promoters of grand theft sea-auto. After the man had finished his rant towards the two, and to a lesser extent the group as a whole, she turned towards the captain and asked as well, "also if I may ask, are you aware of the situation with the rest of the residence of Galuna Island? If they are like you in appearance, have they still retained their humanity or has the curse claimed that as well?"

As the man with the darkness closed the distance, Stratos realized there wasn't much he could do in this situation. And so, all he did was stick his wind covered arm up in order to block the dark dagger strike. While the barrier certainly protected him from the worst of the attack, that did not change the fact that the blade was still able to cut through it. After he finished his attack Stratos managed to use his wind magic in order to create a wind burst that launched him backwards. With distance created between them once again, Stratos noticed that his arm now had a fairly long cut across it from the attack, and it was bleeding. Well that wasn't good. Twirling his keyblade around once more, Stratos looked around and saw that...about half the people who had been partaking in this fight had just up and vanished. Well this was awkward. Letting out a sigh and face loosened up as he looked towards Xross and said, "well, it seems most of the people here have taken a leave. So why not just call it a draw for now and pick this up at some later date?" Stratos was perfectly ready for a refusal, though he would have much more preferred to end it here.

After having his short comment on Beuce's appearance, he had immediately gone back to just slaying heartless as was per the norm. Walking around towards the heartless, there was a tornado step that started to spin around, before launching itself as Stratos. The boy quickly pointed his keyblade at the oncoming heartless, generating a small fire ball from the tip of it, before launching a fira spell directed towards the thing. The tornado step collided mid air with the fire ball, causing both to explode on contact and the heartless to ultimately be killed. These heartless didn't seem to be too big a challenge, and so when another one of the heartless had charged at him, he pointed his keyblade out once more in order to destroy it with another fira spell. However, he realized something terrible had happened, something that he had completely neglected and stopped paying attention to. That being that he was completely out of MP. With the tornado step spinning in and attacking him without any form of defense to stop him, Stratos was sent back a bit and skidded across the dirt ground. When the tornado step went in to try and attack him once more, Stratos simply blocked the strike and struck back with his keyblade, knocking the heartless away. With that over and done with, he went in and followed up with a few more strikes, until suddenly he realized that he was able to do full combos as opposed to before.

It was at that point that Stratos realized that the power he had obtained momentarily sort of just vanished and he was back to his normal. That was a bit disappointing, but at the same time it allowed him to do something that he wasn't permitted to do during the T-Rex fight. However, before he could do anything about that, he looked over to see that Glen had balls to the walls in this fight. He went charging in full force at the heartless and was striking the big guy down, and securing the piece they were looking for. It seemed easy enough, until the heartless seemed to dog pile on him, like moths attracted to a flame. If the moths were the manifestation of the darkness in people's hearts and the flame was a shiny musical note. The situation seemed to alleviate itself as Kaida came in and started to strike through the heartless...and carry Glen out of there with raw brute strength. Well, that was certainly a sight to behold. Stratos then realized that someone needed to step in, as she too was now getting ganged up. Thankfully, he had just the move to clear the distance he needed, and take on the heartless at the same time.

With cherry blossoms falling to accompany the already forest like setting, both the heartless and Kaida seemed to slow down until it was as if time was practically stopped. Taking a deep breath, Stratos analyzed each heartless carefully. The points at which this attack would hit them seemed to appear before him. Where as he didn't have the brute strength to destroy the heartless with this technique, he did know just a little more about it. In an instant, Stratos had cleared the distance between the heartless and him, all of the heartless seemingly having a slash mark going across a part of their body. As time resumed at its normal pace, the heartless had been felled in a single blow by the power of Zantetsuken. With that over and done with, Stratos turned to everyone and said, "good job team, that's three pieces down. Now I guess we just to wait for where to search for the next three."

The group had followed Dale to the boat yard, where they were to be shipped off and undertake their mission. Charlotte was a bit weary of why Dale saw fit to take them on an S-Class mission, especially when none of them were by, any means, S-Class level wizards. Regardless, she wasn't in much position to object, or rather, she wasn't able to focus on it for long enough to object. Instead, her thoughts were diverted towards Gaius and his ability to...well to make things just go worse than one initially intend. After the other female of the group, Calxiyn, mentioned that they were here to break the curse they had ended up being granted passage. Despite the turn of events in the situation, Charlotte still walked towards the flaming haired man, but a hand on his shoulder and said, "Gaius. About your means of gaining transportation." A twisted smile on her face and her eyes had a look of death in them, the air around them suddenly seemed to be a lot heavier, "I suggest you think of more, licit, means in the future. Okay?"

After that, she disregarded what Veilen had said and looked towards Ander saying, "no one in this guild has ever had their head screwed on correctly." She then looked back to the boat captain and said, "so, Sir, what are the details behind this curse on the island?"

The group had been shipped out and were now underway to go meet and protect royalty, or something like that. Regardless, she was going to be super awesome at this mission, and get her mind completely off the whole guild blowing up situation and near execution. Where they had ended up was some wonderful crystalline looking area. Snow and ice covered the yada yada you all know how pretty it is so I'm not gonna bother.

Anyway, they had eventually come across a young ice skater who seemed to be completely well ornamented and had sparkles and glamorous beams of magical light flying off her feet, that's how well adorned she was. Or they were just jeweled skates, one of the two. Regardless, after Johanna fell down, causing the skater to get startled a bit, it seemed like a perfect time as any to go and ask any apparent questions about this regal looking skater. However, Lucia noticed that her fellow girl of purple hair had been writing something down and said,
"so, whatcha writing there?" Before the question was answered, the wind had seemnigly blown the paper out of the girl's notebook, and the girl tried to reach for it, she couldn't get it. However, with a serious expression on her face, Lucia bolted past the writing girl and ran past where the paper, jumping high into the air and reaching out, the paper seemed to fly right into her grasp.

"Gotcha," she proclaimed. Uncrumpling the paper in her hands she looked at it and gave a thumbs up to the girl. "Good idea!" She then looked at the skater and seemed to start to just freeze up a bit. "He-hello there Miss- Madame Skater- lady, person. We, my comrade-friend people, we would like to ask, er, inquire, about whether or not you would happen to, may or may not maybe perhaps, be the royal princess lady ma'am lady of this land area." The entire time she was speaking, her body was shaking, sweat forming on her brow, and her eyes were wide eyed and darting around. Johanna was right. There were better ways to introduce yourself. This was not one of them.

    Character Name: Jackson Alba
    Age: 17
    Appearance: Not Jackie
Personality: Jackson is a girl who likes to live life to the fullest and is a bit of a thrill seeker. Generally a lighthearted individual, who gets along easily with others.

Brief Bio: From humble and generic beginnings, Jackson was born in the poorer areas of the country, and lived a fairly poor life. She didn't mind much, though, as her parents did their best for her, and she didn't really know any life other than the poor life, so there was nothing to really compare to. Living conditions only got shittier when her parents had been arrested for mass destruction of property and never to be seen again. Jackson was let off the hook due to them believing the girl to be completely innocent, and so she was sort of left to just rot on the streets. Despite her eternal separation from her parents, Jackson had decided now was a good time to start providing for herself, and thus resorted to various things such as theft and just general odd jobs. It was slow at the start of things, but as she became more adept at urban exploration and "acquired" more food to eat, she eventually settled into a nice life, just trying to do whatever she felt was exciting or interesting.

Magic/Powers : By releasing a small burst of energy that travels through the air, it then causes a magically induced reaction between particles within a small radius of its contact causing the particles to separate, combust and release a wave of destruction...Also know as the power to blow shit up.

Basically what happens is that whenever Jackson goes to move her arms at a more than normal force, if it comes within an inch of another object it causes the area to blow up. Now this is a magical explosion, not following general explosive principles, and so while it is a great demolition type thing it, for whatever reason, doesn't just vaporize people...though it still hurts and carry a fair bit of heat behind it. Due to how her power is executed, she is not in complete control of it and doesn't even understand how it works in the first place, so it's pretty hazardous to all involved in it.
Weapon (Again, optional): A rather slim sword that she keeps on hand, to avoid blowing things up all the time.
Additional Information: High fives are slightly awkward.

    Character Name: Johnis von Hamston
    Age: 8
    Appearance: Grandeur
Personality: This dude is the hottest shit ever. You will not ever find someone who is better than this dude right now. Nor will you find a single person manlier than he. Basically, he's amazing and you should all be bowing to him.
Brief Bio: In a time long long ago, there were hamsters born into this world. Though, they were oppressed and persecuted by many a species, they persevered and lived on. Even when enslaved by the hands of man, they did not give up. They continued onward until finally, they learned how to use magic. Though it was not a socially accepted practice, and though it was not understood how they acquired this power in the first place, they made it the goal to pass on all the knowledge they had gained through the generations until one day, they would learn all there was to know. And thus, there was a hamster born, the first of his kind to be able to communicate with humans. Though because of this, the hamster began to think of himself as a god among them, and went to live on with the humans where he would make them bow to his greatness.
Magic/Powers (Does not have to know any magic if you prefer that) : Make it Rain: He fires a bullet hell of laser beams (size scaled to user) that hurt kind of like just getting hit by pebbles. And being able to talk, I suppose.
Weapon (Again, optional) : His body

After the mission had been over and done with, Lucia had immediately went back to her room for a bit. Mostly to punch a wall. She was entirely frustrated with the entire ending of the fight against Ezekiel, the entire situation that unfolded before her. Of course, internally at the very least, she was screaming to want the man dead, to lodge a dagger of fifty all across his body. But at the end of the day, all that would have accomplished was her and all her guildmates becoming murderers. Sure, it would have been under a different context than what he had done, but they still would have all played as angry mob executioners all of their own accord. As her fist collided with the wall of the room, she quickly brought it back, shaking her hand now. Turns out hitting a wall hurt. After the pain subsided, she sighed, and didn't really know what to think of Evanora's decision in the end, only that it was better than just letting him be as is. She then proceeded to bring both of her hands to her face and slap herself, she got out of her upset funk and decided to go back outside.

Looking around, she saw that things were in quite a clamor and that jobs were already being posted. Well, nothing like jumping right back into the action to get your mind off of something. Looking around, she saw her name posted up with a mission run by Johanna. Well, she didn't know much about the woman, but figured she was nice enough that there wouldn't be much complaints. Fastening her two titan chains on her belt, she walked over to see the people there. Giving a quick salute she said,
"Lucia reporting in for duty!" She then looked at the other people she was with and her mood exacerbated when she saw the red haired individual. Looking at Scarlett with a rather telling look on her face, she said, "oh, it's uh, it's you again." She then looked over to the next person and her face changing from a groan to a smile she waved and said, "nice to meet you there."

Meanwhile, Charlotte had nothing to add about the Ezekiel situation and was satisfied with how everything ended up. Not really saying anything or interacting with anyone upon their return back to the guild, Charlotte silently sat at a table. It was soon after that more jobs had been posted, and she, still silently, walked over towards the mission she was signed up for. Walking there, she looked towards Dale, the mission adviser, and gave him a silent nod to acknowledge that she was here for the mission. With that done, she simply stood there, and waited for everyone else.

After going for a high five from Hunter for their amazing deductive reasoning about these cats (o/) they got flown all the way out and were now back at the guild, ready to get back with everyone in this world, and think about the next step in their world rescuing mission.

It was man vs plant vs a variety of other heartless that had spawned in. While originally he had only seen small plant type heartless, accompanied by the much larger one who was holding their note piece, there were some kinds of heartless that were just sort of waddling and around and flinging themselves at people. Tornado Steps, as they were apparently named. Well, they didn't appear to prove any more of a threat over the other kinds of heartless that they had encountered prior (save for zip slashers and behemoths, both of which were much more threatening,) he figured it wouldn't prove to be any sort of different when he went in to take them down. With the tornado step heartless flinging themselves at the young boy, he went to do something that indeed realized he could still do. That was, block. It was a good thing that this new found form of his didn't lock him out of doing basic actions like that. After he had stopped the attack dead in its tracks, he then followed it up pointing the keyblade at the heartless, and released some sort of poisonous looking ball from it. After the ball connected with the heartless, it seemed to be damaged for a short while, and then seemed to slowly be losing energy until it finally just exploded. Well that was new...again.

While he was thinking about the last spell he had just used, he then turned his attention towards a different cry for help. Looking around he saw that Base had been ensnared by the large poison plant head honcho, and was about to go assist him in releasing him from his bindings, however his attention was then diverted by a tornado step slamming into him. Well that hurt. Stratos got back up on his feet and quickly struck at the heartless with his keyblade. While he didn't feel like he could follow up with a combo, he still went in with simple strikes until the heartless had vanished into thin air. He then looked back towards Base and saw that he was now free and beat the ever loving shit out of the heartless. Stratos then went to the assumption that Base was probably doing just fine now and went back to heartless slaying. It was at that point that he noticed Glen, probably drunk, going gung ho towards the heartless with the piece as well. Given that Base was fighting it too, he didn't really see any sort of issue with letting him go after it either. Not to mention Karina acting as a distraction for both of them worked out well, too.

It was then that he heard something weird and turned around to see something even weirder. Where Beuce once was, there was now someone who looked entirely different and entirely more demonic. It was at that point that Beuce had claimed it to be his more original and natural state. The one he had when he had originally left his homeworld. This lead Stratos to just assume it was how the people on his planet looked. Not to mention there was something familiar about the aura that he was generating from him. Like it was the same that Stratos had at the moment. After watching him immolate a few things, Stratos walked over and said, "damn, man. When I transformed, all I got was this rad cape and fire on my head. But you, well you look completely different. Even got your own kickass theme to accompany it. Not gonna lie, pretty awesome form right there." After Stratos gave him a thumbs up, he then proceeded to dive back at firing, well, fire at the heartless.

    • As things had progressed, Stratos's judgement strike raid had gone basically as well as it could have, having set him up perfectly for the follow up against Xross. His fist connected with the man and, due to having such a large force of wind behind it, had caused him to be launched straight in the wall. Man, he had not fought anything except behemoths and garden variety heartless in quite awhile. Was a bit refreshing. Especially without any random powers from nowhere being introduced. He then noticed a gravity field smashing against the white haired man as well, only to realize that the source was Beuce. Briefly looking back he saw that the man had sustained a good deal of damage already. That was what happened when you went balls to the walls offensive. In order to help his bleeding friend out, he multicasted Curaga and Aeroga, (barrier form) on Beuce all at once, hopefully making his own fight easier.

His attention, however, had been drawn away for too long, as when he turned back he noticed that a giant black spear was flying towards him. Not having much time to react, Stratos quickly brought his keyblade up to deflect the spear. Due to the awkwardness of the block, he had to put in a lot more effort than normal and thus was a bit off guard when he noticed the man was holding a dagger as he charged at him. Well shit. The only thing he could really do at this point was channel more wind magic around himself to create a more durable barrier, so that is essentially what he did.

    • Jackie had completely waved off Anadi's comment about Jackie's go getter attitude, when her next comment kind of made her get a puzzled look on her face. She brought up the point that the horse, Not-Sparkles, was most likely sent by the goddess to stop them. With a bit of concern in her voice, Jackie said, "yes Anadi. That is indeed why it was there. We found this out almost immediately before fighting it." It was true, their close ally and trusted friend Ghost, who had stepped into the shadows to do something completely ambiguous, had informed them that the random black stallion they had found travelling in the realm of darkness was working with the goddess to warn them off. How could she have forgotten such crucial facts? Maybe she actually had a short term memory loss problem, and she just forgot about it. Well one couldn't help that then. She then seemed to angrily stomp off, magical pipe in hand, towards her brother and started attacking him. Probably some weird family thing they had going on. Nevertheless, she sighed and shook her head as she looked at Ghost, who had just popped back from the shadows, and said, "man, some people are just weird. You know?"

Meanwhile, there was someone who was bored in the room. He was bored and all he had were the infinite and random books in the room to divert his attention. Then there were the two gingers who did nothing productive themselves, and only seemed to annoy him further. After all, the female just didn't have a handle on what she was doing half the time, but she was also pretty juvenile in her thought process. And then there was the male ginger who was just...himself...and that was all he needed to be in order to shift his demeanor. The bored man was annoyed now. As the group from The World That Never Was was piling out of some dark corridor he felt some of this annoyance alleviate as it meant that progress had been going on. However, this slight uplift in his mood was suddenly spiked to subterranean levels as one of the members from the realm of darkness group had drawn their weapon on one from the former's group. His grip on the current book tightened as the female was shouting and striking at the boy about being a fake and what have you. The annoyed man was now frustrated.

As the telegraphed dark ball of fire shot straight at the boy, a book seemed to be sailing across the room at mach speeds in order to intercept it. This was accompanied with another book sailing across the room at the girl who had launched the attack in the first place. This was then followed up by the sound of wood snapping from across the room, with the frustrated person saying,
"what. The fuck. Are you doing?" The man, had an expression that could only be summed up in one word. Pissed.

Lucien then continued to shout at the girl.
"Listen you chucklefuck. I know you are all enamored with this dark power of yours, but I didn't think you'd turn batshit crazy." He thought about that for a second and then decided to take that back by saying, "well, not this soon anyway." He then went back to angry while shouting,"now I don't why you think that kid over there who hasn't said a single damn word and not someone I'd call suspicious in the slightest is some sort of constructed fake made by the goddess, but you know what. I'm going to drop a huge bombshell. Are you ready? I. Don't. Give a fuck. So, if you could please stop trying to kill someone, especially in the middle of oh I don't know," he did a brief head count around the room,"eleven other people, that'd be fucking swell." Lucien then proceeded to go and walk back to the chair he had been sitting at to read, and propped his feet up on the now, completely broken, wooden table he had been using prior.
