This has been one of the most frustrating days of my life... Contacts. Those things that go in your eyes. Ya know, the substitutes for glasses. Yeah, well I got them, and, I dunno bout you guys, but they are damn near impossible to insert and remove!!! Maybe its cause I'm very uncoordinated, maybe its cause my eyes won't stop blinking uncontrollably from every single little touch I make with my eyes. I don't know and I honestly don't care. It took me 1 hour to get my contacts in, and I still need to get them out... PLEASE help me figure out how to get these demonic tools in and out of my eyes. Free rep I guess.

"Never Gonna Give You Up" by Ashley Tisdale Why can't people respect the classics? Not only has she not given any credit to Rick Astley, but she completely ruined another great 80's pop song. Discuss if you like it or not. Had to get this off my chest.

Shame there wasn't a thread bout this great rock band yet. Dave Grohl, the singer and one of the guitarists, was the drummer for Nirvana, and the Foo Fighters have been around since the 90's. However, I was lame enough to not be a fan 'til I got their most recent album "Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace", and it is win. Yeah, discuss this band and your favorite songs and albums. My favorites by them include "The Pretender", "Long Road to Ruin", "Learn to Fly", "But, Honestly", "Home", "No Way Back", and (like everybody else) "Best of You"
Oddly enough, the last topic closed back in 2006...yeah, anyway, Rise Against is an awesome rock-like band and one of my favorites, my first song to hear by them being "Survive" in WWE Smackdown vs RAW 2007 ^_^. Discuss this band and your favorite songs and CD's by them. I dunno, this is my first thread posted :yelling: My favorites that I know of by them are "Prayer of the Refugee", "Drones", "Injection", "Paper Wings", "Ready To Fall", "The Good Left Undone", "Everchanging"...I could go on XD Edit: Forgot to mention some info on Rise Against and politics (intelligent comments only please). All of the band's members are vegetarians and the band is an active supporter of PETA, and, recently, the band posted a bulletin on Myspace about a victory in treatment of chickens raised and killed for KFC's products. This band actually cares about nature and stuff, so you gotta give them some respect for not just being another rock band ^_^
