Also I can't believe Konami banned Morphing Jar and Limited Morphing Jar #2...That makes as much sense as banning Brain Control and Limiting Change of Heart... I love Morphing Jar but I DESPISE Morphing Jar #2. Morphing Jar is pretty fair imo. But Morphing Jar #2 can troll you hard. In my opinion that card is even more broken than Cyber Jar... Morphing Jar and Cyber Jar at least allow both players to get something but if used right Morphing Jar #2 can work really well in your favor and really screw over your opponent.
I think it would only affect the last 2 players. The one who used it and the one who went last like Morphing Jar.
Which card effect? Duel? I may be mistaken but it seems to me like that card would have a ruling that you can't use it if one player already has 6 cards in their hand. Cuz I know Scapegoat's ruling is that you can't use it if you already summoned that turn.
Well I can name a few that I wouldn't mind harming or seeing get harmed: 1. Rainbow Dash 2. King Sombra 4. Sunset Shimmer 5. Trixie 6. Silver Spoon 7. Diamond Tiara 8. Babs Seed 9. Snips 10. Snails 11. The Flim Flam brothers.
