http://jjba.wikia.com/wiki/Cars And if you're going with the claws and armor type thing then be creative with where the claws come from and how he blends it into his fighting style, flailing your limbs around get's boring after a while especially if there seems to be no rhyme or reason like wolverine. Try looking up a fighting style and picturing how one would blend blades, claws and other sharp appendages into that fighting style without making the actual martial art redundant, Leo's Muay Thai lazer blades from Anarchy Reigns is a good example. You could also try basing it off dancing like Mugen from Samurai Champloo. And try not to limit it to just his arms and legs growing ****. His neck, his back, his toes, his stomach, anything that would make a reader go "OH ****!" when they see it spew out of him.
I assume you want a sorta biological theme right? How about this... He can grow tumors onto any surface through touch of any size. If he grows a tumor on a biological structure that tumor can greatly affect the health of the affected person depending on the size from being sick to straight up killing them. Simple as that, it's very specific but that's the idea. At first glance because of how specific it is it seems to be capable of little to nothing but with a bit of creativity it can have potential to be amazing. Each battle he has would be based on if he is capable of landing a touch on the head of his opponent(or general brain area), it's a simple task but depending on who he's fighting he would have to use his wits and cunning to succeed. The greatest powers are the one's that are over powered in the right hands rather then the ones that are straight up over powered.

Gary Stu His power is to be stronger then every other character's but he's a good guy and rarely kills people with his powers because he can usually convince the bad guy to be a good guy buy spouting his ideals to him. All the girls like him and at one point he will sacrifice his life and affect the whole universe to the point that all the character's will mourn his death and build a galactic statue of him in his honor. Also if you're going to give a main character super powers you should make the powers interesting and allow for a lot of creativity while not being absolutely absurd at the same time. Right now your guy sounds like Elixer from X-men IE one of the strongest mutants ever. You're going to have to give him some SERIOUS limitations and maybe get rid of the hole "not dieing" thing because unless you plan on making the whole comic some super over the top action like Hellsing then an immortal character doesn't really work.
