Cracking his knuckles, Lucien walked towards the dragon as the thing seemed primed and ready to take on any and all of the foes that were left here."Hey big guy," Lucien shouted to the dragon. "Wanna have a little playtime with me?" The dragon roared at the man with the cocky grin on his face, as the dragon went to smash his tail on Lucien, it stopped short of flattening the boy like a pancake. In actuality, what had stopped the tail, was Lucien holding the tail up with his hands, with a bit of effort clearly shown on his face. Letting out a grunt of exertion, Lucien pushed the tail upward, giving it a bit of hang time before smashing back down, giving Lucien enough time to summon his keyblade into his hand. Gripping it with both hands, he did an overhead swing at the tail, as it was coming crush Lucien again, with enough force to sever the tail. The severed end ended up flying harmlessly away from both of them as it dissolved into shadows. With an act of faux disappointed, Lucien pointed his blade at the dragon as he said, "what, no tail drop? Come on, I was looking forward to a new weapon." Letting out a roar at the blue haired man, the dragon charged a dark firaga in its mouth. The dark firaga ball shot at Lucien, who just sort of countered it by throwing a strike raided keyblade at mach speeds at it. They collided, sending the keyblade lord knows where and the ball just exploding into a black flaming cloud that dissipated into the air. With a side glance, Lucien saw a battered and bruised Jackie getting back onto her feet. "Yo, glad to see you're still up and kicking." With a confused face, she waved to him, and walked towards him as he continued to explain,"now while I could totally kill this thing myself, if you would be so kind as to help out in the endeavor then that'd make this just way better. You and the light gal that is." With a bit of a worried look on her face, she then pointed away and said, "but what about Blanc? Shouldn't we go help him not be dead first?" Waving the comment away, he said, "don't worry. He's not dead. Just in horrible pain, on fire, and out cold. But not dead, so he's fine." As he said this, Jackie still seemed to be a bit worried, but shook it off regardless. As she did, from far away one could see a figure flying in and moving straight towards the dragon. With that sort of a cue, Lucien looked towards Jackie and said,"so, you know how the only way you've been relevant this entire time has been by people throwing you at the dragon?" She nodded. "How would you feel if we kept true to that tradition?" She shrugged. "Good choice." As the dragon roared, it clenched its fist and punched forward at him. Grabbing Jackie's arm, Lucien flung her straight above the dragon, as he clenched his own fist and went to go clash fists. With the two of them hitting dead on, the ground seemed to break underneath him from the sheer force of the two colliding. While they were evenly matched in strength, the only person to turn the tides of this fight at this point was soaring through the air. Without much control over where she was actually going, Jackie could only hope as she took on a brown glow and struck at the the dragon as she flew over the dragon head. However, the sword managed to only slide through the skin, and Jackie still flew completely past him. Well, this could be going better. While she was most definitely going to hit the ground now, she was suddenly caught out of the air by the blonde haired knight of light. "Whoa! Thanks for the save." After a short pause she looked back to her and said, "so who are you again, I kind of don't remember you at all." "I seem to have that kind of presence." After flatly stating that, Charlotte flew Jackie and her back to the top of the dragon. After throwing Jackie straight to the head of the beast, the two of them took their blades and just started stabbing at the dragon's head as it started to roar in pain. Meanwhile, Lucien was still in a power struggle with the dragon as he took his other hand and clenched into another fist as punched with it as well, repelling the dragon's fist from him. Summoning up his keyblade, the dragon seemed to go to punch at him again. As the fist came towards him, he simply threw the keyblade at the hand of the dragon, and jumped over it. The blade ended up cutting threw the claw, splitting off some of the fingers of it, and Lucien summoned the keyblade back to his hand as he landed on the wrist, swinging the keyblade down on it and severing the claw of the dragon from the rest of its arm. All the while, it was still getting stabbed in the head, and was trying to violently to shake the two females off. When they had finally been flung from the head, Charlotte managed to catch Jackie and the two were safe in the air. While the dragon tried to swing at them, it realized that both of its arms were unusable and its tail was gone. As such, it simply let out a bestial roar as dark flames started to form in its mouth. Knowing that this was going to be a big attack, Charlotte had to get away from it, though was slightly impeded in her movement with Jackie in tow. Still standing on the dragon's arm, Lucien sighed as he realized that he'd have to stop the problem as well, and called out to the girls."Yo, after I save your asses, get ready to go in for a big finale." With that, Lucien started to grab onto the dragon's torso, digging his fingers into it and breaking through the scales. Once he had done that, he started to continually reach upward and start to pull himself up by effectively scaling the dragon like a rock climbing course. As he had gotten right underneath the jaw, it had seemed like the Dark Mega Flare the dragon had prepared was nearly complete, and so Lucien launched himself upward off of the dragon, and gave one hard punch with all the force he could muster, thus shutting the mouth and causing the attack to explode in the mouth of the dragon. As this had happened, he flew backward onto the ground from the force of the explosion, and the dragon let out a cry of pain as dark flames started to spew out of its mouth, going nowhere. "Alright blondie," Jackie stated to Charllotte, "launch me!" Nodding, Charlotte flung Jackie into the air, as Charlotte had charged her blade with rainbow light, sending out a large wave of energy that cut straight to the dragon, exploding on impact and causing the bottom half of the dragon's jaw to fall off. As Jackie was falling towards the dragon, she knew that she had to do something really flashy for the ending. A regular critical impact attack wouldn't cut it here. As she had to started to think on it, she suddenly started to glow and white and purple color as her sword seemed to be encased in a bladed light, twice the length the sword previous was. Not really questioning this, Jackie chopped down on the dragon's neck, decapitating it, and landing hard on the ground with a bit of an, "ow" let out. With the head falling to the ground, it dissipated into darkness, as the rest of the body fell, fading as it did so. With that, the dragon had been completely dead, and pretty much nothing was accomplished anyway. Giving a thumbs up to her, Lucien said, "good work team. Now then, we can go watch this shit storm of a heroic awakening without the looming threat of a mega flare to kill us. Though I got something to take care of first." With that, Lucien left Jackie slightly confused at the statement as he walked to a different part of the battlefield. After doing his full blown combo, Stratos felt absolutely exhausted and wasn't quite sure what he'd do if his foe wasn't defeated. Taking a deep breath, Stratos stood up as he looked behind him to see that Rienzel had been beaten. Feeling a bit proud of himself, Stratos realized that there were still others that needed to be defeated in order for the hero to not be released. All he'd need to do is rest up a bit first and then he'd be good to go and fight agai- suddenly all the wind was knocked out of him as a foot kicked into his torso, sending him flying through the air and knocking him unconscious. Dusting off his hands, Lucien said, "and now I've taken care of everything I needed to do."
Feeling slightly drowsy, Charlotte had felt that what she had just done wasn't her best attack in the world. Well, that was a bit odd. Charlotte wasn't entirely sure her eyelids felt kind of heavy, however, the sheep seemed to cast some sort of spell meant for Thomas that hit her instead, so she must have been doing something right. Letting out a large yawn, Charlotte felt as though now was a good time to go to sleep, but they were in the middle of a fight. That was the worst time to sleep. Shaking her head to keep herself alert, only to not feel any better, she could have sworn that she heard Thomas say things that only made her want to hit him more than defend for him, but she chalked that one up to just her fatigue. As the sheep around the sheep king seemed to be jumping over some sort of fence, that she was still not entirely sure was there before, it meant that they had to take the king down before the jumpy puffballs, (albeit imaginary ones,) came in for reinforcement. As such, Charlotte used Barrier Surge and, after hitting the sheep, went to go and defend for Ra.
Stratos stood there and simply watched the entire scene unfold before him. If there were popcorn around, he'd definitely be eating out of a bag of that stuff right now. However, all he had was ice cream. So the ice cream would have to do for now. He wasn't too sure what to make of the whole Goofy's son being a convict, and definitely wasn't sure of what to make of the whole Karina trying to show how much better she was than someone was by having a larger prison record. Didn't seem like the thing to be proud of, but hey, maybe the people of her world honored and hailed convicts like war heroes or something. Different cultures were weird. Soon enough though, Karina had ended up going on a date with some dude in a black coat. Or rather, she almost did, as this guy seemed completely uninterested in her and more so interested in a mouse. Again, different cultures man. Bestiality might be his cup of tea. However, Stratos's ice cream just sort of dropped to the ground in shock as he saw that Karina was actually about to go out with a mouse. A really tall mouse. Hm....maybe bestiality was her cup of tea? Regardless, Karina was not too amused by this and Glen found this to be the riotous thing in the world. After watching Glen nearly get killed, again, Stratos was going to go and help try to solve this problem when Kaida had beat him to the punch and had spoke up as the voice of reason. Well it was nice to know that not everyone in here was insane and/or perpetually moody. However, the insanity of the group, ie Beuce, had decided to walk in and do what Stratos could only think was making the situation worse. Expecting some kind of reaction from Karina, of violent nature, Stratos simply stepped in between Beuce and Karina. Best case scenario, she didn't hit him, worst case he took the force of thirteen trucks in place of Beuce taking it and would be diagnosed with a concussion. Not every plan was a guaranteed winner. "Yeah, flirting kind of ended up making this whole mess," he pointed to Karina and the beaten down Glen, "happen in the first place." After he had agreed with Kaida he said, "now Karina, if you could please not kill Glen...or any of us, please...that would work out really well. You see, he's not actually the target of your true aggression. You just think he is because he happened to be laughing next to you when the whole debacle started. No, the real person here that you should be angry at, is Mortimer. So, if we could all be happy and friendly together here, then we could go and beat down the mouse together...as a team. And get vengeance for the damage he did on your, uh...your honor that has now been damaged by this guy. So what do you say?" And with that, Stratos pointed in the direction of the castle and started inching in that direction.
As the group had managed to get to another fork in the road, it had seemed it was time to put on their thinking caps on as to where to go. While Lucia was thinking on it, it seemed that Mizuki was pretty indifferent as to where she went, and Malkira wanted to go straight on ahead. It was then that Alisa had brought up the suggestion of splitting up so they could cover more ground and Lucia nodded. "Yeah, this way we'll be able to breeze through this maze way faster and if we get into a really awful situation or trap, not everyone will be caught by it." Thinking on it, there might be some sort of secret thing in the dead end that'd help them get through this maze, so Lucia turned to Alisa and said, "why don't we go check out the dead end while they go their other ways?" After taking the hits from Erigor, Aoki braced herself from the large amount of wind that knocked into her. After having recovered from the attack, she noticed that a good deal of people had been battered up and realized that they had to finish this fight fast or else this reaper would probably live up to his name. So she used sliding dash on Erigor.
The fluffed up foe that was the sheep king seemed to be quite the resilient fellow. Seeming to be mostly unfazed by their initial barrage, the group would have to surely pull out all the stops to bring down this mighty enemy. She watched as he had managed to barrel through the lines of their defenses and bash straight into the poor rifle wielding boy, Thomas. Not seeming to be finished, however, the sheep soon cast some odd sheep magic on her. While she didn't seem to notice anything different right away, it was soon that she noticed a flock of sheep start to hop over a fence that she could have sworn was not there just a moment ago. Shaking it off, she simply used Sliding Dash on Sheeptard followed by blocking for Thomas.
While Cassandra's answer wasn't exactly the most inpsiring one, it would have to do. If they didn't act now, then Erigor was most certainly going to continue on his mission to kill all of the heads of the guilds completely uncontested. So, getting ready, she took off and joined everyone else in combat. As it would be, Erigor had seemed ready to take them all on at once as well, and had gone on to taunt them. "When there's this much riding on the line, there's no way were going to lose to the likes of you! If we're just flies to you, then I hope you brought a big enough swatter." With that, Aoki used Fire Dash on Erigor. As luck would have it, it seemed that there was just random bags of money lying around in this odd labyrinth. Well, that was certainly nice of the designer of this odd construct. Pocketing the jewels that she had got, it seemed the group had another choice as to what they should be doing within this maze. She was all for exploring this place for all kinds of wonders it might have had within it. Nodding in agreement with Alisa and Beucette, she said, "yeah, let's keep up this whole adventurous streak of ours."
As the group had continued to walk along, something unthinkable had happened. The group was suddenly ambushed by a legion of sheep, lead by a singular sheep with the look of death in his eyes. As if he were primed to rebel against man kind and assert himself and his people as the dominate species of this planet. As the sheep army had pinned Gexln and split him off from the rest of the group, with an all too serious expression on her face, Charlotte simply muttered, "not again." Drawing out her blade, and looking to the rest of the group, she could tell that the time for battle was now. Looking the mammal in the eye, she said, "Sheep King! With justice as my blade, I shall cleave through your horns of retribution!" With that, Charlotte attacked the creature with barrier surge, followed by blocking for Ra.
After Lucia had ended the poor manticore's life, it seemed to just vomit out Beucette alongside a good set of teeth belonging to it. Eyeing them with a bit of curiosity, Lucia figured they might be useful down the lie and so she just pocketed it when she went to help Beucette back up. "Alright guys, you heard the man, let's go back with everyone else." Walking back the direction they came from, Lucia arrived where Cal, Alisa and now Malkira were standing. Looking to everyone, she said, "well last time we got to a dead end there was a scorpion tiger thing, so there's that to note, but hey. There could also be treasure there, so uh, nothing ventured nothing gained right?" She said, wanting to go in the direction of the dead end.
After everyone had struck at the thing with a triple assault of bladed attacks, things seemed to be going well for them. The beast seemed to be going down with relative ease, and it'd all be fine and dandy at the end of the day. Then things started going south, when suddenly Beucette was eaten, quite in a similar manner to the whale eating people and she was just kind of gone. Well, that sucked. But it was alright, because Mizuki and her could totally finish this thing in a matter of sec- Well, it seemed that after manticore did uh...something...who really knows what, Mizuki wasn't exactly moving right now. Sighing, Lucia readied out her knives and just went to sliding dash the guy in the face, hopefully ending this fight and allowing her to get Beucette out of the stomach of this creature thingy.
As Lucia started walking alongside Mizuki, there was foreboding sense of dread creeping up from behind on Lucia. As she felt dread wrap its cruel arms around her, she heard the voice of a familiar white haired female. "Oh, uh, hey there." Of course, Beucette was the third person in their party, which could only mean some sort of mind bogglingly odd thing would happen here. Speaking of which, a manticore just sort of leaped out at them...from somewhere. Pinching the part of her nose between her eyes, she let out a sigh and looked to the other saying, "alright gang, let's just kill this thing and move on with our lives. Maybe we can regroup with them afterwards." Flicking her wrists, knives just sort of appeared in her hands as she turned her attention to the manticore. If there was one thing that could be said about their trio, it was that they were all proficient at hitting things fast and or hard. With that said and done, Lucia flung her knives with a strike raid at the manticore.
Lucia stood there, contemplating just what decision to make in this maze. Well, rule number one of any sort of adventuring was to never split the party. Bad things always seemed to happen when the party split up. While Lucia was thinking of going left, she was not alone in this thought process, as Alisa seemed to vocalize it first before anyone else. Malkira, however, seemed to not really discuss anything first, and instead just started marching down the left way, which would be alright since the party had already come to a complete hiveminded conclu- "Wait! Where are you going?!" Lucia shouted out to Mizuki as she started marching in the opposite direction of Malkira. Letting out a sigh, Lucia turned to Alisa and said, "I'm just going to go stick with her to help in case of any sort of trouble. Later." And with that, Lucia went right.
Stratos The Dragon Crew Lucien Phantom Better Late Than Never, Right? Stratos figured that he was about to hit his opponent. However, he was soon proven extremely wrong. As he was about to land a blow against the man, it seemed as though everything about him had stopped. Stratos still felt as though his attack was continuing, it was just that the entirety of reality was trying to stop him from doing that. As he kept trying to close in on the white haired man, it was then that something even weirder started to happen. Almost as if he was more of a ghost than anything else, his opponent started to reach his hand into Stratos' face and kept going further and further into his head. Pretty freaked out by what was going on, he was suddenly saved by his support friend who shoved him out of the stasis field and out of the hand of the white haired guy. As he got used to not having the universe fight against him for a quick moment, Stratos got back up, feeling basically every parameter of his take a huge increase. As he nodded at Freya's comment, he realized that he had to go and give everything he had in one last barrage. This was his best chance to do literally anything to the person who seemed to be probably the worst match up he could have possibly could have gone against. By himself, he definitely would have stood no chance. But with the help of Freya, between all the damage she saved him from and all the strengthening she had done to him at this point, he was way better off than he could have ever been. While Rienzel was still recovering from whatever he was doing prior, Stratos went off at a breakneck pace, rushing towards Rienzel at a faster pace than he had ever done prior. As he charged head on, he created a large orb of wind that seemed poised to fire at the white haired boy. However, that was all it currently was, as it had simply stayed in its current position, collecting more air around it. Quickly hopping to Rienzel's side, he created another ball of air quite like the first, and continued to dart around the man simply creating more balls of wind. With a large gathering of them surrounding his opponent, Stratos then jumped in the air, and once overhead created one final ball. As he was sailing over the man's head, he brought his keyblade to his side and started up a technique he hadn't tried in quite some time. As he was drifting closer and closer to the ground, time seemed to slow down as cherry blossom petals seemed to flutter through the sky. When only a centimeter remained between Stratos and the ground, all of the balls of wind fired at once at his opponent as he disappeared from sight, slashing through his opponent with a zantetsuken. After all was said and done, Stratos was completely drained and if this didn't work then, well, he shit outta luck. So, remember that giant and apparently threatening dragon that was flying around and barring entry to the cave. Well, as it would happen, it was still flying around and still being an overall unpleasant being to be fighting. Thus far, the group had not quite done much damage to it, but they had managed to keep it busy for a long enough time that people were apparently able to just bypass its existence and go straight into the cavern, however, that would only last for so long if they weren't able to fell it here. Having her blade at the ready, Jackie let out a triumphant battle cry as she charged towards the giant dark beast with Blanc nearby and Charlotte flying in the skies, trying to circle around the creature. When the dragon had let out a loud roar at the group, it seemed to try and bring down its foot on both Blanc and Jackie, only for Blanc to be the first to take action against it. Grabbing Jackie's arm and throwing her in an arc over the dragon's foot, he then went to palm strike it as attempted to stomp him out of existence. With the two seemingly stalemating in strength for a moment, the dragon was clearly going to overpower Blanc, which was then responded to by Blanc continually letting out more palm thrusts, pushing the foot back while he had eventually managed to run and tumble out from underneath it. All the meanwhile, Jackie had been sailing through the sky, as she took up a brownish glow to denote her critical impact state, as she slashed her blade out at the ankle of the dragon. Digging the blade deep in there, Jackie seemed to continue to create a large cut as she used the momentum from Blanc's throw to continue propelling herself past the foot. At this point, Charlotte had managed to get on top of the dragon's head, using her light infused blade to stab into a number of times. However, things went south for the group, as the dragon retaliated. As Jackie eventually flew past the foot, she was then greeted by the dragon's tail which knocked her out of the air and straight into Blanc, causing the two to slide across the ground. For Charlotte, it had simply snapped its head down fairly quickly, causing her to lose her balance and fall off, only to then swing its head to the side and finally smash straight into the knight of light, knocking her out of the air. Turning its attention back to Jackie and Blanc, it then charged a large dark firaza in its claw, as it attempted smash its flaming fist into the duo. Reacting almost immediately, Blanc called upon a large surge of gravity magic, having something seemingly pull the dragon's arm back away from them. While it attempted to fight this, Blanc eventually exerted far more pressure onto the arm, as suddenly a miniature black hole like object appeared within its arm, crushing and imploding the entirety of it. While Blanc was recovering from the large amount of power he just exerted on the creature, it simply let out a roar of pain as it swung around, catching Blanc off guard and tail slapping him into the air. Without much time to react at all, the dragon then let out a large ball of Dark Flare from its mouth as it fired it at the now airborne Blanc, causing a black explosion in the air, and severely injuring the now passed out Blanc. After having tied the duel with Beuce, the two seemed to just sort of stand there. Not really doing anything...at all. It was almost as if the both of them had contracted a case of the AFK. Oh boy, Lucien had got that once before, and he wasn't going to fall prey to it again. Getting up, he turned to face his opponent. "Well, seeing as that duel resulted in a tie, I don't think it actually solved anything...at all. However, there's a dragon over there." He pointed to the now injured Bahamut."And while there may be people there to fight it, they probably will continue to not, so you know. Someone's gotta keep what was originally the big boss relevant in this whole thing." As such, Lucien started to walk away from Beuce, waving saying, "so I'll put a rain check on any sort of actual fight we have to do later while I go take care of that bad boy. Later." And with that, the confrontation between a creature summoned by the strongest force in the universe and the strongest force not from this universe was to begin. Well this fight was going just as well as Phantom had initially predicted it to go when he had first seen the assload of crows flying at him. That is to say, not well in the slightest. Having had his blade avoided with relative ease only reinforced those negative thoughts, but hey there was still hope yet. Regardless, he was a bit more unnerved as Bartholomew continued to talk like the creepy little fuck he was, and went on about how he could see all of his deepest fears and nightmares. He also seemed to say something about becoming Ghost's greatest fear, which was a bit perplexing to Phantom. After knowing him for awhile, Phantom couldn't tell if that guy feared really anything at all. Maybe he was afraid of cutting himself on his own edge? Regardless, before Phantom could let out a smartass retort at the guy, he suddenly felt as though he couldn't speak in the slightest as a crow shaped wind had hit him. It certainly felt more painful than it was initially appearing that it would, and Phantom had suddenly felt winded after it had gone and hit him. Whatever. Despite the fact that he couldn't retort with remarks, he could still do so with more slashing. And so lunging at Bartholomew, Phantom slashed at the scarecrow once again with his lightning blade, only to then do a follow up slash but stop somewhat short. After Bart reacted to that sort of feint of his, he then went on to strike at the man with a few more slashes from Kaminari. With all the chaos that had been happening around here, there was one who had stuck behind and not really bothered to get into any of the dirty business. However, while they were making good progress, it still seemed to be quite a bit of a stalemate between both of the forces. However, as things stood, there was only one fight that had ended completely in the goddess's favor as of now. Walking across the battlefield, the sound of Rinox's wooden sandals striding across the rocky ground could be heard coming from behind Ghost. However, if the dark assassin in question were to look behind him, the time samurai would have seemed to completely disappear, almost as if a scene had skipped rather any form of teleportation. As he was now standing between Audrey and Ghost, Rinox looked at the dark armored fellow as he said, "my my, what do we have here?" Taking a slight glance to Caleb, he then looked back to Ghost as he continued onward. "A legendary fight between whose justice had turned into vengeance, and another who's willing to stain his hands with so much blood he forgets what his skin's original color was. It was quite the show I must say, however, their keys are very instrumental in what we're doing here, and so I can't just let you end things with them here." Placing his hand down to his sheath he said, "so, if you will be insistent on barring their path, than I shall simply be insistent on barring yours." Turning to face Audrey for a moment, he motioned to the cave where the hero was. "As long as I am here, this mean dark man here shan't harm a hair on either of your heads, so run along now into that cave to finish this hero business." When that was said and done, Rinox turned back to the assassin. "Now then Ghost, I have been bored for quite some time now, so if you intend to continue fighting, please in this short while that we have. Make it entertaining."
Aiight so, Rho. This home boy of mine. He's gonna go and spend that there point on Erza (of the Strength brand), if ya'll catch my drift. Next up on my boyos list of things to buy two of them titan chains and equip them alongside that Mindless Messageless Bedrockian gift thing. That'll be all.
As what Lucia had said was apparently wrong, Malkira then stepped up to the plate, and gave an explanation as to why her answer was right, but when in a completely different way of stating it than hers. However, then Cal and Balthazar started speaking and...Lucia's head started to feel like it was going to explode. Trying to piece together just about everything that was going on. If Lucia were a machine, one would be able to hear the gears overclocking in her head and would see smoke coming out of her ears. But she wasn't, so that was all metaphorical. After they had gone and explained that whole thing, Malkira then stated that he wasn't the wisest person of them all. With an extremely confused and slightly harrowed face, Lucia then looked at the stone man and then back to the horse fish man and said, "and because he thinks he isn't the wisest person, that makes him the wisest person." She wasn't entirely sure what was going on here, but hopefully she was on the same page as everyone else.
As Aoki had taken off alongside Cassandra, it seemed that all things were not to go as they were planned. As they had flown upward, they caught up with Erigor, but it had turned out then when you were dealing with a person whose entire specialty was the air, trying to half heartedly approach him wouldn't end completely well. As such, Caleb was knocked off of the S-Class guild member, and the group had to drop down to make sure that nothing bad happened to them yet. With Cassandra being the person to fly them up there and no longer being able to do so, she seemed to ask if either of them could fly. Now, were this any other mission, any other team, such a thing would not be possible. However, this was a mission of utmost importance, and thus! A mission of utmost coincidental convenience of which the likes of had never been seen prior to. Summoning her keyblade, Aoki said, "well, I know this may be hard to believe, but. I sort of can." With that, she turned her keyblade into its glider form, and thus was a vessel that could take them through the sky. Turning back to Cassandra she said, "we can use this to go and take ourselves up in the skies again, but the problem still remains that he could just knock us away again. Do you have something that could protect us from that sort of a thing if I do take us up there?" Lucia had been standing there, deep in thought, throughout the entire process of this question and answer thing. She was definitely not expecting to have to use her brain to solve riddles after having to have just fought some weird seductress demon thingy. However, while she kept wracking her brain for answers to these riddles, it seemed that Malkira was the one who was doing most of the answering here. And what a good thing for that as well, since he seemed to be answering all two of these questions with immense accuracy. However, the third question seemed to throw them for a bit of a loop. It was less a riddle and more so just a general question. However, Lucia then answered by saying, "well I'd think the all knowing Oracle in a staff is wiser than Malkira here, not to mention probably anyone who wouldn't try and taunt the gatekeeper that essentially controls whether they pass or not would be wiser as well. So I answer, yes!"
While Lucia had most certainly attacked the siren lady with as much gusto as she could possibly manage at the time, it was absolutely nothing in comparison to the S-Class member that was here. Lucia already knew that Caliborn was a strong one, as he had effortlessly fought a whale himself, however, seeing that display of power up close and personal was something entirely different. As he attacked at a speed she couldn't fully register, all she could do was let out an impressed whistle as he felled the siren in a single blow. Looking around to everyone else, Lucia slightly nodded at Mizuki's, albeit rude, comment. "Yeah, let's keep going. Be cautious though, guys. If this was just trial one, we don't what else this place has in store for us." Okay, so a bunch of stuff happened. Like, for instance, Kageyama was found bleeding on the side of the road or something. After much deliberation, sort of, it was concluded that the dude was no longer any form of threat whatsoever and that they should just sort of take him along and beat the shit out of him if he was going to try any funny business, (which would more than likely not actually be funny.) Awesome. And then there was the discussion about flying to go fight Erigor. And so...She was going on a flying ride with her pilot Cassandra who would carry her and Caleb straight into the fray. She didn't quite know how this was going to work, but hey, the weirdness level for things that happened today that she wouldn't be surprised if Cassandra just turned into a fighter jet a flew off into the sky carrying them...wait that was Quinn and his crew. Okay, so that was settled and Aoki actually didn't do anything at all except going with the flow, (floating along that plot river, ya dig?) because basically everything was taken care of and this post is more or less superfluous to everything that was going on. Nice.
Lucia used Sliding Dash on the Siren. -----Meanwhile---- "Ahem, ahem. Testing one two, testing one two. Alright good. The keyboard still works, that's always a good sign when writing up one of these," a voice had said all of these things in some odd black void like area. "Oh right, scenery, that usually helps." And with that, the void had turned into...a white void. Truly a change in scenery. Out of seemingly nowhere, a blue haired man had stepped into the scene, the voice seemingly belonging to him. Upon closer inspection, it was revealed that this was the same man that had appeared in the Aoki post a few posts back. "Hello there folks. My name is Lucien Fjarde," he said pointing to himself. He started to walk around the void as he continued,"you may recognize me from popular roleplay works such as the Punchwood Roleplay, Forum Wars 2 or the Original In The Times of Ripping off Kingdom Hearts, or maybe even from the more recent and slow going Light Vs Darkness Two: Dramatic Boogaloo." As he said all of these things, giant logos had appeared behind him to match what he had been saying, when he then proceeded to shoo them away. Looking back to the nonexistent camera, he then went on with saying, "now you may be wondering why I'm here. In this roleplay. Again. Well I'll have to inform you all, that I won't be a series regular, I know, heartbreak and disappointment everywhere." While he waited for the "awww" voice track, he realized that he didn't actually have any pre-programmed voices for this post. Well that sucked. Clearing his throat he said, "pay no mind to that last statement. What I actually meant to say was that within the next few days, Charlotte, Rho, Lucia, and Aoki will not be posted for." With a look of sadness on his face, Lucien shrugged and said, "I know I know, you were really looking forward to them not doing anything anyway. But you see, I just thought that in case any sort of progress was made, I'd let you all know. And what better way to do that, then just tell you in the thread itself. So then, my work here is done here." Looking around a bit, he then realized that he had zero idea where he actually was and then was just like, "just cut the camera, I'll figure my way out of here. Goodbye folks. And have a good New Years or whatever the fuck it is you down around this time, I don't really care. Bye." End Scene.
As the final slash had come from Rho's blade, the clay casket spirit had fallen and there really wasn't quite much more to say on the matter. As it were, it seemed the green skinned woman and Vance had gotten into some sharp battle of wits, that was cut short by the simple fact that the spirits were no longer in existence. Seeing as such entertaining banter was no longer to be had, Rho was a tad disappointed by the turn of events, though nevertheless he they had finished their job and everyone seemed ready and willing to leave the area. Well, all but one despondent child amongst them. Seemingly being hurt by Zephyros's comment, Thea looked primed to explode in an all too fitting child like tantrum, to the point that Rho didn't quite care enough to try and calm her down. She was simply a lit bomb, and Rho had no way to cut the fuse at present, so he left it to the other child noble amongst them when he seemed to go comfort her. Rho started to walk away from the scene as he said, "well then, if both of our employers are telling us to leave," his glance shifted to Zephyros for only a moment, "then I suppose it is time we parted." As such, Rho gave a short wave to Nessa as he had simply walked out of the room and awaited his fellow guildmates and employer to return to the docks. Aoki was a bit befuddled as to why Ander had given her a plastic spoon. She just sort of looked at it, every which way she could, trying to figure out if there were anything special about it, but at the end of the day it was just a plain old spoon. Thinking back to the incident with the blue haired guy that happened moments ago, and everything that had happened prior to that, there was a definite possibility that she was going crazy and imagining everything that was going on. Nevertheless, she'd have to see this delusion through to the end if she were to ever break free from it. As such, she simply accepted that Virgo was able to create tunnels and that it was the most convenient and easy way for them to bypass this wind barricade. Furthermore, she accepted it when the aforementioned celestial spirit had vanished without a trace. Finally, she had accepted the fact that everyone around her had accepted this very strange occurrence as if it hadn't even quite happened at all and that there was nothing weird with the situation whatsoever. As such, Aoki snapped herself back into what she was presuming to be reality and nodded at what Caleb and Zephyr had said, saying, "yeah, we have to stop Erigor as fast as possible!"
As Aoki was trying to think of what to do about this whole situation, she was getting stumped at every given idea. There was hard concrete floors underneath them and a wall of eviscerating wind to the side of them. As far as she could tell, there was no real way they could actually get out of here, and so she would just wait until their other S-Class came to help them figure this out. "Well you could try punching through the floor." Aoki was a bit surprised at what she saw to her side. There was just this tall blue haired guy, in a blue suit with a white coat. Just standing there. As if he had always been there and was completely understanding of the situation. He looked to her and said, "it didn't really work well for me when I tried it, but you know, it's always worth a try the second time around." She was completely baffled by his appearance, though, it had appeared as though no one else was able to see him. Shrugging again, he said,"well, who knows. There might be some pink haired plot device that will get you out of this mess." Still confused, he counted down from three on his fingers, when suddenly when they got to zero, a maid came out of Zephyr's pocket. Looking at her with a confused look on her face, she then turned to look back at the blue haired man, though he had seemingly disappeared without a trace to be seen. Trying to shake off what had just happened, she looked at the maid still kind of confused as to what she was doing here in the first place. It then seemed to be that she had known who they were, or more specifically, her and Zephyr. Once Zephyr had asked who she was, it then became all too apparent as to why she knew them, when Aoki kind of stepped back a bit in shock from the sight of her transformation. Seeing that horrendous form only brought back bad memories, and something seemed to snap for a bit as the thought of burning the old duke's mansion started running through her head again. Shaking that off, she then said, "well then, uh, maid, lady, person. You got any sort of magic other than appearing out of people's pockets that you can use to help us out of here?" Rho sighed as the Clay Spirit finally seemed to be using its passive against them. Well that would cause the fight to be more tedious. And as it were, the two of them were already the last to finish up their battle. Well, that didn't matter much. It wasn't how fast you killed them but that you did kill them in the first place right? All internal rambling aside, Rho had an amused look on his face as he simply said, "well then Clay Golem, I feel it's time for you to see what a plain brick such as yourself truly deserves." And with that, Rho went and used Blitz on the spirit. While they were all standing at the ready, the siren seemed as though it had stopped trying to trick them all. Instead, she seemed poised to simply fight them and say something about how they were to go through three trials to prove their worth for, presumably, the Hand of Midas. Getting out her knives, she looked to Balthazar only to see that he seemed to have something wrong with him, however, it was most likely being caused by the siren. And so, if they beat the siren, then that would solve everything. Giving a thumbs up to Cal as she got out her strange magical weapon that seemed to appear from literally nowhere and actually looked kind of weird, saying, "yeah, no way we're going to be beaten down by some weird imposter person." With that, Lucia used Strike Raid on the siren. As Dale had relayed the message to Gexln, Charlotte seemed at the ready when he had asked if there were any volunteers who wanted to go and assist in taking down the dragon. Looking to the other members of the team she had been with thus far, it was clear that the want to stop whatever this dragon was doing would be shared amongst all of them. As such, Charlotte began to follow after the dragon slayer, when suddenly her attention was diverted to the quite clearly inebriated Thomas. Sighing, she walked over to him and placed a hand on his back. "Now then comrade, it is time to sober up as there are dragons that need hunting. We must dawdle as time is precious here." And with that, Charlotte tightened her grip on his shirt with her hand, and started dragging him along at a surprisingly faster speed than he was able to drunkenly hobble.
