As far as newer copies go, I'd say Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne, Shin Megami Tensei Digital Devil, and Blazblue. As for the games in general, I own Killer Seven, Zone Of The Enders, Darkcloud, and Ico.

I'd definitely would want Agrabah and Olympus Coliseum. They both had wonderful stories but I feel that the coliseum is a part of the main storyline and is pretty much important. Plus it has alot of very interesting character as well.
....That actually would sound awesome to have in kh3.
