ROZAN SHO TEN HA!
Alistair was honestly quite confused as to why the girl would even think that he would even attack her. His tone really wasn't threatening, not that he thought so, but the mind of Temeluchas was always quite confusing to decipher so he really didn't think much about it. Her little seductive tone had changed all to instantly and it seems his words had at least affected her so. It still felt quite nice to hear that annoyed tone of voice, but Alistair knew that he shouldn't go overboard. "Right right, I gotcha, slice and dice and all that jazz...tis what I was about to do before you went off and accused my of attempting such a heinous crime" Alistair said exaggerating a tad as he closed his eyes and took a step forward. She was giving him quite the quota and he was merely expecting just the loss of lives. Buildings were things he did not expect to destroy but he knew complaining would just set him back some more so he would have to at least make an attempt to destroy some shit. A step was taken but he stopped instantly the moment he heard his mistress call out his name. Her voice wasn't the bossy demanding usual one, but a calm one. With their backs facing each other, Alistair's eyes widened for a second but merely shut calmly as a warm smile came across his face. "I've been with you this long already...I don't see why I'd ever leave you...heh...dare I say I can't imagine life without my little mistress and her bossy mouth" Alistair said soflty before letting out a small chuckle as he walked forward, heading off to do as told.
The ghouls had the sheer luxury of numerous victims for them to devour. They did not have to be picky and they rushed off to devour anything that they saw. Even if they did not finished their meal they would simply move on to a different one since they had food to spare. The screams were loud and the busy city had been louder than it had ever been in history. Alistair merely bore witness to such a scene and merely allowed it to happen. Temeluchas had answered him and as usual the woman stood before him with her arms wrapped around his neck as usual, keeping the obviously false sense of affection. His eyes narrowed and a smirk formed on his face as he stared down at the woman "my my my...I honestly do not know where you got that idea from my dear" Alistair said placing on finger underneath her chin. "You've been quite unpredictable as of late...maybe that is what has been keeping my interest piqued recently." Alistair said. He must have given the woman some form of credit. Despite the vulgar form of torture she had used against him over the many days, he was quite surprised to see her actually use some form of mental torture. He knew it well, that he was to blame for the weakening of Cal's mind and maybe if he didn't speak to her things may have been alright for the girl. He hated blaming himself for so much, but he knew it was something he was guilty of. Despite all this he did not show hate or concern when thinking about this...no his smirk simply remained. He knew that Cal was strong and he knew that she would not break down due to Lu. Even so, he would do whatever he could to make sure the girl was safe.
Everything was just so strange and him joining the group was just so pointless. Ever since leaving home they had made their way to some place he had no idea about and now they were apparently training. William had managed to at least get to know the others a part of the group and it was now that he had at least believed their words after seeing them preform quite the unnatural feats they they considered training. He himself had made an attempt at this training, trying to see if he could preform such inhuman feats like they could, but there was absolutely nothing. Maybe there was some sort of physical increase he must of gain, but he felt there really was no improvement in the slightest. It pissed him off severely and it just felt like a sheer waste of time for him. If they were to be attacked all he could really do was merely run away and try not to get in the way. Maybe he wasn't meant to be a part of this group, maybe it was a mistake and that he was not one of these angels that they spoke about, it would have made a lot more sense if he wasn't. What could a kid do for them? more and more he felt like a nuisance and he hated it. He walked outside and sat upon a rock with a sigh, closing his eyes as he shook his head. Maybe he should just head home and move on with his life, forget everything that happened and live his annoying life.
Caius froze at the sudden question Anna had asked him and he honestly had no real idea how to respond to the girls question. "U-um...n-no..I..." Caius begna to stutter trying to find the right words to actually say to the girl. Would she blab his secret over to Cal? Anna was a nice person so it really wasn't likely that it would happen, but it still made the boy unsure. The relief of the fact that it wasn't Cal entering had totally made him forget that he was also hiding this from the others as well. He didn't really like being called little one now that he was practically the same age now, but he didn't complain. Caius' eyes immediately widened upon feeling the girl ruffle through his hair and the sudden offer to cut his hair made him begin to thing. For a second he began to think about how it would be quite convenient for him to get it cut, but regardless there was something that had made him not want to cut it at all. "No thanks, I really appreciate it, but I like it long...maybe next time...." Caius said with a small smile. His mind slowly began to be made as he turned his attention back over to the trinkets over before him. "Um...I'm making a gift for Cal...she has done a lot for me and I want to thank her for it" Caius said softly with a warm smile as he grabbed a small gear and played with it "Its...a hand made locket...It was okay before but now I wanna at least try and add more to it...something like music when it opens up or something..." Caius said.
Temeluchas was impatient as ever, and as he sighed the two began to be transported out of hell and into the busy streets. He raised an eyebrow as he stared around and stared around before letting out another sigh. All this really spelt out for him was pure tragedy and it was definitely not going to turn out well. They were here to kill and he would not be able to weasel his way out of this. Temeluchas was serious and he had no other choice but to follow her. His golden eyes opened up slightly as he glanced down at his right hand that began to glow. Clenching the fist, Alistair rose his fist into the air and slammed it towards the ground causing a black distortion to appear on the floor around him. Inhuman moans roared from the distortion from the ground and blood-lusted ghouls climbed out of the distortion. "Devour..." Alistair said calmly as ten ghouls were released and immediately let out a blood-curling screech as they rushed off to find whatever flesh they could devour. As the ghouls were spread out, Alistair took a step forward and crossed his arms. "Lu...this is merely a request, but...if your planning on punishing Cal for what happened...please let me take it instead. It was my fault she even said that in the first place...I was the one who taught her after all..." Alistair said calmly as he unfolded his arms and formed blades from the arms.
His eyes closed all to instantly upon hearing the newcomer make her presence known. His gritted his teeth as the two of them separated as Lu began to speak. He really had no hope for the curse and true the end he desired had a good chance of not including him, but he believed in Danel's words opposed to Lu's own words. Lu was know to lie a great deal so his decision to believe in Cal's words was obvious. The argument began and what Cal said surprised Alistair quite a deal. She had actually said something quite insulting to her adopted mother and though he felt like ripping off Lu's head for slapping the girl like that, he still felt a sense of pride in what the girl said...she must have been learning from him after all. Before he knew it his hand was taken a hold of and he was dragged off by the angel of torment. He didn't want to go, but it was better for Cal if Temeluchas wasn't here. "alright alright, whats the rush? what do you want" Alistair said lazily with a sigh. Today was the day for him, he felt all to nervous and worked so long an hard for it, but he needed to give it to her. It was only a mere week since then but he still remembered the seen all too vividly. Through all the pain she stood before him, protected him, and showed that she cared for him. She was special to him and he wanted to at least thank her for all she had done. He arose from his bed and got up on his feet. As usual Soren's bed was empty, but strangely Cal and Anna's bed were empty as well. A surge of despair crept into him as he sighed and slouched "d'oooooh....this is going to make things harder...I knew I should have woken up earlier" Caius said silently to himself sadly. He had planned to leave his gift over on her bed and run away...but that plan was now shot down. "hmm...maybe I can use this time and improve it or something" Caius muttered taking a seat on the ground and began taking out some mechanical parts and well as some tools. His long hair was quite the bother, but she always did like to play with his hair so maybe that's why he never cut it. He began tinkering with the items before him, but the sound of the door opening caused the boy to jump and try to hide everything before him "whaa!....oh its just you Anna.." Caius said with a calm sigh as he began to drop all the stuff he tried to hide. Unlike her brother he actually got along with the girl so it was nice to see Anna.
As he held the embrace he felt something wet begin to stain his shirt. She was now tearing up and this in turn did not bode well for his own emotions as well. She denied his apology and made it clear that it was not his fault. Even though he internally still held the blame it made him happy just to hear her speak like this. He never understood what he did to gain such scorn from the other children, but Cal was always the one who appreciated him and her words confirmed this fact. His eyes immediately widened upon hearing his name being ushered from her. All those times he was called Azrael, was she now seeing him as a human instead of an angel? He stared down at the girl and she began to speak of something that made his heart-wrench. She wanted to get out of here, she wanted them all to get out of here. The first thing he would have said was "of course I will!" but just thinking about it made him realize that such a thing was something he could not say. "Please...endure for now..." Alistair said closing his eyes. The way things were going he couldn't say that they would gain the happiness they so wanted. "Things are happening all around the world...something big is going to happen and until then I cannot do so....and...I swore to follow Lu...." Alistair said before opening his eyes and gave her a reassuring smile "But still...I promise...no matter what, I will do whatever it takes to get us all out of here" Alistair said before giving the girl a grin. "...we can all live in my big mansion and do whatever we want...we can have as much fun as we can and...be happy...." Alistair said almost as if his attention was drawn away by a happy memory. The scene he saw before him, he would make it a reality even if he was not a part of it. If his life was forfeit then he would gladly offer it to make his dream happen.
Alistair's eyes widened in disbelief as he stared right down at Cal's eyes. She knew all along, and even though he was expecting her to be the one in shock it had seemed things had taken the opposite result. His hands shook slightly as he continued to stare at the girl unable to say a word. She knew all this time, yet did not say a word about it, no...she did not even blame him for her own mother's death. More and more he realized what a strong girl she truly was. The sadness he saw on her face was something he did not want to see. He had drudged up bad memories and from what she said it was merely pointless for him to have done so. He closed his eyes tightly before getting off the desk he sat upon and tightly embraced the girl before him. "I'm sorry...I'm....so sorry..." Alistair said emotionally. She said it wasn't his fault yet still he felt guilt for what had happened. How long was it that he was this emotional about something? was it because he actually cared about somebody this time? His grip loosed his slightly so that he wouldn't strangle the poor girl, but he still held the embrace. "You know...I may not have any right to do such a thing...but I've always tried to act like a fatherly figure for you kiddos...heh..hard to believe with all my shenanigans...but still...." Alistair said opening his eyes calmly with a soft smile.
The sound of the door opening up caught Alistair's attention instantly and he immediately stared over at Cal as she walked into the room with a smile. "ah....sorry about dragging you out here like this...figured this place may be a bit more private" Alistair said letting out a small chuckle as he scratched the back of his head and let out a sigh. He sort of wanted to just forget everything, but that session still ran vivid in his mind and he didn't want to just ignore it. "Look..first things first is I want to at least say I really am glad to see what you have done with Caius and his whole entire father issue...things could have gone a great deal more nasty..." Alistair said letting out another sigh as he closed his eyes. "and I'm sure things must have been tough for you...you...never knew your mother or father" Alistair said. Maybe he was over thinking this, or maybe he was under thinking the situation, but regardless he needed to say it "...the blame for you never meeting your mother...belongs to me..." Alistair said taking a deep sigh. He was always so confident so it just felt so horrible to be so nervous for the first time. "....I was there when your mother died" Alistair said.
DAY 62Saturday, November 23, 2013 Spoiler: Determination On his feet his eyes opened, welcomed by the gruesome scene of death. There were no need for words, he understood the situation quite well, but even so he couldn’t help but chuckle. After so long it had finally happened once more and Alistair was quite ecstatic to begin the battle once more. Azrael sat once again in a far distance and in that far space were countless ghouls staring off at him ready to devour his flesh and nurture themselves back into existence. The flames raged on prepared to devour anybody who dared to even come close to them and the heat was nearly unbearable. With one step the carnage would begin and he would suffer the hungry darkness of thousands of souls. A familiar cane appeared in his hands and Alistair held up the cane with a grin. “Let us begin Arondight…” The words were said, but nothing happened. The disguised form of his cane just remained as it was and the blade refused to show itself to Alistair. “What the?...Arondight?” Alistair was flabbergasted at the lack of response from the sword and no matter how much he called upon the sword with his soul it would not answer. The sword that he trusted had refused him. “Do not mistaken Arondight for your own blade…” Azrael’s words cut sharp and clean. Alistair’s attention was immediately sent straight as Azrael and he immediately gritted his teeth as sweat ran down his neck. “Arondight is my blade…somebody insufficient as you cannot dare wield such a blade” Azrael smirked and snapped his fingers as the blade disappeared from Alistair’s hands and left the man weaponless. Alistair’s eyes closed, having lost something that he felt a connection with was difficult, but he couldn’t falter over something like this in the slightest. “Fine then...I don’t need Arondight…I’ll slice my own path with my own hands” With this declared, curved blades appeared from both of his arms and with a quick motion both blades were flung towards the mob. Spinning with deadly precision, the blades began to cut through those that came in its way and Alistair immediately rushed forward ready to cleave his way through. Slashing forward, Alistair continued on deeper and deeper into the mob. The path that he had formed began to clog up with the fowl bodies of the ghouls and the way that Alistair had used to enter the horde was now cut off. There was now no escape for him and the only way to get out was to move forward. Heads were cleaved off and many limbs flew through the air as they were immediately cut off from their body. Sharp claws clung onto his body and dug deep into the flesh trying to rip off Alistair’s flesh, but Alistair would slice the opposing arms clean off and prevent such an action to occur. The fatigue grew and Alistair’s body began to slow down with each and every single second that passed. With each moment the group of ghouls just continued to grow far more numerous than before. They were everywhere and grew to the point where the red haired man’s vision was purely covered by the numerous ghouls. It was a hopeless endeavour; one that Alistair began to believe was a task that Azrael set up to spite him. Was there another way that he needed to approach this? Was he a fool to have merely rushed into the fray like a mere beast hunting for blood? Doubt began to form and his end began to form. His skin was the first to go, it did matter that there was clothes on it, for the hungry ghouls all they cared about was nurturing themselves and reclaiming what little existence they could. The tissue of his body, the meaty flesh that they so desperately wanted was next. Their sharp jagged teeth sunk in and began tearing away at his body, slowly ripping it apart as much as possible all until there was merely bone left. Organs fell, and when there was nothing left of Alistair the ghouls turned against each other, trying to devour those that obtained flesh so they could be complete. The useless body merely rested on the floor, its consciousness fading away rapidly. Soon he would become just like them, lifeless and gluttonous, an empty husk of what he was desperately trying to reclaim who he was. Was this all meaningless? “Well is it? Has everything you went through all for naught? You’ve bested fear, yet doubt holds you back” Azrael’s voice was as loud as usual and just like before the angel would always point out his flaws. His doubt was the cause of all this, it dulled him and made him hold back. He couldn’t hold back, he told himself he would not regret his actions, whatever they would lead him to. He could still think, he was not gone yet. He could still fight. The skeletal body rose to its feet as the very bones turned to steal. Even with his ascension the ghouls paid no heed to him, which proved to be a hefty mistake. The blade like bone struck forward straight through a nearby ghoul causing the ghoul to screech out as it corroded away into thin air. He could feel it… The flesh that was stolen, it was now returning back to him, back to where it should be. There was no hesitation as the blades formed from his arms and were used to slice the ghouls before him. He didn’t even give them enough time to even react as he slashed through each and every one that he saw. With each kill his body began to reform all the way until not a single wound was present. Clothes began to form on his body and Alistair stood with his eyes closed. “Return to where you belong, wayward souls” A smirk crept across Alistair’s face as he raised his arm and caused a blade to extend from it. With one swing of the arm the souls before him cried out in agony as they faded away, leaving a pathway to Azrael. No time was spent as he rushed forward straight towards the angel of death. It was here that he would end this little game, but his eyes widened immediately as a single figure stood in his way. The figure was no different from the ghouls he dispatched, but it was strange, the ghoul’s body had begun to form into a much more humanoid form. Alistair did not waste a single moment, with his arm blade ready he lunged forward and slashed downwards at him. It wasn’t just that this ghoul was the last obstacle, but it was the sheer fact that something did not bode well for him about this ghoul. The blade swung down, but Alistair met with resistance. The ghoul held the blade effortlessly in its hand and stared up at Alistair as flesh began to cover its body. “Weak…” The ghoul’s voice sent a chill down Alistair’s spine as he stared at the now recognizable face. It wasn’t that he felt fear…no…it was the opposite. A seething rage began to burn and Alistair’s eye narrowed as he gritted his teeth. “you…” “Weak as always….Alistair” His mind snapped instantly and he rose his hand in sheer rage “FATHER! YOU BASTA-” His voice was cut instantly and he was too slow. Alistair wished to rip the man’s head off, but the man he called father had already pierced his chest with his hand. Everything began to fade, he would soon away, but he didn’t want this…he needed to kill the man he hated so much…but everything faded…. Panting and sweating Alistair silently rose up from the bed and held his head as he glanced around the room. "Damn..." Alistair muttered silently as he closed his eyes and sighed, trying to be as quiet so he didn't awaken his waifu mistress. The session with Azrael still burned in his mind and he couldn't stop thinking about it. The emotions of the incident raged on and memories he did not wish to think about roamed through. Fully dressed he silently exited out of the room and began to rub his temples with a sigh. Things has been so complicated lately and this was definitely not helping him in the slightest. "Parents...that damn bastard" Alistair said as his grip on his temples tightened. He walked on until he came upon a familiar crossroad in the hallway and stared at the path that led to the operating room and narrowed his eyes. "Thats right...they all have parental problems as well..." Alistair said. Despite all that had happened Caius had remained the same, but at the same time he knew that it was deeply affecting the poor boy. Not only that he thought of the girl that dealt with him. "Maybe I should tell her..." Alistair said shaking his head before entering the nephilim room silently. Taking his time, he silently tip toed over towards Cal's bed. Crouching down beside Cal's bed he began to poke the girl's cheek lightly with his "Psst...hey...hey Cal...psst...wake up...psst" he whispered trying to awaken the girl without awakening the others. Cal rubbed her eyes with the back of her hands and blinked up at the man. She sat up groggily and looked around in confusion. "Azrael? What's going on?" she whispered. "Sorry to awaken you so early...but I have something important I need to tell you...meet me in the classroom..." Alistair said quietly before rising up and calmly walked out of the room without another word. Walking into the classroom he sighed as he took a seat on top of a nearby desk. He had no idea how this was going to go, but it was something he needed to say.
"Is that so..." Laurence muttered closing his eyes with a small chuckle "my apologies...my emotions are running a bit to out of control here...Laurence would be crying tears of sorrow if he witnessed this" Laurence said. He was right in believing that Charles was a pawn and that the dream maker was actually the mastermind in this all...no that was wrong. The mastermind in it all was not her, but themselves. This was their dream so it was only logical that they were the cause of any nightmares that occurred. "So this is all like a game then...one involving our lives" Laurence said silently walking forward towards the stairway and began to walk up it. Reaching where the dream maker stood, he immediately stopped in place an closed his eyes with a weak smile. "Though you didn't tell us a straight answer I do appreciate the explanation...my goddess.." Laurence said before walking up to the top floor. He wished to continue the conversation, but everything began to blur. He returned back to the boys room and immediately fell on the bed with his eyes shut and let out a sigh. Why would the goddess do such a thing? no she was always right, the goddess was to bring them joy and happiness. Everything would be alright if they were happy right? nobody wanted to be sad so being happy surely was something that was easy. Those thought raged on before Laurence fell fast asleep.
"...interesting..." That was all that Regulus said as he continued to walk on. "So you say you do this for nothing at all, it makes no sense, but it intrigues me all the same....you speak of loving my child, but why should I ever approve of a failure...a piece of trash really..." Regulus said stopping before Cal "you interest me a great deal girl...I do wish to see how you work...what causes this selflessness I wondered" Regulus said raising his arm. He was going to grab the girl by the neck, but something stopped him. The hand he was going to use froze in it's spot as he stared down at a blade that had pierced the arm. "That's enough...I can condone many things you have done before...but if you dare so much as touch her..." Dull eyes stared over at the door way and stared at the source of the threatening cold voice. He stood by the by the doorway with his finger pointed forward and cold eyes. "Alistair...." Regulus said "I suggest you leave them be" Alistair said walking inside the room with his eyes closed walking up to Cal and stood next to her. "You've pushed things too far Regulus...play with your demons...but not them...." Alistair said opening his eyes and stared over at Regulus with his narrowed amber eyes. Regulus stared up at them but merely closed his eyes "Very well...my interest has shifted for now...however I do wish to see the result of all this...It will prove to be quite entertaining" Regulus said lowering his pierced arm before walking out of the operating room. Once Regulus was gone Alistair let out a loud sigh and slouched a bit "maaaaaan....that was a bit too close" Alistair said.
BODAI SHOGO!
In his haste the man had neglected to even close the door, something that had always told him when someone would either enter or exit the room. He heard footsteps and his foolish mistake bit him in the ass as he was immediately pushed away from his son. Such a manoeuvre was surely surprising and though he assumed that Alistair would have stopped him at some point, he was surprised to see that it was one of the nephilim children that dared to stand before him. Caius was in total fear, the tears running down his face never stopping as his father had begun to work on it. His father said he would fix him, but Caius was not that gullible, he knew that it wasn't the pain he felt that his father was trying to fix. There was even more pain and it was maddening for him, but it suddenly everything stopped as his father was tossed away and Caius looked up at his saviour. "C-Cal..." Caius said softly raising his head slightly to take a glance at her. Regulus could only stare at the girl and look at her hands as she tried to block his path. "Monstrous creations? surely you must be confused...that boy you so are protecting is already one of these monstrous creations you so speak about." Regulus said glancing down at his hand "Tell me girl...why protect this boy? for what purpose does this hold for you? what benefit?" Regulus said looking up before at her before slowly beginning to walk towards her. Something bad was going to happen to them, that what he feared. He didn't care if it happened to him, but if it happened to Cal then he could never forgive himself. "Cal...please...don't worry about me...please leave..." Caius begged.
"And don't you dare lie to us" Laurence said with spite, suddenly making his presence known as he walked up to the group of Leah, Trevor and the butler, Charles. His hand was placed on his head and he was staggering as he made his way towards the group. Some of them could have died, but he was glad that at least nobody had gotten hurt during the madness. His body was acting sluggish and he would soon be babbling nonsense soon later. He was pushing the limits, but he needed to at least do as much as he could. His moves were already acting quite ecstatic, he had taken a foolish risk earlier and luckily managed to survive and get away. True his act of survival worked, but it was something he'd rather not risk. He had heard Leah speak about the meat from before but he could recall that meat other than Laurence loving it and it was something quite different from anything he had ever eaten. "Where the hell was everybody...Me and Lilica were searching all around the manor and found nobody..." Laurence said cringing at the sudden migraine before glaring up at Charles. "What is this place?....why are we here? to be cured? don't give me that crap....there is more to this..." Laurence said closing his eyes. "Though...this maybe useless...for all I know you could be a pawn in all this..." Laurence said quietly with a sigh. He was paranoid and he had every reason to be. Laurence's influence was really starting to take affect and his emotions were starting to rise despite his protest.
He was sweating, his breathing became more hard as he gripped his chest and cringed. He couldn't stay in here anymore, he needed to get out of there before he awoke anybody. He staggered to his feet but immediately fell to the ground. Laying on the ground he began to pant before he closed his mouth and started to walk once more, staggering with each step. This was just too wrong, he needed to go to the source of all this pain, he needed his dad to fix it. He walked down the path that lead out to the hallway and immediately opened the door, walking out of his bedroom. It was funny to him, he never knew his father, but the room the man always stayed in was just right next to him. Even so despite always peeking in to see his father, this would be the second time he ever tried to confront his father. He was nervous, he was scared, but he wanted the pain to end. His father did love him right? surely the man would at least do something. He kept this in mind as he opened the doors to the operating room. "D-dad...it hurts...why does it hurt so bad?..." Caius said weakly using the door for support. The door opening up was hardly a surprise for him, but the voice was unusual for him. He had expected Alistair to rush in again to speak as usual, but it had seemed his son had walked in, saying stuff about pain. "Leave...." Regulus said coldly, not even take a single glance at his crumpled son by the door. He knew his dad heard him, but still the man didn't even look at him. Didn't the man realize by the pain in his voice that he was crying out for help? "Please...make it stop...it hurts..." Caius begged. "Disgrace...." Caius' eyes widened up hearing what his father said "Nothing more than an annoying child who should remain silent...disappear from my sight..." The words were cold and stung like a dull and rusted blade constantly ripping apart flesh as it tore in. The tears that he so desperately held back were now falling down his face. He couldn't believe this at all. All those things Cal told him about his father, how could he even believe a single piece of it now? "what...WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?!"Caius cried out as loud as he could. He wanted the truth, he wanted to find out why he was so different, that he felt pain that the others never felt. The man turned around and faced him, Caius's eyes widened even further in sheer fear as he stared at the soulless masked face. Never once did Caius ever see the true face of his father and just starring at his mask make him tremble in fear. Regulus Astar sent his palm forward and Caius found himself being pushed back by something piercing his body. The wounds were small, butt he blood poured out. He laid on the ground of the hallway and struggled to rise up. That mere moment to recover from the attack was short as suddenly the sound of snapping finger echoed and before he knew it a figure stood above him. The figure's metallic hand reached down and grabbed Caius by the next and lifted the poor boy up into the air. Gasping for breath as he glanced down at the figure. His weakened eyes were able to tell that this person was the very same one that ripped out Azrael's heart before. "It seems...I've been to harsh on you..." Regulus said walking up to the doll that held his son and stared up at the boy as he placed his hand on his chin. "Why don't I fix you..." Regulus said with a chuckle. The boy that always feared the silence of his father....this had all changed the very moment he heard that fearful chuckle from the man.
Eyes were greeted with the sun as he slowly rose up from his bed and let out a loud yawn. Rubbing his eye he slowly looked around groggily around the room before he jumped off the bed. He glanced over at the other bed and raised an eyebrow upon noticing that the other girl had not been in the bed. He severely hoped that the others had not ditched him and that they were all doing their own thing around the hotel. After a shower and having prepared himself for the day, William walked out of the room and down the halls. He didn't see anybody so he really had no proof or anything if they ditched him, but he could only believe that they were not some douchebags that would just take a kid somewhere and leave him 12 hours away from home. "Man...these people really are desperate....If situations were different....they would have literally stolen a kid from his mother..." William rambled to himself as he walked outside the hotel He stood outside and closed his eyes, letting out a sigh as he enjoyed being outside. It was just too weird for him, all of it. Something told him to run back home where it was safe, while another part of him told him that home wasn't safe and that these people were the safest bet. Just what could a child do in such a situation? He was just a burden, and it pissed him off to think so.
His slumber was short, but he could barely even keep it for long. It was far too early in the night when if father called for him for assistance. He always held onto the hole that by helping his father he would be able to warm up to the man and though it was a childish dream, he still held on to it. He could never remain awake during the operations and no matter how hard he tried it wouldn't last. His horns would always hurt, but as he grew this had actually changed and the pain slowly began to fade. Pain was all too familiar to him and even though the pain of his horns had vanished there was still something else that brought him distress. His eyes had slowly begun to open up and a piercing pain in his chest made itself known. His hand was brought to his chest in a mere instant and instantly the pain spread throughout his body. He didn't know what his father did to him, but he could tell that his chest was stitched up. Though the stitches were done crudely, they still managed to do their job and that was all that Regulus Astar cared for. He needed to act fast before Laurence did something absolutely stupid. "EVERYBODY MOVE NOW!" Laurence yelled out as he stared over at the two girls he was with and signalled them to leave. It didn't seem like they were hurt or anything so they were fine on their own. The girl was up on the top floor, he could only tell this by the sudden sound of her voice. They needed to at least get off the top floor and find away to defend themselves or even possibly get out of this dreamworld. With that Laurence ran downstairs
