You are limited to 15 potions per command slot. To carry 90 would take six slots, not leaving you much room for said Seeker Mines. And those are also only available for Aqua. Ven has Tornado to work wonders in that battle, but Terra is left pretty high and dry (especially since his dodge is less than ideal.
On the Visible Children piece I'm a bit annoyed, they commit many of the same fallacies especially an exaggeration and manipulation of statistics. Counting travel and film making in the unfocused or wasted part of the budget is biased. They are an activist group that has noted these awareness videos as a great tool (which they definitely are), and frequently makes trips to Africa for various purposes and they are not exactly cheap. Of course those eats up a ton of the budget. They note crimes of the Ugandan military without noting that those some crimes happen in every military and that surrounding militaries are just as bad or greatly under equipped for this feat (often both). Since peaceful measures have produced no results and as noted actually were used as a tool by Kony, I think using the Ugandan military is a viable option. If they have a counter idea I would love to hear it but I do think this is better than ignoring the problem or the useless peace talks. As for Makaze's piece of appealing to emotion I would like to add a "well duh" Persuasion is all about appeals to logic and emotion. I give them a pat on the back for successfully using both. They spell out the problem in a way that not only makes it undeniably a problem, but also says that you should care and can do something about it. Was the kid staged? Maybe. I don't see it as fake but I'm bad at that. There was certainly a lot of footage that wasn't used because of it not being impacting enough, and the kid was aware of the very general idea of what his father did. But the effect is there. If you want to say the kid is acting then fine but just look at what they were trying to portray. And if you still don't like it then ignore it. There is nothing about that sequence that should count against the point, and if it does nothing for you then just take the rest of the video at its face value. EDIT: @FKB: I admit, for now I've tl;dr'd that. I do promise to read through that later.
It always confuses me a bit when people go "Oh my god, KH2 Sephiroth is so hard" I mean yes he is hard and it takes me a few tries to beat him, but I was a bit disappointed by him. KH1 Sephy I don't like fighting unless I'm level 100 period, and it took me days to beat the first time. On replays all my post game work leads up to him and then I mark him as the end, second only to performing the final battle one more time for the secret ending. KH2 is a complete joke above level 80 or so, on replays I like to make sure I beat him before level 60 to keep it interesting. He is the first thing I do in the post game, if I haven't already beat him by then. I will admit that some of the difficulty in KH1 is due to comparative limitations on Sora and some people don't like that, but it is fair difficulty.
Strange, it isn't a direct change in sampling frequency. That would result in a higher pitched "chipmunk" sound. Instead it jumps around in the track, cutting pieces out. Now I assume since you've got it edited all together that inside of Sony Vegas it works fine. So the import is okay, but something went wrong in the export. I would first try using an entirely different audio format. When Googling for a solution I was finding that Vegas has been having trouble exporting mp4 audio due to some interaction with Quicktime. Using a different format (such as mp3 or wav) would fix that.

Apples to Apples is a game. Each round players are presented with a green card that has an adjective and are asked to match it with an appropriate noun from red cards in their hand. A judge (usually a player sitting that round out) decides which is best and gives that player a point. Tends to have very interesting results depending on what cards are in play and who you are playing with. Evidently someone got a point (or at least tried to) by playing "Darth Vader" under "Charismatic" Or it could be something completely unrelated, I don't know.

Abel was confused by all this since he had grown up without knowing any of them. Well in a strange way he knew Phisoxa, but as a house cat. It was only earlier today that he found out that she was actually a person, and his mother. He cared for her, but still wasn't quite ready to accept her. So now just as quick as he met up with Father, he disappeared leaving him alone again. All the same he came to Phisoxa's side. "Are you okay?"
"Well if that is all I have no business here" Mixt opened a portal of his own this time and flash stepped in, closing it behind. If Phantoma wanted to be found then, there would be an exit somewhere, if not Mixt was content to use the portal void. At best Raxtion really had nothing to say, at worst the Black Phantom did something in that encounter to induce a trap. And that was a trap he could not afford to fall into.
Mixt walked over and placed a hand on Rako's shoulder. "Accept this as a welcome back present. I don't have a fruit basket for you." Turning to Raxtion, Mixt continued. "To the point first. Where is he now?"
"I told you already, if you were paying attention. You are a bargaining chip. Though if you really want to be interrogated, it can be arranged. Might make for good entertainment tonight."
It was several pages back, but there was something about it not being safe to talk there.
"If you can wake up Phisoxa then be my guest, but I don't know why she sleeps much less how to undo it. As for the Black Phantom, he disappeared with both Raxtion and Sophie correct? He could posses either of them, or neither. And no matter what course he takes he is a severe threat. As are the consumers as they slip from my control. Dante's cards gave us one hell of a crappy hand this time, so we need to pick our battle's wisely. I think Phontoma is a key now that he is willing to talk. If you have better ideas follow them. We need as many angles as we can get on this." Mixt said before going deeper into the portal again.
"Who said anything about you talking? We don't have the resources here to break you, considering the training you've surely had to get where you are. It would be a waste of time and effort to interrogate you."
Just that it is two in the morning.
Mixt took the shot in full, stumbling back some. "Nice shot. You've been wanting to do that for a while now, haven't you?" Mixt said as he cracked his neck. "The devestation we face is beyond that of saving Sophie or Phisoxa. Save them if you can, but I'm not about to sacrafice everything so they can return to the nothing that remains." He said as he stepped into Phantoma's portal.
Mixt didn't move a muscle as several came in between Mixt and Phisoxa to block the advance and several other pinned her to the ground again. "You are grossly out numbered and only just recently woke up after passing out from exhaustion. Do you honestly think you stand a chance here?" Mixt said, ignoring Raxtion.
