Seriously, the homophones are bad enough, do you really need to bring in slurring words? This is one of my favorites that I know I've posted here before but it has been a while so I'm posting it again anyway. A man without eyes saw plumbs on a tree. He did not take plumbs and he did not leave plumbs. How can this be?
I was actually just thinking about the fact that I rented the original, lost going commando, and never played up your arsenal (that I can remember). Definately a series I've enjoyed, so this is one that I'll be going after when I get some funds together.
What skin are you using? On the 5.0 skin the nav bar is above everything but the banner so you shouldn't need to drift over it for anything. (Except for browser functions, but you were refferencing notifications). Older skins have the user functions above (no idea what the actual name is for that box with usercp, notifications, etc.) but they use the click dropping on the nav bar. Also assuming said page with subscriptions is the usercp, that was never taken down. If you mean the full list, that was never accessable aside from the usercp. Am I blanking on another one?
Of all the details to annoy me, it bothers me that your sig pic says "soft kitty" a second time instead of "little ball of fur"
Kitty! Get him! I'll put in a good word for forum helper
Antony and Cleopatra means Egypt. Cats are gods, it just smited them.
It is sad and cruel, yes, and I do believe that it deserves punishment. But calling it a murder case? I guess this would be an applicable case of the felony murder rule, but I still have trouble grasping this as an actual murder. To me this looks like child abuse and manslaughter. The death appears to be an accident even if it was caused by abusive behavior. And it doesn't sit right with me that the step mother's case is thrown in there like a side note. If she was involved then she should be mentioned on the offset and not further into the article, if she wasn't involved then why be accused at all. Also what exactly did cause the death? Obviously there was dehydration from the running as mentioned, but three hours of exertion shouldn't kill her. With older people it may cause a heart attack or the like, but at a young age you would just pass out before fatal damage is done (Not to say it wouldn't be horrible for your health, just that death is unlikely). Especially being nursed back to health in a hospital I suspect there is more to it. The article mentions a bladder problem, and then an ambulance was called to respond to a seizure before then the medical release quoted dehydration and low sodium.
Don't look into it too much, I'm pretty sure it was pretty messed up to begin with. Just because it is old doesn't mean it was deep or important, really. Though aside from the story did anybody else find it to just be hard to play? I have an old copy too and it isn't showing up on my holoraphic projector right, it is just flat. How are you supposed to jump correctly when everything is like that. How they played games like this and enjoyed it is beyond me.
First couple of times I did that freaked me out.
Another piece is that being in a relaxed state (such as being in bed) can put your body in a lower form of a recovery state where you are still awake and conscious. So if you aren't tired enough to fall asleep quickly then you end up lessening your need for sleep without getting the full benefits of sleep. This is how many insomniacs can be up for longer than you would think is possible (although ones I know like to overplay just how long) but it also means that if you go to bed before you are ready to sleep you might start chasing a moving target.
Can't sleep at 1 AM [I hate being a night owl]
There is no way that I am aware of. Even playing normally and not using 99 Dolmations it is a pretty common occurrence that tends to bug the crap out of me. You could however get the code modified to give you less than max. It is pretty common for coders to make it give you 98 of something for reasons just like this.
shidonic and sanity
I'm pretty neutral on it. I could see where some people would want it, but I also see how it is hard to draw a line in the sand of what to include and what not to. The only alternative I could think of is giving users some "Other places to find me" type space on their profile that would just be a space to list off whatever usernames they have elsewhere.
Well maybe your school is just using terminology inconsistent with most other places. Is there a term they use for it being permanent, or is it just called a permanent suspension?
You do realize that suspension and expulsion mean two different things, right?

Technically there is no cannon reason for Sora to through his memories. It was just a ploy by Marluxia to draw out time. I mean the game never says that Namine couldn't do it all at once like she did to Repliku, though most speculation is that Repliku was easier since he is artificial. So the fact that Sora did (almost) go through all his KH1 memories was more of a game gimmick. So by cannon that was just the one that so happened to not be included. Cheap way out as it may be. The only more entertaining argument I could give is that Vexen's intervention messed up the plan that would have included it. But it would belong in the first group so the burden really falls to why Axel didn't give it to Sora, assuming of course that it wasn't neglected by Namine.
That would be the primary one that annoys me. My mother works in a school for severe and profoundly handicapped students. Obviously, a decent number of them are mentally ******ed. And there is still a technical term for it but I couldn't begin to tell you what it is anymore. The running joke in my house is that it changes every two weeks. She has trouble following all the terminology changes that happen there, most for the same reason as the mental ******ation case.
