No. According to Vexen, Riku is only there because Sora is there. Before arriving in CO, Riku was in some kind of oblivion that we see in R/R. He wakes up there and when he decides to leave this place, he goes to where Sora is because of their connection. Thus, Sora must have been there first otherwise he wouldn't have gone there.

Yeah, like I said I just checked LK's channel and saw it. I was grounded from my computer for 5 days before today so my subscription box on Youtube is flooded with other stuff. Anyway I just discovered Marble Hornets today because while I was obsessively reading everything Jadusable ever wrote, I noticed that he mentioned "Marble Hornets". I got curious. Damn, now LK is going to make everyone get into it and I won't feel special D: It seemed like a more obscure one to me anyway.
