It's tough. Handwritten writes some pretty good Roxine. x3
"Probably," Roxas said in honesty, remembering the brownies everyone had eaten. It was a possibility the two were thirsty, so it was good that Namine thought of it.
Aww, yay! :3
Roxas leaned back, one hand on the open door of the fridge. He heard footsteps and turned around a little bit, seeing Namine coming over. He wordlessly moved out of the way, his hand remaining on the door as he moved to that side.
Yes they are, especially Roxine fanfiction. 8D
Roxas nodded slightly, even if Namine couldn't see him. He walked forward a few steps and reached with one hand for the bowl, taking it from its place on the counter. He then took it to the refridgerator, opening the door and setting it on one of the shelves.
Ah, touche. xD
Roxas tilted his head to the side slightly, his eyes staying on Namine. "You sure?" he asked, wanting to make sure she was positive she didn't need any help, even if it was as simple as putting something away.
Reading a fanfiction and doing this is hard. xDD
"It's no big deal," Roxas said with a shrug, his expression changing and his hand coming down to his side. "You need any help?" he asked, seeing that she still had some things to take care of. He didn't mind.
Roxas brought a hand to the back of his head, smiling sheepishly. "Uh, well..." They had been waiting for her actually; it didn't really feel right to start a movie without her.
"'Kay." Roxas pushed himself up from his spot on the floor and started out of the room. He turned at the doorway, going a few feet down the hall before entering the kitchen, where he heard the soft clanking of dishes. He slowed his walk just a few feet in, coming to a halt when he saw his girlfriend at the dishwasher. "Hey," he called casually.
Roxas turned around slightly, holding the remote out to Sora. "Here, you guys start the movie," he told him and Kairi. "I'm gonna go see if Namine needs any help." By how long she had been gone, he wanted to go check on her. He would help if she needed it.
Roxas turned his head to look towar the living room doorway, pursing his lips. Maybe he should go help her... He never did like her trying to take on tasks that originally involved everyone else, even if she insisted it was alright.
"Oh," Roxas said, turning his eyes to the screen. He would wait until she got back to start the movie, not wanting to be rude.
Roxas turned his head to look up at his friends from his position on the floor. "Where's Namine?" he asked. He knew that she left to do something, but he had been focused on getting the movie so he didn't hear what she said.
Kairi smiled slightly as she looked to the screen, seeing the title menu come up. She took that moment to glance at Sora, glad that he was next to her again. It was hard to stay away from him since he got back, and that was something she was okay with.
Roxas nodded slightly and moved over to the DVD player. He set the disk in and turned on the television by pushing the button. He grabbed the remote to the DVD player and then made his way back to his friends. He sat down on the floor in front of the couch, considering it had the best view, and allowing Namine to have the seat left over on the furniture.
Roxas shrugged as he shook his head. "I've never seen it either," he said then. He looked down at the movie's case and scanned the back. "It looks like it's worth a shot." The summary made it sound pretty good, so he wouldn't mind watching.
Roxas furrowed his eyebrows slightly, trying to figure out what to watch. "Hmm," he hummed, looking through the movies Namine had on the shelf. Some of these movies he hadn't seen, like one he pulled out. "How about 'The Invention of Lying'?" he asked, turning around to look at Sora and Kairi. Kairi tilted her head to the side. "Never heard of it," she said. Of course, that meant she hadn't seen it. She could possibly enjoy it.
