Uh yeah, easy to fill out but it sucks when they disregard you completely. Honestly, sometimes I feel that who they pick as staff is decided soley on the way you act. I've modded on like 3 forums and did a damn good job. While they didn't have as large a member count as KHV, I still have what it takes to be a staff, no matter how insignificant, here. Everyone says I'm too immature to be anywhere near staff but I honestly don't see where they're coming from. I don't see how I'm any different from the majority of the more well-known members here. Watching people I grew up with on this site become staff in front of my eyes hurts, even if I am happy for them. Mainly because they all change, and instead of cheering me on and hoping I become a mod one day, they forget about me. If I was staff I'd encourage others on the site. I'd lose my sometimes rude and indignant ways and be a good mod. But as hard as I try, like many others, it's a chance I'll never get.
