Coolest Costume In the Coolest Costume category, we had entries from @Captain Arch, @Day~Dream, and @Scarred Nobody. Scarred Nobody came in third place in user votes with six points, Day~Dream in second place with eight points, and Captain Arch in first place with nine points! Now, judges, what say you? Cutest Costume In the Cutest Costume category, we had entries from @Midnight Star, @Day~Dream, @Zelda, and @61. Zelda and 61 tied for third place in user votes with three points each, Day~Dream came in second place with six points, and Midnight Star in first place with eight points! I love Arch's duck face, but Day~Dream's Snowman head really makes me laugh, too. The classic Madeleine L'Engle novel is being adapted for the big screen by Disney. Ava DuVernay (Selma, Middle of Nowhere, 13th) is directing the film. The cast as revealed so far is as follows: Storm Reid (12 Years a Slave, Sleight) as Meg Murray Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Belle, Concussion) as Dr. Kate Murray Chris Pine (Star Trek, Into the Woods) as Mr. Murray Deric McCabe as Charles Wallace Murray Oprah Winfrey (The Oprah Winfrey Show, Selma) as Mrs. Which Reese Witherspoon (Legally Blonde, Walk the Line) as Mrs. Whatsit Mindy Kaling (The Office, The Mindy Project) as Mrs. Who Levi Miller (Pan, Supergirl) as Calvin O'Keefe Zach Galifianakis (The Hangover, Birdman) as The Happy Medium André Holland (Selma, 42) as Principal Jenkins Bellamy Young (Mission: Impossible III, Scandal), Rowan Blanchard (Girl Meets World, Spy Kids: All the Time in the World), and Will McCormack (The Sopranos, In Plain Sight) have also been cast in unspecified roles.
