Snoop Dogg Hell yes.

In my opinion, it' TOO simple. It might be because of the background which makes the stock pop out in a strange way. You could add a few light effects to the top right of the stock and tone down the grid background.

1st drawing:
The face seems a little too rounded, making the neck seem a bit too longer than it should be. I don't like how your only shading is with under the neck. There are more places where shadows linger. awesome job on the eyes, I love it. There hair seems a bit sloppy. Just because there is a lot of lines doesn't mean you should be lazy on it.

2nd Drawing:
The shading of the neck shouln't be in ink if it's coloured, rather in what you're using to colour. Here arms seem a bit awkward to be for some reason... And the neck is just a bit too thick.
