Drawing on lined paper = not gewd. You're better of at least using computer paper. Anyways, I'll give a bit of CnC~ I can see your improving, especially on proportions~! The arm is a bit funky as how it's bending backwards a bit as it seems at the elbow. Sine you either have to be a god to do that, try bending it foreward a bit. Also, your arm need to be just a tad longer. Proportion wise, the finger tips should be half way into the thigh. Your face is a bit odd . The nose needs to be more blunt and less pointy. I like your hair~, it's cool. Good job and keep drawing!

If I was in that situation, I'd talk to my parents about it. You should ask them if they noticed your attitude and tell them that you think it's because you're being ignored. I feel that way sometimes, too. Especially when my sister's boyfriend is having problems with his family and everyone pays attention to that and shrug me off.
