In the 3DS version, Reality Shifts would occur on the touch screen while time froze on the top screen. On the PS4, it looks like they'll just take up the whole screen. The Grid's Reality Shift in particular, pictured above, would require players to tap certain highlighted line of code as they appeared on the touch screen, though they'd disappear if you didn't tap them in time. On the PS4, it looks like it'll be sort of a quick-time event requiring you to push a specific button that appears alongside the highlighted line of code. This is speculation on my part, but maybe the button isn't always the triangle for every line.
What interests me the most is this screenshot of DDD, giving us some sort of idea of how Reality Shifts will work.
With the holidays and the end of the year upon us, Kingdom Hearts creator and director Tetsuya Nomura has taken to YouTube to record a holiday message for Kingdom Hearts fans! The short video has Nomura tease upcoming events for the series' 15th anniversary--the releases of 2.8 and 1.5 + 2.5 on the PlayStation 4 in January and March respectively, the Kingdom Hearts concert tour beginning in March (which he promises he will attend, but keeps mum on when and where), and upcoming developments in Unchained χ (January has previously been announced to add Proud Mode missions, advancements in the main plot, and a new world to explore, while February will add multiplayer missions). He also wishes all fans a happy holiday season and looks forward to celebrating the 15th anniversary together. You can view the video below with subtitles:
UPDATED: For the second time, over the past few years, her father has retracted his statement: View attachment 45991 Since Kingdom Hearts II, fans have been wondering if Utada Hikaru would return to write another song for Kingdom Hearts III. It's certainly been a winding road to get here--Utada herself at one point said she wouldn't due to issues with Disney over payment, then her father at another point Tweeted that she would, then immediately recanted. Now, with Utada fresh off her five-year hiatus from music, we have official confirmation that she is indeed writing a brand-new song for Kingdom Hearts III! The confirmation comes from her father's Twitter, and this time, it seems to be for real. "Actually we have already started," he says in the Tweet. "Sorry for keeping you waiting." While we wait to hear the new song, we'll still have the Simple and Clean (Ray of Hope) Mix EP releasing on iTunes on January 11 to tide us over. The EP is available for pre-order now. SOURCE

Personally, it seems to me like the Workshops & Recreation section of the Writers' Nook mostly fits the bill for what you're looking for. Granted, it isn't very active at the moment, but hey, be the change you want to see and all that. But that's my opinion.
i hate that fps stands for two different gaming-related things

Ooo, nice-- ...never mind...
Hmm. The only other reason I can think of is that the medals you've gotten the five dots on still need one more medal fused into them to receive their bonus. It's possible to fuse medals in such a way that you have five dots filled in without unlocking the bonus; I accidentally found that out with an Aerith medal not long ago.
What mission are you on in the main story? You don't gain the ability to use Guilt (the special attack bonus) until you clear mission 200 and receive the Power Bangle.
A while ago the show's premiere got pushed back to May 2017. It will still premiere on television and then make the switch to streaming exclusively. Bryan Fuller has stepped down as showrunner due to other commitments, but after establishing the mythology and story arc; Gretchen J. Berg and Aaron Harberts are the current showrunners. The main cast thus far is as follows: Sonequa Martin-Green (The Walking Dead; Once Upon a Time) as Rainsford, Lieutenant Commander and Number One on the USS Discovery. Doug Jones (Pan's Labyrinth; Hellboy) as Saru, a Lieutenant and Science Officer of a new alien species created for the series. Anthony Rapp (Rent; If/Then) as Stamets, a gay Science Officer specializing in astromycology (studying space fungi). Recurring characters include: Michelle Yeoh (Tomorrow Never Dies; Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) as Georgiou, Captain of the USS Shenzhou. Shazad Latif (Spooks; Penny Dreadful) as Kol, a Klingon Commanding Officer, and the protege of... Chris Obi (American Gods; Ghost in the Shell) as T'Kuvma, a Klingon leader looking to unite the Klingon houses. Mary Chieffo as L'Rell, Battle Deck Commander of the Klingon ship.
Spoiler Luxu is indeed the Keyblade's original owner. However, as Young Xehanort states in the secret ending to Re:coded HD, the Keyblade has been passed down from generation to generation of Keyblade wielders throughout time. So while just owning it doesn't necessarily mean he's Luxu, it's not impossible.
Looks like the fifteenth anniversary year is going to be a good year for Kingdom Hearts merchandise--that King Mickey Pop Funko figure won't be the only one we're getting! Kupo1121, the KHInsider user who brought the news of the King Mickey figure, also snapped a picture of a GameStop computer showing listings for figures of Chip and Dale, Donald, Goofy, and Pete, along with a GameStop-exclusive Goofy figure and Pop Keychains for Donald and Goofy. View attachment 45942 The new Kingdom Hearts merchandise is listed to release in March 2017, at MSRPs of $18.99 for the Chip and Dale figure, $11.99 for the other figures, and $4.99 for the keychains. Which figures do you plan to buy? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below! SOURCE
