I was so ready to get my hands on these guys.

She glared one more time at the three other students she had previously spoken with and then quickly glared at Professor Daniels as he fixed up some files before turning swiftly and slumping down into her seat with a scowl on her face. She leaned back with her arms crossed over her chest and huffed. She could still feel the static that had made its way to her finger tips. So much for a morning zap during a horrible Monday. It would have really brightened her day up - being able to use her powers on someone rather than some training simulation or dummy. It made her feel worse inside when she realized that the someone she could have zapped was a curious and annoying non-power user and a nosey blonde haired boy.

As her bitterness towards the situation only increased, Frida found herself calming down slightly as she was staring fiercely at the professor in front of the class who began to speak about "summer". Summer was the time the students were free to wonder around the school and not worry about class. These were the days some people tried to escape out of the school and were never really seen again. She knew that they had been caught but to where the amateur escape artists were - no one really knew. For herself, summer was the time to sleep in and skip the morning, rebel against the rules that wouldn't get her killed, play with the weak students of the school and use her powers more often. Frida was excited for summer. This summer, she had already decided that she wanted to try and take her powers farther. Maybe learn something a little new with what she could do. Summer really was just the time she could get away with things more and have a blast. She loved summer and it wasn't even another horrible Monday away.

I love your attention to detail, these are great Myst!

I love the colours you used in the first one. Try adding some more folds and creases to the clothing though. In your fourth drawing, the bottom of the character's cloak is very well done. It's the same principal for every piece of fabric really so try incorporating that so it can give the image more realism and life. Your concept in anatomy is good here, though the neck looks rather elongated. Also, identify a light source so you can define your drawing more with deeper shading. And try different styles of colouring! I used to use water coloured pencils before and I would always get so annoyed that it would look so liney! So I tried colouring in circles, cross hatches and other things and that gave the image a smoother look though it took more time.

This one is just completely adorable. I can never seem to draw chibi right so this is just so cuuute! Again, your attention to detail is outstanding. Even with a small image, I can see that you've really outdone yourself with the costumes. It's very accurate from what I see.

I don't have much to say for this drawing because the image is rather small. I do love how even if you drew this with pencil (or pen?), I can still make out the basic anatomy of this character and stuff. Which can be very difficult because using one tool can take lots of time to master.

This impresses me the most, I think. The magic circle thing behind him is gorgeous. The detail. Again. Just, wow. Did you draw this image with reference? I love the shading you've done here and the angles and anatomy are top notch. His face looks kind of funny a bit but really the whole composition of this piece is outstanding. I love it!

Lastly, try scanning an image. Even just one! Because photographs can give you so little digitally sometimes (unless with the right camera) with illustrations. If you don't have one, ask a friend! I'd love to see more of your works in HQ~ c:

I like how the first one is put together. It gives the whole image more character rather than just the character herself. However, I love mechahumans and so I am equally as interested in the second one.

1. I always thought you were a cool guy, I mean, LOOK AT YOUR USERNAMES BRO and all your graphics? I just wish we talked more. And we should. You know? Eheheh. But yeah, you're always going to be that cool guy who I can talk to about comic books and especially about the Batman sons <3

2. Oh wow, one of Queenie? That's rather cool. If Roy would be in it, my friend will totally spazz. But a Nightwing one? WELL HECK YES I WOULD WATCH THAT. I like the idea, I mean, they've never really tackled any of the Robins on film much and stuff and since Dick's story is quite similar to Tim's might as well put Dick in the spotlight as Nightwing (cause we all know we'd rather see him without the cape). That would also mean the Big Blue Boy Scout will have to be making appearances and they'd show Krypton which means they'd also aquire lots of artistry which I find very entertaining in shows. I would definitely also love to see Jason. I love his relationship with Dick, I think it could give the show the best plot twists, climaxes, and everything. And even if it does turn out bad (like perhaps, it wasn't executed correctly) I would still watch it.

3. Hmmmm, i am really just, no good with actors at all. This is difficult. Plus, I'll be picking the face and talent of someone to play my husband? Oh my... I'm just going to take into the account of what I see in tumblr and say that Ryan Reynolds (Supernatural) because he's an amazing actor and he could probably do his role very well. Ryan would give him more of a badbuttness to it rather than, the very optimistic Grayson though so maybe Milo Ventimigla (Heroes) would play him well too since he can look like the happier side of Grayson and is also one heck of an actor. Yeah, I'm not good at this.

4. Oh my, now Jason... Jensen Ackles (Supernatural) just because if Ryan Reynolds would be Grayson cause then I'd ship it eternally /shot. I'm sorry no serious answer because I'm just. I don't know man ; ;

5. NIGHTWING #dinnysocreative | or you know, possibly "grandstand" like, from his circus background and it symbolizes that gotham is his new grandstand - he's not fighting by batman anymore.

7. Oh this is tough. I really enjoyed his first few steps into being his own name. Like, he really worked hard and he had a rough time with Bruce and trying to take care of Tim and trying to compromise with Jason. Yeah. I love Dick's more, human side when he interacts with his 'family'. My answer would probably change if you asked me some other time haha. i love my husband too much.

3. Outside of my nearest window, my eyes lay on something large. Something oh so very large. I say this because I live high in an apartment yet, I still can see what is outside of my window – in fact, this rises to at least two stories above from where I reside. In the dark of the night, I can only make out the dark chocolate color of its enormous body while the small green attachments flutter and dance when the wind blows. However, as the moon appears amidst the sea of clouds, light shines upon the large creature that lives across my window. I can see the intricate, natural swirls and carvings on its body and even the webbed venation on the almond-shaped green pieces that are so delicately attached to the organism. I observe more, and it comes to a surprise on how wide the body of this giant is and how much strength it has as it stands beside the strong, polluted winds of the city. I begin to realize that this creature beside my window is one of my country’s many symbols: the Narra Tree.

Julia, these are so gorgeous and adorable!!

I love the style that it's in.

The second piece is just amazing. I want to have it on a notebook or a shirt or something. I love its simplicity and the splash of the pink colour. And I love the touch with the bandage. I don't know why, but I just find it so incredibly cute.

As for the first, I would have liked to see it sharper. Like, I really love how you've drawn the eyes - especially the lashes but the rest of the image doesn't really go together too well because the lines of everything else is rather blurry and smooth as to tight and crisp like the eyes. I do love how you've colour this though. I really enjoy the colours and how you've got a good direction with the lighting and shadows. It's still super cute and lovely overall.
