... I have to agree with Shades; 'Fail'. You seemed to have no grasp of the most basic English skills, I mean you didn't even start a new line when I character spoke. I was taught that before my age was in double figures. I won't even start on your grammar, and I really have to hope the "r" and "u" stuff was deliberate or really... just wow. But if it wasn't I will admit it's a fairly creative way to manipulate language to enhance the idea. It was far too short for any real development, and this is actually something that could of been taken and made to last quite a long time if in the right writers hands. I mean... the so called 'story' didn't even last a decent sized paragraph. I rather expect my post for this is actually longer then your piece was. Also the "theme" is a bit dodgy. It doesn't match up to either the Classic Scooby Doo Theme or the newer one which I think Simple Plan helped to write, I'm not sure of that but never mind that's not a detail of any consequence. So you may want to work on the way you create the 'music' with the words. In all honesty it came across as something you'd make up with your mates when you've either had too much to drink or too much sugar. Personally I wouldn't post it for others to see without a LOT more in it. So basically, without all the BS, I think it was a vaguely good idea, you just did it badly.
OOC- In that case Snape and all that will of been dead ten years. "Oh shut the f*ck up." Dee muttered bitterly. Her eye twitching in a menacing manner.
OOC- Oh yeah! I'd completely forgotten about her o_o I feel stupid now ._. Okies, thanks. I was worried I'd missed something important. Tears was sat crossed legged, much like a young child at story time in a schoolroom, on a bench near the side of the corridor that Diary and her dormmate Blue were making their way down. She too had a timetable in hand and had been trying her hardest to figure out where her next class was. However, being the somewhat ditzy girl she was, she'd gotten distracted by the patterns on her four not matching socks and was now lost in deep thought about how they get the colour to stay that neon even after twenty washes. "I like orange..." She mumbled to herself, totally oblivious to the people in the surrounding area.
OOC- ... You do remember that this is supposedly in the 80s? i.e. before the internet or phones with text capabillities? You did agree to that when we were trying to sort out a time frame so people didn't say things like this. But never mind, guess it's already been said. Dee's eyes gained a murderous glint to them almost as though a angry fire was burning deep within them. "Well ex-f*cking-cuse me for not being some spoilt little brat with all the latest muggle technology! Just because your f*cking family had enough f*cking money to spoil you doesn't mean you can use it as an excuse to mock the fact I'm not some sh*tting mudblood wannabe!" She cursed, just loud enough to show that she was, indeed, having a rather large go at him (once again) but not so loud that everyone in the vicinity could hear her stream of profanities.
" 'Lol'?" Dee asked, tilting her head slightly. "What on earth do you mean by that?" She continued, looking thoroughly confused.
OOC- Poor Mello having to do Disguise XD Only place Mello could disguise himself would be at a biker convention. And do you mean Halle Lidner or have I missed someone called Linda? ._. I would post in character too but I've kinda lost where I was, I've been having to do work on a video editing job I've got and I haven't been getting on the internet outside of MSN because of it for any real amount of time when I'm in the state of mind to really post anything of consequence. So if I could have a recap or something that'd be great ^^'
"You should really learn to respect people you know Zack. You're going to get yourself in a lot more trouble then just detention if you're not careful..." Dee sighed, half worried and half just plain irritated by the kid's lack of maturity. As a child she'd always been severally punished for back-chatting or even just having an opinion that differed from her father's. So the very idea that Zack had the balls to defy not only prefects but teachers alike horrified her.
OOC- I think it's "lead" not "leaded" ^^' "Sounds better then that other ******ed arse name you came up with." Dee muttered under her breath, trying her damnedest not to gag from the smell of the bird faeces that had been building up in the Owlery for centuries. The scent was clinging to her nostrils in the most nauseating manner.
Heyo, it's nice to meet you too XD So hows you?
"Oh, I don't really care too much about what other people think of me. It distracts from what's really important. Besides, judging from the faces of the people that we see leaving his office as we get closer and closer to it being our turn it's a safe bet to say that L isn't exactly the most... Normal of men, or women. But most likely a man." Tears rambled, continuing to seem totally unworried and undisturbed by the fact they were soon to meet the greatest detective in the world. Her idol.
"Well I don't have an 'everyone' to know, I'm pretty much on my own. Actually, I AM on my own." Tears explained in a ditzy sort of voice. On the surface not seeming to flicker for a moment as the horrific images of her past flitted past her mind's eye. "I'm fine, I just hope that I don't end up humiliating myself before the day is out. I imagine I'll trip into the Headmaster's lap or end up in some other rather awkward position." She said in response to the girl's question, although it wasn't really a straight answer. "My name's Tears by the way, what about you?" She enquired, tilting her white haired head to one side gently with a curious glint to her scarlet tinged eyes.
She shuffled her feet softly on the wooden floor, her unnatural looking eyes turned towards the floor in her nervousness. Slowly, but surely she lifted her head to look at the people on either side of her. On one side was someone of no real interest to her. He looked like another smart-alec grade-skipper, nothing interesting or different. But on the other side there was a dark haired girl whom was a good two or three inches taller then Tears herself. But she seemed smaller somehow, it must of been how she was stood. The girl had an air to her that would indicate psychological 'crouching', and she was clinging to her belongings as if they were her life force. Nervously Tears picked up the courage to speak to this frightened seeming girl, something she hadn't managed to do in many, many years. "Hey, are you alright?" She asked Noir in a slightly high pitched voice, a voice that made her sound as though she was either away with the fairies or as high as a kite. "You seem tense."
OOC- Thankies, and yeah I know it's a bit... huge. She's part of a art project I did last year sometime and I don't really like the idea of having spent so long on a character and then never really using them again ^^' Tears was lurking outside the Headmaster's office, admiring the beautiful font in with the rank of the one who inhabited the room was inscribed. Her clothes, seemingly usual and normal, making her almost blend into the background. If it wasn't for two very distinguishable features, one her chopped short, scruffy, unkempt, ghost-white hair that seemed to only be held down onto her head by a scrap of black, that on closer inspection would be revealed to be a headband. And her socks, today she was wearing on pair that was knee length and mainly orange with pink, green and yellow spots, and then over those was another pair. These were mainly green with spirals of acid yellow. She was, indeed, an odd sight to see. However, she had a sneaking suspicion that here, in this school for eccentrics, that she would find herself for once not standing out as a freak. But rather be part of a larger, and weirder, group. Or at least, that's what she hoped for. To make a friend, even just one. She sighed heavily and looked around just as the school bell tolled for the start of the school day. Today is going to be 'fun'. She thought to herself. Then added on briefly before going off on some never ending internal monologue: That's what you're meant to say in these situations? I think it is...
Can I be Mello and my OC? Played by: Near-to-Tears Name: Tears Real Name (Last, First): Sakame, Tannya Gender: female DOB/Age: 16/10/1991 (18) Appearance: 5'2", slightly on the skinny side, has naturally white hair and eyes with a tinge of red. Her clothes tend to lack any thought or co-ordination, the outfits usually consist of black tops/hoodies and jeans or denim skirts. And always at least two different pairs of bright neon socks. Backstory: It's easier then trying to condense it ._.' Personality quirks: Whist the rest of her clothes are rather dull and plain Tears has an love for her brightly coloured socks. She also has a inclination towards either being painfully shy or overly outgoing when she first meets people. Tears also seems to spend more time jumping on furniture then using it for it's real purpose. She also seems convinced, when in her hyperactive state, that the cake is really a lie.
OOC- I'm not posting because I asked a question to one of the people who're taking a break and I don't really want to change the post with one character and there's not a whole lot of stuff I can do with Saïx, he seems to get ignored whenever I post as him XD Anyway, chill out. Not all RPs are posted on at a fast rate, depends on the RPers and what's going on both in and out of the RP. No doubt it'll pick up again eventually. Just nothing too much can happen without the RP's 'owner' around for any real amount of time. It's kinda like carrying on a game without the protagonist around, it can happen but it just won't be as good and I'm sure everyone wants this to be a good RP rather then a crappy one where everyone is seriously out of character and there's a cake fight breaking out in the Organization's cafeteria.
Your hair is beautiful D: Behold the ickiness Don't ask about the whiskers, it made sense at the time XD
"Yeah..." Dee nodded quietly, her large brown eyes still turned down towards the ground. But after a couple more moments she looked up again, a smile on her face and a small twinkle in her eye. Almost every last trace of the pained look that had previously occupied her expression had been wiped from her appearance. "Well, lets get going then!" She exclaimed, closing her eyes and smiling cutely.
"No matter what I do my Dad will never think I've done well. It's not worth lying about something that, in the long term, is just going to cause a lot of pain I don't want or need." Dee replied quietly. Shuffling her scruffy-shoe clad feet on the crimson carpet.
"As far as I'm aware there isn't one, we're just expected to ask our way around. It's a way to form bonds with your classmates or whatever." Dee said dismissivally, her voice a monotone drawl. As, quite frankly, she was bored of the happenings of the last few minutes. However those minutes had felt like long, dragging hours. Maybe I should of just been in Slytherin... she thought to herself.
Well my username thingy is Tears. Apparently Near-to-Tears was too long D<
