"I'm twenty-two." Lana replied. "I was very lucky, I got this job straight out of university. The headmaster took somewhat of a shine to me I guess." She shrugged, a smile on her lips. Then in a fleeting eye movement she noticed the time in the right hand corner of her laptop's monitor. "Holy f*ck..." She muttered. "We have five minutes to get the assembly hall before Tina the Terrible murders us." Lana said, quickly scrambling from her seat and gathering up an armful of registers. Meanwhile on the other side of the school, sitting in a rather mascuine manner, Debbie was on the floor outside of the assembly hall. Her darkly made-up eyes roving over all the chaos of the cliques scrabbling to get to each other. OOC- Just to remind you guys, attending the assembly isn't optional and the uniform isn't optional for the assembly. Rexa, you're in. Nice to have more teachers in.
"Well you don't. So don't worry about it too much." Lana smiled, "You're certainly in your twenties, am I right?" She enquired.
"I'm just no good with guessing ages." Lana explained, setting the drink down on her desk. However, once the comment of her looks graced her ears a small flash of pink shot across both her cheeks. It then vanished as quickly as it appeared.

Lana looked away quickly, seemingly embarrassed at the comment about the quantity of her make-up. "I just like looking my best, that's all..." She said quietly. After a moment of deafening silence she looked up again. "We're not that far from being teens ourselves though. At least I know I'm not. I'm not certain of how old you are."

"Depends on who you're having lunch with I guess." Lana giggled as she picked up her mug again and curled up between the arms of her large chair. Slowly she raised the cup to her lips and took a sip, once more leaving a pearly mark from her lip-gloss. OOC- 24 hours and 30 minutes.

I get halfterm next week luckily XD Everything was deadlined for today, so it was like panicpanicpanic.
Lana smiled slightly and nodded. "Thank you, that'd be great." She answered, brushing her ashen hair from her large, forget-me-not blue eyes. "I don't know if we have much spare time together though. Particularly once term-time gets into full swing." Lana added, her smiling waning slightly. OOC- Just to let you guys know the assembly will be starting approximately 6pm GMT tomorrow night. So if you can try to be online for then that'd be great. The reason I've been putting it off is because I've been swamped with schoolwork and our other head of house couldn't get online.
