Istar's face took on a serious shadow, "I wouldn't be able to say for sure. I've never met him. But...the stories go that he's killed seven other Goddess imposters like Alice before..."
Crowley laughed, long and hard, "Heartless? Please, you don't know the meaning of the word. I've had eternity to perfect my game, what I didn't foresee becomes the entertainment. Watching you, insignificant people, squirm and suffer as you watch my game pieces move about. Remember....Xenree has only seven hours left to live." He pulled out a golden chain watch from his pocket and glanced at it. "Nearly six hours left..."
Sniffing, Istar pivoted to see Gexln, "Freeing her from her shackles is what I aimed to do from the beginning... I don't think you get it. Nevan believes she stole that power. Margaret and I know she was forced into that power. Alice may be a cold hearted b!tch now, but she's a nice girl underneath. Goddesses...aren't all warm and kind like you think. Either way, I'm going to set the beacon...I'll bring him here, whether you help or not."
ooc: Of course he isn't. But still.
"On the night of the blood moon at the beginning of the summer solstice...Alice will lose her powers and immortality as a Keyblade master and Usurp Goddess. On that night...the brother who shall not be named will come to this world...and end her life as mortal and immortal being. And...I'll die." lowering his face, so Auran couldn't see his expression, his voice wobbled, "Alice's mother told me that...before she took her own life. She said she wouldn't bear life to the one who would kill her daughters. But...that boy has already been born. Like a Phoenix, from the ashes of grief, he was born out of wedlock with another woman. If you truly hate Alice...and wish her gone from your life...all we need to do is send a beacon. Will...you help...me?"
Crowley shrugged, "I don't fix things. I'm a demon, the best I do is complicate it. Erik...you're the only one here with a competent mind...why don't you seek out one soul. I'll even tell you who it is. In order to save little Xenree." ooc: I know I'm not the creator of this rp, but that Rienzel is godmodding. Have a little imagination, it's not just smoke. And Crowley's powers vary greatly from Desperado's and thus the opening he created cannot be closed by others.
Istar smiled, for once an honest smile. "Honestly, boy...you'd think you never listen to yourself talk. Didn't she kiss you? She hesitated...and asked you to repeat yourself the first time you all met me. The only person Alice ever loved...was Nova. It's not that she....doesn't love you...it's that she can't. Physically...the power of the Goddess dulled her heartbeat...cooled her blood, and gave her eternal life. Nova...on the other hand...is apart of her. A part that completes her. With Nova combined with her soul in Alice's body...she can feel...anything." He slapped Auran on the shoulder, "It's Nova that you miss. Without her, our little Alice doesn't know how to feel. But...if you became her vessel...I could die, excuse me, rest. And you would gain knowledge into Alice's odd reactions without Nova beside her. As her sworn vessel, I cannot tell you what she feels that she doesn't know she feels...but Nova can."
Rolling his eyes, Crowley motioned to the smoke and it bolted upwards and wound around Desperado's wings, tightening like fishing twine. Meanwhile, Xenree coughed out sand and gasped, filling her lungs with air. "Oh...help me...please...Four hours... I have to move." She struggled up and wobbled onwards. The temple never coming closer and never moving away. "Someone...anyone...I beg of you....Crowley..please, let me go...I want to be free..."
Gabriel cut a cold, irritated glance towards James and Schulyer, "A little less chit-chat, a little more reading. This class will not be an easy pass if you do not pay attention!" Already he was irritated for the day and he hadn't even seen Kiel. A poster fell from the wall and the pins sunk into the textbook in front of James, open to the page he should read. "There are no second chances here. At the Acadamy for Angels, each class is a life or death situation. Learn, or be subjected to the cruelties of a life as a mortal. Stripped of your angelic powers."
Istar shrugged once he'd returned, "Never tried..." His odd red eyes slid up to Auran's face, "You think you could do it? Could you really kill her? If you can't...it wasn't necessary. You and I both know she'll follow me or you..." He started to laugh and could feel Alice's dead heart constrict in pain, "She used to be a lot nicer...more...obvious in her emotions. And right now...I can't even tell if she's angry with you or upset." He sobered for a moment and folded his arms, "She's got a point though.... I've been her vessel for...so many centuries I can't even remember. I'm tired...of being alive. Food takes like sh!t, drink is sour...and even the pleasures of companionship are dull and boring..."
Crowley smirked, "Please, I don't take orders from you. A lowly little boy? I am Crowley Yggdrasil, SyFeth V'Kar and ruler of Purgatory." With Crowley's name and true nature revealed, his yellow eyes brightened, "You'll spend eternity with your little sister." A portal of darkness and something else opened underneath Desperado. It stretched among the area and slight tendrils of black smoke curled around his ankles.
Istar shrugged, "Not particularly...but anywhere is better than around here. Please tell me you're not going to do something stupid... I really can't handle that right now...after all sand is running through my veins right now instead of blood."
Crowley yawned, "Are you done? If you care not for Xenree's soul...or your own...then, as you wish." He snapped his fingers and Xenree fell face first onto the sand in her world and passed out. "What were we on? Oh, what does it matter...she'll take time for the both of you. Seven hours left." A sharp pulse of electric energy zapped through Desperado from the pentagram emblazoned onto his hand.
ooc: Yes it is. I love LOVELESS and so do my characters. bic: Crowley grew tired of Erik and Beuce's game. "Don't you have a job to do?" he mumbled from behind Desperado. "You do remember your pact, don't you? Even through a personality change, your pact is still valid. Would you rather I end your sister's life in the most painful way? And yours along with it?"
Istar sighed and shook his head as he caught up to him, "I never said stay here...I merely said...wait for me. One who realizes Alice is not the pretty little nice kid she pretends to be, is not my enemy...but my friend. As much as I hate that word, you're the closest I have to one. We should seek out Nova. Unlike her twin, the power of the Goddess didn't affect Nova like Alice."
Genesis smirked and narrowed his brown eyes at Tori, "Ah, don't worry little flower. You'll soon see why being around me instead of that...thing is better for you." Gabriel turned his attention away from the window, "Genesis...don't harrass Tori. We must begin our lessons..." Commencing with the lectures on the different languages and giving them a reading assignment he sat at his desk and hurriedly wrote into a planner.
I swear you write poetry to make me cry.
I'm not so sure it's wise to have Dr. Wigglz as a brother. I'd be afraid he'd murder me in my sleep for my money.
Ashrah led Sharumix away from the Graveyard. Silently, he stepped out onto the solid ground of the Dark Margin. "Even if the morrow is barron of promises. Nothing shall forestall my return. To become the dew that quenches the land. To spare the sands, the seas, the skies. I offer thee this silent sacrifice."
Istar ran after him, "Auran! Wait...please!" Alice watched him go with an unfeeling look in her eyes and yet, a single, glittering tear slid from her golden eyes and down her cheek. "Goodbye...Auran. 'My friend, do you fly away now? To a world that abhors you and I? All that awaits you is a somber morrow. No matter where the winds may blow.'
