I've just been weighed down with school art work and me and my friends cosplay a lot too. So most of my effort/time goes onto that D:
"It's almost like watching a puppy follow it's master. You know?" Immy said thoughtfully, pulling her hair back out of her face with her fingers. "Oh, hello Ronan." Lake smiled slightly, waving to him. OOC- Night night
"True Maddie... You know, I kinda feel bad for her just being friends with him at times..." Lake laughed uncomfortably, at this moment in time she'd do anything for someone else to come in and interrupt their conversation.
"Then maybe you should tell her the truth..." Lake sighed. "I really don't know, it's your relationship and it's your call..." "I know what you mean. Lake's just so nice, and sweet and stuff. I know Mickey isn't the worst type of guy out there, but he's not the best either. He can be a bit selfish at times, while Lake is completely selfless."
"I don't think even he would risk messing up having her around, friendship or more. I mean what were the odds he'd meet another werewolf that's his age?" Immy commented after looking thoughtful for a few long seconds. Lake took a deep breath; I can't believe I'm about to say this... I'm actually going to try and help... She thought, almost annoyed with herself. "Why don't you talk to her about it? If she cares about you like she says she does she'll try and sort it out."
"In all honesty I kinda think the betrayal of trust would kill her. I overheard her talking to him once, apparently he was the first person to pay attention to her at all at school. First friend and things..." Immy said, sitting down on the arm of a sofa. "Oh..." Said Lake, not quite understand what he meant for a moment. Then after another couple of seconds she said with a shocked look on her face and a slightly louder tone "Oh!" Being told something like that was totally unexpected.
"You don't think he'd string her along do you? That'd be so horrible..." Immy said thoughtfully. Her voice sounding deeply worried for the older girl. "Yo-You do-don't...?" Lake stammered out, she was never too comfortable with talking about his love life. She always worried it'd end in her getting her hopes shattered, or otherwise hurt.
Lake smiled nervously back at him, it was getting slightly more difficult to remember that the only reason he was being so... friendly was the alcohol. But he had a girlfriend, nothing was going to happen anyway. "She's so nice, and Mickey just... isn't. She's really pure and innocent and stuff and like... then there's Mickey." Immy sighed.
"I'll try..." Lake mumbled quietly, twisting a curl through her fingers. Immy ran back down the stairs with a small bottle of acid green liquid. She held the container out to her sister and smiled slightly. "It'll be fine Maddie. Has anyone actually heard from Mickey yet? He's been out ages now. Not that I'm worried about him, it's just he has Lake with him, and you know what he's like drunk."
"I'll go get it." Immy nodded, quickly she took back up the stairs and into her bedroom. "I guess..." Lake mumbled, hiding under her hair. "I just get the feeling your friends aren't too fond of me, that's all..."
"Out of place?" Lake laughed nervously. "Look... Erm... I'm not sure that coming out with you guys was a good idea. I look like a fish out of water, and I'm sure you'd rather be with your friends who know what they're doing. I should just go..." She sighed, brushing her hair out of her face. She always felt like she didn't belong around his other friends, like she was getting in the way. And she hated it, the only reason she'd even agreed to come in the first place was to be a quick save if Mickey got too drunk and told everyone his 'furry little problem'. "I have some of Grandma's healing potion upstairs if you want it, it should fix it faster." Immy suggested, the potion may of stung like a bee but at least it sorted out pretty much any cut instantly.
Lake was sat on the seat next to him, the amount of people in the room making her feel very uncomfortable and self-concious. There were so many girls around wearing mini skirts and vest tops and various other sexy outfits, and there she was in her long-sleeved jacket and knee length dress. Feeling out of place and out of proportion. Immy, who was half way up the stairs, wandered back towards her older sister. "Are you okay Maddie? You look really upset..." She enquired, furrowing her brow worriedly.
Happy new year to you too ^^
I adore them as a couple <3 They're so sweet. The best WerewolfXHuman couple ever B| ... I should really post some of my drawings soon. But I can't be bothered to upload to dA anymore =_=
OOC- Sure ^^ I really don't know what to say/do anyway XD
Lake shuffled her feet as she sat silently at the table.
Lake smiled slightly as she sat down at the table nervously, she perched on the edge of the seat.
OOC- It's so the school's grades don't go down more then anything I think ¬¬ Casey looked over at his wife. "I think you should try and get something sorted for Lake to eat, she sounds like her stomach's moments away from eating itself." He chuckled, feeling slightly mean afterwards when he saw the embarrassment on the poor girl's face.
OOC- Then you're bad day cost you your qualifications ._. Lake placed her hand on her stomach as it let out another small growl.
OOC- I'm scared because if I fail more then two mock exams (get less then 40%) I get kicked out for good ._. "No, it's okay..." Lake replied quietly, hiding under her hair.
