I think Axel would probably win. He seems to survive every battle he goes through no matter what until he destroys himself. Marluxia... dies due to someone else.
Xigbar. As soon as Larxene (and/or clones) got close, he would just teleport somewhere else and shoot her in the back.
I would make a guy with powers of twilight and used hand to hand combat.
