Playing music - something relaxing and soothing - can help...or talking to someone about it, a pet, a friend, a family member...eating something perhaps, drinking some cool water, doing a hobby, such as playing video games, writing, rapping, etc. Whatever takes your mind off the problem. :) *hugs* And you know I'm there for you, buggy!

This story's pretty good...some suggestions/help/advice on how to write it perhaps: Sora and Riku were walking around, trying to think of a way to return to Destiny Island. ''Say Riku, what do you say we fight to get stronger?'' Sora suggested, bored out of his mind. Riku was silent at first, but then said, ''Nah, I'm good for now. Why are you bored already?'' Sora nodded, as Riku laughed. Later, Sora sat down and fell asleep. Sitting next to him, Riku looked up at the night sky. What is going to happen to us if we stay here too long? Riku thought, frowning. In the meantime, Sora was dreaming about Kairi. He missed her soooo bad that he couldn't sleep. -- Otherwise, the story's great, and it starts off nicely. I can't wait to see more!
"Anna," Zeke said, walking out after her. "Are you...are you alright?"
