Luce pulled her other pistol and squeezed the trigger without hesitation. The bullet grazing by Alexis' shoulder. "Don't touch my guns. And don't you dare think you know me from one day. Next time, I won't miss, I promise." She snarled silently, baring her teeth in an odd grin at Alexis. The demon blood went more to her head than anything else. It controlled her and only she and Lenny knew that. It compelled her to fight, to shed blood...to destroy.
Jumping away from Gexln, Genesis smirked, a laugh brimming on his lips. "You're too fun. Oh please, give me more!"
Lazard opened his mouth to make another snide retort when his cell started to ring. "Hm? What is it?" he listened for a while and his expression changed. "What the hell do you mean gone!? How can you lose one little girl?! Well find her! It doesn't matter, she still has our gift for society and I have the upper hand. Just do it Hikaru!" He shoved Kurisu off him and stood, brushing off his torn suit, "Well, as much as I'd love to play with you all some more, I have to be going. I want to see the fireworks from someplace cozy."
Luce drew her pistol from her hip sheath and held it to Alexis' throat, she skillfully positioned it so no one else would see it who wasn't a companion of theirs. "You wanna say that again? And threaten Adam again and I'll give you another hole to breath out of. Lenny is more experienced in fighting demons and so are we. Nobody sends in a newbie to fight a demon on their first day. That's stupid. You sit back and be a good little girl, cause I've been itching to shoot something that breathes." Her words held more malice than normal since she was cheated out of her own knife. Her icy blue eyes were dark and her pupils dilated from the recent consumption of demon blood.
Lightning kept walking, keeping her face set in stone. They'll take care of themselves...if they don't...I'll drag them back from being Cieth myself and kill them again. No one threatens my students and gets away with it for long. Her legs gave out for a moment and she rested on the ground, "For once...I'm the fool." Light hauled herself up and kept walking towards Cocoon. "You're wrong about one thing Jenny...I've got nothing to lose. And you're the one with everything to lose." Akira wiped frantically at her tears. "L-Leo...I'm...I'm so sorry. Lightning...I...I couldn't stop her..." Guilt burned through her like poison as she looked at the blurry images of her friends. "Kupo?" Lightning jerked her head up at the familiar sound, "You're...a Moogle. Heh, who would've figured a Moogle coming to me when I'm on a suicide mission." The little creature flew around her and healed her wounds. "Kupo, kupo!" Folding her arms, Light glared at the little thing, "If you're trying to say you want to come with me...you're outta luck. I'm not looking for a companion." She walked on but the Moogle followed after her.
ooc: I thought Darkness' Sorrow was his keyblade. bic: Genesis didn't move, and pushed back against Gexln, "I'm not going to budge. Force will not move me. Years of practice here and with Nova. By the way, compared to Alice, you're a child."
Erios Ciel frowned for a moment and sighed, "Very well. I'll be back soon." He huffed in exasperation as he walked away, She cares about him...she fancies that mage... I suppose in order to keep her happy, Amittai is my next stop.
Kiel shivered, "I...I have to do something! Ms. Logos is ill, I'm sure of it. I can see it in her eyes. She's not well. I have to help! In memory of my mother, I promised to help the angels to the best of my ability." Yves leaned down to Tori and whispered in her ear, "You needn't be afraid. Kyrios or Stinah as we call him, is the Seraph of the Dark Court. Even creatures of the Underworld cannot disobey his call. A challenge has been issued, the creature has no choice but to show itself and accept. If it does not, Order will intervene, which is my job." Enan of the Winter Court lifted Kaila to her feet, "Stand, you've no reason to bow to their feet. Sitnah will do what he always does." his icy eyes glittered like new ice and the rain dripped from his white hair. He looked like a young man, but Seraphim were usually around one thousand years old. The Serpent rushed out of the edge of the trees towards Sitnah, it's long fangs extended in a lethal bite. "Filthy Seraph!" it shrieked and Sitnah only laughed. "You dare laugh at Ginash, the Devourer of Angels?! I shall show you the true might of Kadaj's army!" Out of the trees, a glint of metal and suddenly Sanya had stabbed a branch into the serpent's head and dug it into the ground. "Forgive me for being late, Seraph. Obtaining a branch from a willing Brithenwood tree was harder than I expected."
Genesis grabbed Gexln's hand in his own, their powers colliding and blocked his Keyblade. "Then this will be an enjoyable battle." Alice flipped in the air and landed on her feet, parrying Auran's attack with her Keyblade. "You should be grateful I keep you alive!" her voice changed to that of a young boy's and snarled, "And that I don't destroy this world along with your friends!"
Erios Mikatsu shrugged and spotted Ciel entering the city. "Ciel! Aren't you going with them?" Ciel smiled gently and patted the young mage's head. "Not this time, Mikatsu. I see no need for me to. The soldiers will take care of it and Amittai's King is more than capable of defending his nation. Oh, Fiona, not a surprise to see you here." He smiled gently and plucked a flower out of the air, offering it to Fiona.
Drawing his sword, Genesis rushed at Gexln. His boots splashed through the water on the ground and a flare materia blazed in his hand. "No holding back!" Nova shook her head, exhausted at Genesis' eagerness to prove he was a hero.
Amittai Lief groaned and panted through his pain, "Th-the King...Protect...King El-Elstelz." Elstelz ripped through several of the soldiers and ran to aid the rest of his men still standing. Soldiers fell from the explosion but so did Amittai's King. Elstelz dropped to his knees, his ears ringing, "M-magic...Lief! Lief!" he called for a soldier that couldn't move at the moment. Erios Mikatsu nodded, "It would appear that way. But boarding a transport would be foolish. The soliders they've sent can handle what a mage cannot. And Amittai has it's own military faction of knights and archers." Kallahi The commander lifted his fierce gaze, "You'll board the next train to the Ipsion Mountains tomorrow. People from each country will be going too. You'll have to keep your mouths shut and your ears open for information they may spill carelessly."
ooc: sure thing and accepted. bic: Sanya and Kiel ran into the forest even with Schuyler behind them. Sanya lurched upwards into the trees and Kiel stared after her. "Dammit....Ms. Logos!" Yves kept his hold on Tori and nodded to his brown haired, gloomy associate. "Sitnah, you know what to do. Keep the creature at bay until Sanya can find it." He nodded and stood in front of the group of students, "Darkness and death, symbols of the serpent...my call is absolute, come...I challenge you, Serpent of the Underworld." Uriel clutched Kaila's shoulders, "Calm yourself Kaila. Sanya will take care of it. If your spells did not affect it, Sanya will pierce it's armor. Have no fear."
Lazard smirked. Lynne slipped the wire down across her knuckles and let it drop into the water, Free...now for them... She watched Hikaru and Kaoru quarrel and felt along her stomach. Gently probing the "present" inside her. Lazard would kill all these innocent people...for what? He didn't say...
Genesis cracked his knuckles, "Since we have some free time. Care to finish our fight?" Alice dashed backwards, "You'd attack me? Ungrateful little..." She aimed a roundhouse kick at his jaw, even if it connected, Alice didn't hold much physical strength.
I shall, tomorrow, since this computer makes posting in that one hard. It likes to be a derp so I'll post tomorrow during my study halls.
Lazard shut his eyes and cleared his throat, "Is that right? So it's only the girl you care about? What about billions of other innocent people? Lynne will be fine, as long as she can maintain the right rhythm. If she can't...POP goes the weasel." his expression and tone of voice changed drastically. A cold, glint cleared his brown eyes of fear and his voice had a cold, calculating tone and even a mocking undertone to it. "You'd best let me up and go peacefully, or one phone call and your girl is panicking like a small rodent." His fingers rested on a speed dial number on his phone he'd pulled from his inner jacket pocket. Lynne bathed her hands in the fountain, struggling silently to slide the zip wire from around her wrists. It was harder than she thought.
Uriel hesitated, "Kaila...what are you saying? Monster...the students.. Sanya!" The young teacher with a metal arm and wing broke from where she was within the students and bolted towards the woods. "Leave it to me. Kaila, what did it look like?!" Yves tightened his hold on Tori and pulled her back against him for protection. Ren's eyes shut tightly against the sight of Kaila in such dissarray. "Forgive me...forgive me, I'm so sorry..." he mumbled. Kiel watched the little Sanya peel off towards the woods. "That's not right...she's way too young... Stay here!" he ordered Schuyler and ran after Sanya. Elena and Gabriel cried out as he ran off after Sanya.
Lazard cringed and fell to the ground under him. "Oh, Lord, please don't hurt me! I...it wasn't my idea! I didn't want to do it!" his hands trembled and the gun slipped from his hand.
ooc: O.o Poor Lazard...mya's gonna kill him. bic: Lazard stood, holding his briefcase tightly in one hand and a pistol, aimed at Alex, since she was the first he saw. "I dentify yourself! Y-you're not welcome here! This warehouse is under EBO jurisdiction!"
