Erios The soldiers moved aside and slammed their fists to their chests in a salute. A large man wearing white armor pushed through and loomed over Verdelet. "I'm in charge. You know who I am, don't you Mage." his voice was commanding and loud. His blue eyes piercing and yet beady as he stared down his nose at Verdelet. Mikatsu's magic seeped through the gaps in the null magic and cast Generate on her. Opening her eyes, Mikatsu pushed at the soldier who was carrying her, "G-General Kakanas.. Fiona...r-run!" General Kakanas flung out his hand, "Silence that girl! Composite Mages are a parasite that should be wiped off the face of our beloved planet. Erios does not need them."
Erios The soldier spoke through his helmet, "Stay back, sir. You are not apart of this. The girl on the ground is a Composite Mage. Her magic went out of control and the situation is now under control. Proceed to capture and eradicate the Composite Mage." Several other soldiers wearing gold armor hustled toward the girls, picking up Mikatsu and two others baring Fiona's way if she so chose to prevent them from taking the girl.
Souichirou glowered, "Alice is prepared to make this sacrifice. She knows full well the Bloody Rose can weaken Mithos so she can break free. Alice...endure your pain for a moment longer. It will be over soon." Alice made a whimpering sound and clawed at the mark on her neck. "Auran...he's crazy, get rid of him! Get this thing off me! Please! Don't...don't you love me?" Sou glared at her, "It's a trick, Auran."

Mithos grinned again and Souichirou pulled the delicate trigger on his gun, Bloody Rose. A blazing purple cross plastered itself onto Alice's neck and sparked. Alice's body dropped to the ground, Mithos and Alice crying in pain. "Auran! Help me, please! Souichirou clenched his gun in his hand, "Auran, do not be fooled!"
Kiri knelt near her door and cracked it open, sending her two friends into the hallway, "And don't come back until you have my clothes." She watched the little hermit crab and fairy disappear down the stairs and sat back, stroking her black cat tail. She had no idea where she was. Yunalesca skidded down the side of the mountain's steep slope on a pice of bark. The first time she'd touched something with her bare feet. A delighted laugh slipped from between her lips.
Luce opened her eyes and leaned back in her seat, staring at the sky. "What have I done? I think I'm gonna be sick." Pushing open the door with her powers only, Luce leaned out the side and vomited until her entire body arched and suddered. Crawling from the car, Luce panted, dragging her hand across her mouth. "What have I done, Father? You were right.... IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT ME TO SAY?!" her voice lowered to a whisper, "Fine...fine... I'm no better than you...destructive, foolish, impulsive, and stupid.... I should've...died with you..." Again her father pushed his way through her mental block and mentally slapped her. Silly Lucy...did you think I'd forgotten about how filthy you are? You'll turn into one of those things soon, and I don't want to be here to watch. Let me tell you something...no one will ever love you. Never. Unless they're drunk and just want to watch you scream and cry. His words were ever true. First time anyone touched her, she screamed and cried. "God make it stop!"
Erios Mikatsu trembled and so did the ground around her, "No, I'm so sorry! Please... AH!" A burst of pure magic energy surged out of her in the form of the Fire Composite spell: All-Flare. Fire licked up around her and at the buildings, shattering windows. A rather large man ran into the center of the city. He didn't have much hair and wore all white. A large sword hung at his belt. "What is the meaning of this! Huh?! Composite Mage, cease this! Soldiers! Throw your null-bombs." Several Erian soldiers following him chucked gray bombs towards Mikatsu and Fiona. They exploded near them and a fog covered the girls. Mikatsu's magic wavered and faded back into the dormant state. "I'm so...so...sorr-" she dropped to the ground and passed out.
Amittai Elstelz shook Ciel's hand and gestured to a soldier to help Lief up. "Laetitia, would you come here for a moment, I have a favor to ask of you. Well, you and James if he wouldn't mind." He smiled and touched Lief's head as a soldier helped him stand before him. "Are you alright Lief? That's good. Now...I want you three, to go with Mr. Phantomhive to the Ilipson Mountains. There you will meet with a few others. I don't know who they are, but I've decided Ciel's idea is a good one. You will go and prove Amittai is not involved in the aid of Kallahi's kidnapping of Erios' High Priest." Lief panted, his eyes weren't even open, but he listened intently to the King's words. Going...with an Erian? He felt better but it was strange to already be heading out. Kallahi Crimson nodded, "Yeah I'm good. We should stop by the lab before heading out. Dr. Crescent might have something handy. C'mon." He headed to the stairs, taking two at a time as he bounded up to the Lab Floors. Erios Mikatsu opened her mouth to say more when she froze in her steps. An old woman spoke to her daughter rather loudly, "Would you look at that...it's that weird orphan girl. She's pestering another mage again. You'd think she'd get the hint that no one trusts Composite Mages anymore...they're too irrational and wild." Mikatsu's red eyes lowered and blurred with tears. "I'm...I'm terribly sorry Fiona. I don't mean to...I'm... I'm so sorry!" she grabbed her white hair on the sides of her head and cringed inward. A series of cracks burst around her in the ground and a bright green circle formed around her. Citizens ran away from her and screamed, "That girl! She's a Composite Mage! Call General Kakanas! Nullify her magic!"
Alice's face twisted into a cruel smile, "Ah, but alas, I am not as powerful as my dear sister was. My form dissipates as I travel between universes. Thus I aquired a vessel. This girl...has great stamina and a large source of magic. She is perfect for my cause. But she has a difficult will and I need to break it before I can continue." From within, Alice watched through a hazy window at Auran. Touching a hand to the window, she felt it shock her and endured the pain for as long as she could. "Auran..."

Kallahi knelt and set a spark of sunlight on her wound. "You'll feel a lot of warmth. Kaila, what happened here?" Kiel fell in and out of consciousness until he could move again. "Professor Ren...? What...am I going to die?" He listened to Ren chuckle and hum a song as a tearing sound filled his ears and he felt something being tied tightly around his wounds on his back. "I know...that song... It's Philistine...but...it's a girl song." "True, but it was my very first wife's favorite song."
"Oh. Do you love Ciel?" Mikatsu tugged on Fiona's clothes and sniffed her. Her bright red eyes scanned her, "Do you have any of Ciel's clothing? Perhaps a shirt or...jacket?"
Mogryo sheathed the tiny gunblade. "I dunno about old, kupo, but she said she was on a mission that was really important and she thought the group of kids she left behind would feel lost and disfunctional...well, kupo, her words were lost and useless like a lump of idiots. She wanted you all to survive, kupo." He flicked his little furry ears and brushed off the small red jacket he wore. "So are we going to go someplace interesting with good stuff or what, kupo?"
Mikatsu gave her the blankest stare ever and took her hand. "Mikatsu Numara... A student of Ciel's...does that mean you also practice Spirit Magic? I thought...you had to be a descendent of the Eastren Tribe?" Mikatsu reached up and pulled on Fiona's hair. Dragging her slender hand down her face, she lifted Fiona's chin and turned her head to the side. "Are you in a relationship with Ciel?"
Akira blinked in surprise at the knife suddenly flying through the air towards Leo and Jaden's words. "A message...from Light?" The little Moogle hovered around Jaden and poked a tiny what appeared to be a minature gunblade at Jaden, "Did you just call me little, kupo?! I mean, I know I'm small but...kupo that's rude! I have a name, kupo. It's Mogryo, kupo. Now...you should call me by my name instead of 'little guy' or I'll stick you with this, KUU-PEH!" Mogryo brandished his little gunblade around, cutting off a lock of Jaden's hair.
Amittai Elstelz patted Laetitia's head and smiled, "We're alright now. Oh...were is Lief? " He ignored the Erian soldiers for a moment until a family ran, sobbing, to their fallen father. Elstelz's expression turned grim as he walked over to Ciel, "Ciel Phantomhive....I'm quite thankful you came to aid us in our time of need. Our army...is small and it appears Kallahi has some grudge against us. Tell me, my friend, are they truely that angry that I refused to help them?" Ciel cast a hateful glare at Verdelet and shoved past him to greet the King. "The pleasure is mine, sir. Erios will always aid you...even if we have no leader to order it. General Kakanas lied to us...again. These soldiers are not here to assist you...they're here to take over Amittai. I can convince them to go back but...there's something not right here." Erios Mikatsu followed Fiona around throughout the entire day. Even if the young girl didn't want her company, Mikatsu didn't have anywhere else to go and her familiarity with Ciel made her important. "You shouldn't worry so much. You'll go gray pre-maturely. Ciel will be fine...he is the best of his kind. By the way...who are you?"
Genesis touched his chest and frowned, "Oh you wound me my friend. And here I thought we had an understanding. I was under the impression this was a harmless match of strength and skill...not a...either way...I'm going to show you a real man's power." He lifted his sword and slashed three times in the air before him, sending three individual red shockwaves toward Gexln.
Akira held onto Leo tightly, her intention wasn't for attention or even pity. She just really didn't know what to do or how to feel. "N-no...Leo's right Jaden. We need to recover. Sh-should we go after Light? Or...head our own way and try to figure out what our Focus is?" Lightning closed her eyes as she waited to reach Cocoon. Time passes...so much slower for me. I won't change...I haven't changed. Serah is still my top priority. I promised Fang and Vanille I'd protect our family. And I will. She touched her forehead and sighed, "The Calvery..." The Moogle, carrying a glittering knife, zoomed around monsters and pushed itself to move faster towards it's goal. Spotting a group of people it added a burst of speed to it's little wings, "KUPOOOOOOOOOOO!" It slammed into the face of a boy who was walking away from the others. Falling to the ground the little Moogle rubbed it's red nose, "Kupo..."
Genesis winced as Gexln's blade cut through his clothes, drawing a red line of blood on his chest. "Hmph, a hit. How lucky for you."
