"I was fine on my own, I didn't need you to come. In fact it was only after you appeared that I got hurt!" Lake snarled, her bad mood coming much further forward then before. In fact, it was scarily out of character for her.

Elle quickly disappeared into the kitchen with Jamei, hoping to end up blending in with the variety of women that filled the room.

"What's up with you Elly?" Conni asked, raising an eyebrow with suspicion. "You look like you've seen a ghoul."

"Hey, Alex." Casey chuckled, shutting his book and standing up. "Long time no see, what's it been like two years now?"

So Conni had come along with her children, but not her husband. As per usual. She was trying her best to help where ever she could, her kind nature was leading her to feel guilty for being there.

Casey was sat on the floor besides Lyra's seat, once again he had his nose in a medical book. This one had been a Christmas present from his grandfather Draco, who was all for encouraging Casey into medical magic. And in all honesty he'd started to use Casey as a replacement son for Scorpious as Casey was now the age that Draco had lost his own son at.

"I wanted some time on my own..." Lake muttered as she came back in. "Mickey found me and didn't take me running off as a 'leave me alone, I don't want to come back yet' sign." She explained further as she sat down on the sofa again.

Lake cautiously stood up, her legs were shaking beneath her but not so much that she was about to fall over any second. Carefully she made her way upstairs to change, no way she was going to change in front of anyone. Injured or not.

"You spend far too much time in the bathroom and then leave a mess, on more the one occasion you've vomited all over the stairs, hallway, front door, doorstep, bathroom, your bed room and on one occasion your bed. You're constantly late for pretty much everything, you PMS more then your mother and both your sisters combined. You whine when all the toilet paper is gone even though most of the time you were the last person in the bathroom." Casey listed off in one long rant. "I could go on, but hey, why flog a dead horse?"
