Ocean cackled quietly to herself. He carefully wrapped his arms around River's waist and hugged him. Jacob didn't quite understand what had happened, but he knew it was making people really upset. The same type of upset that his Mummy got when she talked about his Daddy, and it always cheered her up when he hugged her. So he was just hoping that a similar thing would happen if he hugged his cousins.

"But if you do it more often then twice a year your head explodes." Casey sneered.
"Poor Uncle Cory." Ocean said, semi-sincerely. Her cousin couldn't help but make her laugh. Casey simply sat and watched, at a loss for what else to do. He knew from previous experiences with death that there was very little he could do for them, it was too soon to even try. Jacob, who had his mother's ability to just fade into the background, silently wandered up to his much older cousin and tugged on his hoodie to get his attention.
Very evil, but it's tasty so we can forgive it.
"See Jordan, not everyone is as thick as you." Casey laughed.
"Though it's only a matter of time." Ocean grinned, poking her father in the ribs in a teasing manner. Over with Cadey and her grandmother there was Casey. He was sat on the kitchen counter watching with a deeply troubled expression on his face, he didn't do depressing. He could cheer people up, but there were circumstances where cheering up just wasn't suitable.
"Believe me, no one is more angry with that sh*t then me." Casey muttered. "But like Alex said: Let's shut up about this depressing stuff and go and get wasted or something."
"And maybe just a little bit stupid too." She grinned making her way up to the front door.
Then it's just mean chocolate D:
"Please, my family is way more insane then your's. Deatheaters, werewolves and abuse tops anything your family can chuck at me." He chuckled slightly, the mention of his family's past was always a careful mention. The Malfoy family still had some trouble getting past the drama they'd caused, but the remainders of the clan tried to make light of it.
"Mum's obviously too nice for her own good." Ocean said as she opened the door and climbed out of the car.
"Wow, I think my opinion of her just took a nose dive. I knew she was demanding at times, but bloody hell." Casey said, raising an eyebrow in disbelief.
"You're loud, you're grumpy, you sleep way too much." Ocean listed off, a cheeky grin on her lips. "The list is endless. Why Mum puts up with you I'll never know."
"No no no no no!" Casey laughed at the suggestion of the stag night antics being broadcast across the internet. "First rule of stag night: We do not speak of the stag night." He chuckled. Then once the mood was brought down by the mention of Jordan's domestic situation Casey sighed deeply. "You two really need to sit down and talk or something, you can't keep going like this."
