At last, the enemy had appeared, just like Larxene had been waiting for. Quickly she turned, shoving Xadyn against the wall, her kunai poised at his throat. This was the Superior she knew, and this was quite reckless to be attacking him, but she wasn't exactly thinking reasonably at the moment. "Did you...or your pathetic members...do...anything...to Axel?" she demanded, her right hand grasping his shoulder tightly, pressing him against the wall. "Larxene...she's conversing with their leader now, I believe," Zexion said, frowning as he followed their 'scents'. "...She seems to have pushed him, and well...it seems she's either looking for a fight, or she's that angry..."
"'Take care'," Zexion repeated, trying to fathom what it could mean. "It sounds like...she's trying to rush into something reckless in which something could happen to her...and she wants you to take care of everything just in case...but I could be wrong..." He shrugged, sighing. "Well...for now...let her go...if she's set upon this...hindering her would be worse...if she gets into any trouble, I'll tell you...and if you aren't available, I'll go there immediately myself..."
Namine nodded. "Yes...yes...we wait..." She walked closer to Kairi. "Don't worry...everything will be fine..." OOC: Bye - talk to the both of you tomorrow/today! :D lol :glomp:
"Um...not exactly," Larxene said, as she looked about, trying to see where Namine could've ran off. "She's a bit...busy...doing...something..." Whatever that is, she thought, furrowing her eyebrows as she tried to think of what strange situation that little witch could've gotten herself in now...probably another frenzy...
Zexion frowned, silent until at last giving a short nod. "If she runs into any trouble...I'll let you know," he said, quietly. "...What did she say to you exactly, Roxas? Before going..."
"Oh...hey, Roxas," Larxene greeted, a bit surprised to hear his voice. Turning to tell Namine that it was her little 'lover', she noticed that the witch was nowhere to be seen...had she just ran off? She was freaking out quite a bit, over who knows what, but she hadn't heard her footsteps, or even the shuffle of cloth. Frowning, she riveted her attention back to the caller. "Well, I'm glad you're not some weird stranger..." she couldn't help but remark, thinking about the other strange man, who had yet to speak... Shivering once more, Namine walked over to a bench and sat upon it, her hands clasped together upon her lap. If she was going to start moving, who knew where she'd end up...most likely, she'd probably be walking in circles again. So it'd be wiser to just sit there, waiting...waiting for who exactly? It wasn't like Larxene to go searching for her, since she did say to stop 'following her'...but it wasn't her fault that they kept ending up in a circle. So she felt that it'd be safer, being with her than no one at all...but now that she truly was alone...for some inexplicable way...it would be better to just sit there. Maybe I ought to...to call someone...for...for some help... she thought, as she reached into her pocket to draw her cellphone - only to find that it was not there. Sighing, she remembered that she had given it to Larxene...leaving her in an even worse a predicament...
"...Only time will tell," Namine said, looking down. "However...there is a good chance...there is." She gave her a reassuring smile. "Don't worry about it, Kairi...if there is a way...they will find it...I know it."
Zexion had known that Larxene had gone to the castle of the Shrouded City, but he had hoped Roxas would know why. Seeing as she did not tell him led to various reasons for why she chose to do so... "She's at the Shrouded City," he answered, warily. "Any reason why she might want to do so, Roxas?"
Namine hesitated for a moment, before giving a nod, her hands clasped together in front. "Yes...at least...it seems like it..." she answered. "However...you yourself, cannot fade, Kairi...you're not a Nobody. I might be...and we are one...but I'm only a Nobody...instead...there is something more to this..." OOC: I'm not sure where you're trying to head from this? Is this like, Namine saves Kairi by bringing her into Oblivion, but somehow, to survive, they must split apart or something...?
Something lit up on the cellphone, signaling there was another call waiting. Larxene tilted her head to the right slightly, surprised that someone else was calling. Seeing as how the stranger was now crying, she pressed the button to see who else was calling. "Hello? Who is this?" she asked, a bit crossly. Far away now, Namine then halted, licking her lower lip nervously. Scanning the empty streets quickly, she breathed a sigh of relief. Maybe...maybe she was just hallucinating, and there was no skeleton...no stranger...no call...maybe this crazy street she was on was just an illusion too...but then, where was she trying to head? And where did Larxene go? "Hello?" she called out, hoping someone would speak...but there was no response.
As Zexion furrowed his eyebrows, he kept half his mind on what Vexen was saying, trying to absorb this as he continued searching...that is, until he heard Roxas's voice, breaking his reverie. Opening his eyes and tilting his head up, he said, "Ah, Roxas...of course not." He took a step forward. "...So I suppose you and Larxene have spoken your concerns about Axel?" Looking about, Larxene found herself in the hallway of the castle of the City, the place tall and foreboding and...empty. As she walked forward, her footsteps echoed slightly. Shifting her arm, in a flash of light, her kunai appeared in between her fingers. Grasping them tightly, her expression was just a grim line upon her lips. Come find me...I know you can sense your enemy...enemy...
OOC: Really? Thanks!! Standing behind her, Namine lifted her head, a lock of her golden hair falling over her shoulder. "Kairi," she said, her voice, soft, gentle. "Kairi...can you hear me?" OOC: If you need Namine to do anything, Princess_of_hearts, just let me know...
As Larxene had taken the phone, Namine sat there, silent for a moment, before slowly standing. She could feel her skin grow cold, as she rubbed her arms, trying to keep herself warm. She could practically see her breath, visible in the freezing temperature. She was only clothed in a simple white minidress, which was barely enough to cover her frozen exposed body parts. Shivering, she took a step forward - only to find that she had walked into something wet, slippery almost. Tilting her head down, she found a small patch of ice. Turning, she saw that the entire ground was now covered with ice, and it was as if ice particles were hanging in the air. "L-Larxene?" she stammered. "W-why...why...is it...so...so...cold?" She tried to keep herself from repeating her words, but her tongue felt frozen in place. However, hearing no response made a shiver of anxiety skate down her spine. "Lar...Larxene?" Slowly spinning around, she found Larxene to be nowhere in sight - only ice...obscuring the ground, and freezing the air. Swallowing, she felt panic rise in her chest - as much as a Nobody could feel anyway. "Larxene!" she shouted. "Where...where are you?" Closing her eyes as she tried to keep herself calm, she breathed slowly and evenly. When she opened her eyes, she found that the ice was gone - but she was still alone. Feeling a tap on her shoulder, she slowly turned her head to see the face of a skeleton, staring directly at her, its bony fingers pressed against her back. Screaming, she widened her eyes and immediately dashed off, breathing hard. She could feel a rising fear in her stomach, as wind stung her cheeks. Where...where is everyone? Zexion closed his eyes, focusing on searching for Axel's 'scent' one last time, in case he was truly somewhere around still... "...Who?" he asked, a bit absent-mindedly, trying to concentrate as he searched for his 'scent'. He knew he'd probably come up with nothing except for the remainers lingering in the lab, but it was always worth a shot. Larxene hesitated for a moment, before giving a soft chuckle. "I promise you...I won't die, Roxas...no matter what happens, I won't..." Raising her arm, she opened a portal of darkness. As she stepped through, beginning to disappear, she turned to face Roxas. "Take care, Roxas..." she said, before at last, finding herself in the Shrouded City, alone...

Namine was somewhere on the streets of The World That Never Was, sitting with her back against one of the tall buildings, burying her face into her knees. A small tear escaped her eye, as she contemplated everything that had transpired lately. I...I don't want this...I don't want this at all...I just want Sora...to be normal...and for everything else to be fine...
