More accurately Zexion didn't have a weapon when KH2 was released (based on stuff like not even being in concept art that got released later). But yes his tile was broken because they weren't sure how to express that he was an odd one out and it allowed them to retcon one in.

Xion is never truly considered a member. Much like when Xemnas tells you to count the thrones in Days, she may get a coat and go on missions but there were only ever 13 actual members.

Furthermore Nomura hadn't settled on Xion on her story at the time of KH2. In interviews he said he wanted to tell the story of Roxas and the organization, and that he liked the idea of him leaving because of a girl, but he hadn't decided on anything past that.

At least video games tend to have it rigged in your favor (Pokemon slot machines anyone?). Because the game should be fun and gambling is only fun if you're winning. And in games where it isn't there is always the method of saving before you start. If you lose money you just reload and it is like it never happened.

But I agree. I don't gamble in real life and if a game wants me to I usually start trying to see if I can rubber band the controller or something.

We do not have torrents because when we tried them we didn't get enough seeders. We do however have zip files that you can find at the top of that game's page. (It doesn't have a fancy tile or anything, but read through the header. It should be there)

    As for your second question...
Is that a demonic duck of some sort?

As before we did not work on the project and cannot view the source code. We have no idea why things are the way they are. Now that we can see a somewhat corrective offset it looks like something they were aware of. But there are too many unknowns. Was the -5 the bug that someone attempted to fix by adding 5 to another level (programmers are capable of doing bad math too)? Were they avoiding a more critical error and this was the best solution in their time or code restraints? Are those both bugs that they decided canceled out and weren't worth the time to fix? Your guess is just as valid as mine because we have very little to go off of here.

I don't read much manga, but I've thought that "Until Death Do Us Part" could make a cool anime. Or at least the parts I've read would, not sure how the story pans out later. Decent vigilante hero action, hot girls, mild sci-fi tech, an excuse for some cool wireframe CGI shots...

I agree with this. Credits are so often slapped on without thought. Cut black, roll names, play some cool music, and we're done here. But you can take the time design the credits as an experience that people actually want to watch. I guess the counter to that is you aren't really giving people their due if you are looking at art in the margins, or bonus clips, or whatever, but people aren't going to pay much attention to names (or remember those they had read after 30 seconds) so I think it would be best to make it something that people will at least stay in the room for.

Additionally the film makers should respect the fact that they have lost most of their audience the moment credits started, don't put anything of any plot-line importance in there. I can't actually recall watching a full feature where that is an issue, but it crops up in indie films (more forgivable due to short credits) and video games and it annoys me a lot.

I don't bother. Most of the time I consider them to be so useless I won't even notice when they are KOed. I have on several occasions wondered where Donald was with a cure only to realize he was out of commission.

In KH2 I will make a point to stand near an ally for cure/cura just for efficiency sake. But at end game with curaga it is pretty hard not to heal them (I've tried. Many areas are too small. And those that have the space often still don't work if they run out of HP in the middle of the room)

It just sounds like semantics to me. I still think in terms of boards from prior forum experience. Behind the hood, yes that is probably a list of nodes as you described. For the end user, just calling it forums is clear enough..

Fix it? No. Fixing something means changing it. Do you know how the internet responds to change? Everything should remain exactly how it is right at this moment, forever.

I don't think that is the case either honestly. While sales numbers are hard to pin down at times, I know that KH2 was selling more in North America than Japan. I don't think it would have changed dramatically since then. Though here in the US we've managed to kind of cap the price of games at $60 while the price has floated with inflation everywhere else (or far faster in some areas), so profit per sale here isn't the same.

While I've always considered FM to be something of a rip off for us, most of the other changes (such as limited edition bundles) I would chalk up more to just different marketing divisions doing their own thing. For 1.5 I would actually say we got the better end of the deal, so time will tell.

I had a similar moment of going "Hey, I've played that game. Maybe I could join in. Wait no, PC. Crap"

Honestly what annoys me most about multiplayer trophies is that they just scream design oversight to me. Do you honestly think your multiplayer won't die like everyone else's, or are you short sighted enough that you don't care? And not everyone has a good enough internet connection for MP to begin with. Would it be so wrong to maybe put AI in the game to fake being online? You could even gate the system to prevent people from taking the emulated online progress into actual online (to protect rankings and such). Though I guess people haven't really cracked the mid-level AI. It is easy to give the AI omniscience and more skill than anyone can logically have; but once you try and nerf it they become idiots very quickly.

Rescue voting is so weird when you get into it. "Hey, you're in danger of removal because no one voted for you, but we still like you better than those jerks sitting in the queue." It isn't even like we get de-nominated, it just circles us back around.

On the other hand, what is the record for most times on the poll? I think I have to be fairly high up there. I should collect data and try to pull that off. (like I have any control over that)
