Bank Chambers Yeul glowered at him silently. She refused to see any good in that smile or the man that held her now. She missed her sons with an ache in her heart.
Bank Chambers Again, her power scarred the floor, and Yeul replayed what he'd said before. "You have not earned the right to call me Yeul. You will refer to me with respect."
Bank Chambers She wanted to scream at him, anger flashed in her blue eyes and her power scored four identical lines along the wall near the bed. "You still insist on calling me a liar."
Bank Chambers She bent her finger at him, beckoning him forwards, closer to her. "Don't ever call me a liar again, Anthony."
Bank Chambers "I respect my husband and I respect his decision. Though he is my brother...I love him."
Bank Chambers Yeul laughed, "Allowed to live?! I've been shut inside my room since I gave birth to my babies!"
Bank Chamber Yeul sat up, "Is that what you make us out to be...animate things that should grovel at the feet of other animate things for survival?"
Bank Chamber Yeul snarled at him, "We are not living. We are the undead. Our hearts do not beat and blood does not flow through our veins that is ours."
Bank Chambers Yeul watched him carefully. "Perhaps...but my husband did not choose me because I am beautiful, powerful or fashionable. He chose me because I am a Pureblood. And as Pureblood law dictates...most brother and sister will become couples and continue the pure line of their blood."
Road to Luin Nick laughed, "No way. Not Vickie. She's too sweet. Surely you wouldn't break any hearts, would you?" He swallowed nervously and cleared his throat, "Well I'm staying...and Vickie is much too young to maintain a stable relationship and I believe it's highly inappropriate." Bank Chambers Yeul toed off her stilletos to the floor and glowered at him, "So if I were to be ugly, weak and dressing in jeans and sweaters...you wouldn't ask this of me."
Enan stayed silent. He couldn't go behind Micheal's back and tell her her own destiny. It was wrong and against Divine Law. "Kaila...don't give up so easily. Tell me what would make you happy." Jean struggled against him, "I don't believe you! Everyone always prefers angels! Summer girls are just..." she started to sob, "We're just not good enough. We don't have wings...we can't do magic...all we're good for is a one night fling." Kiel moved immediately and headed after Tristan, passing by Gabriel. Gabriel stopped short, "You think...that Tristan isn't your responsibility? Tristan is under your Court now Tori. If you're unwilling to uphold the full tasks of being the High Court Seraph then perhaps you should step down." Uriel cast him a glare and he stepped aside as she nudged him away, "Enough. Tori will become a more than capable Seraph once she's learned everything. Tori...we do not doubt you as our Seraph. I'm sure Gabriel is mearly peeved that his son does not accept him."
Bank Chambers Yeul huffed, "Then you hardly know the meaning of the word simple. Your wish...why do you desire such a thing?"
Bank Chambers Yeul exhaled slowly and leaned back against the pillows. "For one that enjoys the simple life...you live quite luxuriously. I suspect my son behind your wealth."
Bank chambers Yeul tucked her long legs under her and sat regally in the center of his bed. "It would if one desired to not have a notorious reputation among those that matter." Choosing to delay what he had wished for, Yeul flicked her bright blue eyes up to him, "And your last wish? I don't suppose that would involve something along the lines of creating a place in which you rule."
Bank chambers Yeul flopped on the bed and scowled at his manhandling behavior, "You strike me as the type of man who weasels his way into getting the simple things in life to enjoy."
Bank chambers Yeul released his throat and spat out his blood, "I'll rip out your throat for what you're doing. Possessing my body means nothing. If you're hoping to get something more than a simple roll in the hay covered in blood, you'll be sorely disappointed."
Bank Chambers Yeul knocked the glass of wine out of his hand and jerked him to her with a hand ripping his shirt buttons and sank her fangs into his neck. Warm, scarlet liquid spilt into her mouth and she almost gagged on the blood.
Enan sighed, "We can't always save those we love. Ren...has been doomed since the day he rose to his state of power and followed his human into the Dark Court. No...even before then. Meeting Yuukki was only the middle of his downfall. He started falling...when he set foot in Heaven's ballroom that first day. The day he learned to smile...the day he met you...all of them...came after he'd started falling. No one can save Ren. He is Raphael in his heart and Ren by name only." Jean kept running, even after she tripped several times and scraped up her knees and palms. How could he? He lied to me... I trusted him...I loved him! An angel...it always goes back to those stupid angels! Gabriel ran a hand through his hair and started after the girl. "Tristan, my friend...perhaps next time you'll be going after her? Oh, and Tori...be sure to control your human of your court. I can't have him off running around with every summer girl and angel and then breaking their hearts."
Road to Luin Nick frowned down at his shoes. "Well...technically I was born in Romania so I belong to that pack...my mother's there...but my father took me to Manhattan when I was young and on and off we visited Romania. I tend...to say I'm from Manhattan cause all my good memories are of Manhattan. Mum and Da always fought when we visited and mum didn't want me so...it kind of makes for an awkward family reunion." He bent down and picked up Vickie, hoisting her on his hip. "Lately when mum passed away and Da joined the reserves and...also passed on, I've been going back to Romania by myself to check up on the pack. They're still my family whether I want them to be or not." treehouse Valentine lifted himself up and wandered to the corner, setting his hand on the claw marks on the wall, "I'm sorry I did this to you, Ceril. I know no one would want to be marked by me. I've taken too much from you." Bank's chambers Yeul snarled at him, "I play by my own rules. If you're threatening me with finding my sons, you'll make a grave enemy of me, Anthony." She could just imagine her husband's face and how pissed he'd be with this creature at his wish. The thought made her hesitate. Would he be upset? He didn't seem to care about her lately. Her vision blurred for a moment and she advanced on Anthony, her lips curled up into a snarl.
Road to Luin Nick shoved his hand that wasn't holding onto Vickie's into his pocket. "It's...pretty warm, I guess. I think I might just welcome being killed by you, Annie." treehouse "I watched my mother vainly try to give life to several dead children...none of them worked...and it tore her apart." Valentine murmured against her skin.
