Actually, AIDS doesn't spread quite so eaisly, since it can only live in the blood stream. It is quite deadly but it never actually mutates. The reason a cure is immposible is because: 1. It's a virus, which is uncurable right now 2. It attacks the center of your immune system Then what really kills you are oppurtunistic deiseses which can't be defended by your non-existant immune system.
