Tul Raijin frowned. "Do you...have any idea of what he's doing?" Raijin asked. "Is he another deserter or..?" *** "What do I think?" Xane asked. "I think there's something wrong with this whole thing. Xardius doesn't buy it and Sybille's story kinda suspicious." *** "Well, he's definitely building something," Pharell said. "Exactly what he's building, I don't know. He's raiding our resources for all they've got, including several of our fuel reactors. I don't know what kind of machine can take that much energy, but I'm sure Ravakov can build one.
Tul Raijin awaited silently for Scourge to finish talking with Marlene. Then, he approached him. "I'm not sure if you know this or not, but we're missing some equipment," Tul Raijin said. "I think it's Ravakov..." *** Xane glanced back at Nulix. He'd never seen him act that worried before. If something like that happened to Mellodia...
"Noxas and Wing were with us. So were Alyt and half of the Guardians," Xane said. "Come to think of it, I don't know where Mellodia and Venture went...
"Wait. What?" Xane asked, finally finishing his food and joining the others. "Oh, hey Nulix."
"Isn't he kind of psychotic?" Xane asked, between bites. "And...do you really think Bella's dead?"
Xane looked at his plate as if it were poison for a second, then decided to eat it anyway. "You sure this isn't a Brotherhood trick?" Xane asked. "Maybe Azull or somebody."
Xane sighed and sat back on a nearby bar stool. Three days? Something was up in this world. They should be investigating.
"Why don't we just ask the damn people? "Xane asked, looking from Sybille to Xardius. "They have to know something."
"She's....." Xane frowned. "That can't be right. She was just with us a couple of hours ago!...And isn't that her locket? How'd you get it?"
"Huh?" Xane asked. "Yeah, I know of someone named Bella in the Ultimate Organization..."
OOC: Bah! It looks like I've missed everyone while they were posting!! BIC: "Something's definitely wrong," Xane frowned. "I'm gonna go ask someone..."
OOC: ...It didn't, unfortunately. BIC: "I dunno," Xane yawned. "Look for some women. Or eat. When was the last time we ate?"
"Well, we know that Nulix went and joined the U.P.A, so..." Xane said. "And Bellatrix and Noxas were with us a few hours ago, weren't they?" OOC: Eh, I still think we should be called the Ultimate Organization. Just 'cause.
OOC" Hi hidden! BIC: "Everybody does seem a lttle bit...secretive. Let's ask around," Venture suggested. "It might be Brotherhood." "Or maybe these people think we're criminals like most of the worlds do," Xane added. *** Along the far side of the snowy cliffs, Alaan Acteon watched the Ultimate Organozation enter town, through his binoculars. "Well, look what the cat dragged in," Acteon smiled. "The four of them should be about about five hundred billion. Though, I might need some backup." *** Over the past week Ravakov had raided forty-seven U.P.A wepon compounds. The U.P.A was too busy to even address the problem, therefore it was never mentioned on any news media. Recently, the newly promoted Captain Pharell Titan decided to investigate. He was currently interrogating a crew at U.P.A Sattelite-374. "How many shipment's did he take?" Pharell asked. "All of it, sir," a disgruntled officer amnswered. "He snuck onboard one of our cargo ships about to take some packages into the storage room. He killed a few officers and then stole all of the ammo, weaponry, and fuel we were going to ship out for the Hairis' new defense initiative. HE just loaded it on to a cargo ship and left. "...I see," Pharell frowned. "Get Skinnar or another captain up on communications. "You sure you don't wanna talk to-" the officer began. "No," Pharell shook his head. "Not Lexx."
"Right," Xane nodded, walking around the snowy landscape.
"Where are we?" Xane asked as Venture and Mellodia exited the shhip as well.
OOC: Er...Where exactly should Xane be right now? I'm not really sure where we left off... BIC: Off on yet another remote world, a man known as Novice, knew that his time, for once, was finally running out... *** As Eclipse left Scourge's presence, Tul Raijin entered the room, awaiting his next assignment.
OOC: Time to finally post in the storyline. BIC: In what could barely be described as a world, a large hunchbacked man walked along the rocky mountainside to a cave he called home. Inside the cave were various inventions and machinations that he'd like to create in his free time. Around this time he'd usually sit around the fireplace and think of things he'd like to invent next. When he reached his house this afternoon, however...A strange person was sitting in one of his chairs. The inventor automatically knew who it was. "R-Ravakov!" the old man gasped. "Hephaestus," Ravakov nodded. "Greek god of fire. Inventor of the many veapons the Greek gods used." "How did you get past my defenses?" Hephaestus asked. "They veren't really that good," Ravskov frowned. "Pity too. I expected better from a god." "What do you want?" Hephaestus gasped. "Calm down, comrade," Ravakov yawned. "I merely vant to know how you survived Ragnarok. As you know the light vorld's Olympus Coliseum was destroyed vhen Ragnarok hit the dark vorld's Asgard. Most of the gods died. Few Norse gods survived by different means. There vere no records of any of the Greek gods still living...Until I heard some reports on your vhearabouts. So...How did you survive, vhen your brethren could not?" Hephaestus paused... "You really vant to anger me?" Ravakov asked. "Oh...Okay," Hephaestus sighed. "I invented an armor to protect myself. Real modern age too....Y-ya wanna buy some?" "Yes, I vould," Ravakov nodded. "But...Is it really indestructible? Many have claimed that-" "Well, I'll tell ya. No blade will be able to harm this thing. No magic either. And of course none of that fancy science crap the U.P.A uses can touch it," Hephaestus explained. "It does have a tiny weakness, as does all my work, but it's impossible to find. So how much do you want?" "All of it," Ravakov answered. "...All of it?" Hephaestus questioned. "Who has that kinda money anymore." Ravakov answered the god's question quickly as a box of gold Atlantean Dubloons opened up in front of him.
OOC: I'll have to read all of that later. You still here Nulix? And sorry I missed yesterday, DK. I was kind of busy with school work.
OOC: Hmm...I dunno...And we really should get back into the story. I'll post an in story comment tomorrow.
