"Well, for the first year or so she pretty much just lay around pining after you. Then she slowly started getting colder, and colder. Now she just doesn't care about anything, she spends most of her time getting into fights and tracking down random dangerous vampires to rip apart. At least that's what she was doing last time I saw her, that was about two months ago." Ocean explained, leaning her head back against the wall.
"Elena!" Lake cried, running towards the girl and picking her up off of the wolf's back. She cuddled the child close to her, tears of fear trickling down her face.
"It's not going to be pink and girly." Casey sighed, leaning back to continue painting the ceiling.
"Oh believe me, she will." Ocean said warningly. "She's changed since you left. I mean really changed."
Hermia wished she could change back into human form and try to comfort the child better. But as her clothes were now rags strew around the woodland floor she couldn't without some extreme nudity, which even she felt was innapropriate around a small girl.
"Now, not to cast a shadow over this joyous occasion but: You do know the second Hermia gets wind of you being back she's going to come around a beat you within an inch of your life." Ocean said leaning against the wall. "I mean she's going to kill you, and not even think twice about it."
"Care you two." Casey chuckled as he looked down on the pair of them from the step ladder he was sat on. A paint roller in one hand and flecks of white all over his face from where he'd been painting the ceiling.
After a moment Hermia slowly started to head back towards the camp, being careful not to do anything that might cause Elena to fall off.
"Little brother~!" Ocean cooed in a sing-song voice as she wandered down the stairs. "Well, you're certainly not that little any more." she added.
OOC- sure She nodded carefully as she let Elena settle down on her.
"How've you been? What have you been doing? You been eating properly? Are you hungry?" She asked rapidly, all her motherly worry spilling out at once.
Hermia nodded slightly and bowed down slightly, indicating that Elena should climb on her back so she could take her back to her concerned parents.
"River!" Lake exclaimed wrapping her arms around him and pulling him into a tight hug. She'd spent six years worrying about him, and it was wonderful to know that he was alive and well.

Hermia made a small concerned noise, as though asking River if he was okay.
"To be honest I couldn't care less what he said, he said he was going to be a fireman when he was younger and that didn't exactly plan out did it?" Lake said, turning to look at her husband as she was pulled along by her daughter.
Hermia moved to attack him before thinking better of it, the self control was killing her.
Why it can't just be at the end of the actual school year I'll never know DX
Lake was already half way up the stairs, she'd heard the girls shouting and didn't dare believe it. "You two are being serious right? This really isn't funny if you're not."
Hermia snarled darkly, resisting the urge to charge at the undead ******bag. But she had to stay and keep a watch on Elena, she couldn't leave her undefended.
