OOC- Sure. "With all the money you seem to be throwing around you'd think you could afford to buy me something nice once in a while." She smiled cheekily. "I dunno." She shrugged.
"Good..." He smiled slightly, stroking her hair softly.
"I still think it's a house for rejects from everywhere else..." He muttered darkly, poking viciously at his breakfast.
*dives under the sofa*
Yeah, I am. But I'm in the middle of a massive surge of work. Like everything that I need to have done is due in in two weeks. So I'm battling to...
Scary Mommy shout! D8
"Okay..." Hermia nodded slightly.
"Oh have you now?" She giggled, tilting her head to one side slightly. "Because usually people buy them to look cool because they're insecure about some other part of who they are."
"Heya." She smiled, closing the magazine and looking over at the newly arrived blonde. Her face positively glowing from hearing his voice. "No thanks." Ocean snorted indignantly. "I'm not driving his 'Everyone look at me because I have a big car, and that must mean I have a big penis too' car."
"Oh, that's Zack." He said dismissively, instantly taking a dislike to the tone of her voice and the glint in her eyes. He never liked anyone that she took an interest in, in fact it was pure hatred. It was a miracle that no one had ever noticed the out of character behaviour as by and large Adam was a very friendly person. "Some poncey git from Hufflepuff."
"Do you know anything that works as a hang over cure..?" She asked, rubbing her eyes. Her head still pounding with what felt like the beat of a million battle drums.
"Show off!" She shouted after him. "No fair he can afford that." Ocean added on in a sulky voice. "That thing is worth more than my year's wages." Hermia was sat on River's bed, her legs crossed and flicking through one of Lake's magazines that she'd seen lying around.
"She's tidying up your bedroom I think. Why?"
"Good." He nodded, looking up from his food. Adam then continued to watch her.
"That's not exactly something I'd want to know. Nor should you look so smug about." She laughed.
"Transfig." He sighed, appearing to look into his cereal. When in fact he was watching her reflection in spoon.
"Oh, so you are over-compensating?" She smirked. "There's something I didn't know about my baby brother."
OOC- Okies. It was the next day, the ceiling in the Great Hall was a dull shade of grey. And Adam was sat with a bowl of cereal in front of him and his new time table in his hand. He couldn't believe just how many lessons he actually had.
"I don't even get why you need the flash car, you already have a girlfriend." Lake said, rolling her eyes at the needless waste of money on an expensive car. "Maybe he's just overcompensating for something!" Ocean cackled. "Or trying to make a set; flash car and hot girlfriend."
"How boring." She sighed. OOC- Should we move forward to something else? This isn't really very interesting.
