Casey carefully put Immy down in her cot again and turned to face Lyra. "Seriously, what are you talking about? It's getting really worrying now..." Clumsily Elle dialled Alex's number, she had to warn him. It was only a matter of time before the sh*t well and truly hit the fan.
"Well this isn't exactly making me jump for joy..." After a few moments Elle fumbled around, looking for her phone.
"Lyra... What is he talking about...?" Casey asked. Elle continued to cry, almost choking on her tears.
"Seriously guys, what are you talking about...?" He asked, his voice cracking slightly. After a moment she dropped her head into her hands and sobbed loudly.
"What the hell are the two of you on about?" Casey said, raising an eyebrow. There was a sinking feeling in his stomach, what wasn't she telling him? Elle slowly leaned her head against the wall and then quickly smacked her head against it. Then again, and again. "Stupid... Stupid... Stupid..."
"Seriously Jordan, that can't just have been about ginger hair. What the hell happened?" Casey said, slightly angry at him for upsetting his little sister so much. Elle stormed down the corridor and dropped onto the nearest vacant bench. She tilted her head back in an attempt to keep from crying. "I shouldn't have told him... I should not have told him..."
Elle glared darkly at him before bringing her hand up and slapping him across the face. "And you need to grow the hell up." She growled before storming off. "Well, you certainly narked Mum off." Jamei said, raising an eyebrow.
"Have to be nice to your sister then." Lake grinned.
"See Jordan, now you've upset your sister. Just after she had a baby too, you're such a ******."
"Well I think you're going to be here a couple more days," Lake said, patting his head gently. "Didn't really get the chance to talk to Ocean about it."
"You wouldn't dare Jordan." Elle snarled at him before looking at Lyra. "He was talking about how he was praying Immy wouldn't be ginger."
"You're welcome." She smiled cheekily. "Anyway, you need to keep a low profile River."
"Are you trying to blackmail me Jordan?" Elle said, narrowing her eyes further. "And nothing, he's just being ginger-ist."
"Not natural unless you're part mango."
Elle growled slightly and kicked him in the shin herself. "Less screaming and pooping and throw up?" Casey chuckled.
"Yeah, you look like your father had an affair with a wotsit." Lake said, trying her best not to laugh. "Blonde and fake tan doesn't work."
"He's a what?" Jamei said, moving forward to kick Jordan again. "Yeah Jordan, what is he?" Elle said, narrowing her eyes threateningly at him. "And there's only one of her."
"Just don't go 'best friending' in here, people have a habit of not knocking."
Hermia snorted slightly. "That might not be a bad idea."
"See! Cory agrees with me!" She exclaimed. "And I bet Alex wouldn't be best pleased to hear you being ginger-ist either!" "Isn't difficult when she's that cute."
