He was fast, luckily faster than his opponent and hit her pretty hard. While her defensive skills made sure not the full energy of his blow was transfered. He had been lucky getting his hit in before the predicted Barrier took form. He had gotten his hit in and knew there would be a blow. He braced himself, not for impact but to prepare himself. As Alisa charged with the barrier surrounding her, he knew he was faster than her, but the question would be was he fast enough. He had done it a few times in dry training, but this was gonna be the first time he would try in a fight. He jumped to the side at precisely the right moment. He rolled and landed back on his feet, he grabbed his sword once more, readying for the next attack. He knew chances he would be as lucky next time would be slim, but he felt like he had decently made the fight more even in his opening move. He attacked once more.

The first round had ended and the second round had started he was up. He had observed his opponent closely during their last match. She was a formidable opponent being able to withstand quite the strong blows. He had the luck that he was fast and maybe he could therefor outmaneuver her. No use in speculating, he moved onto the field. "
All-father lend me your strength and speed in the coming fight that it may bring me closer to my goals. Mother watch over all of us on this day." He whispered as he drew his sword. "Best of luck and may the better contender win." Conrad said to Alisa. Conrad opened up with what he figured would be the best option he had, already expecting a reaction, making a prediction as to what move would be used. He reminded himself of those that supported him and those who were the reason why he was here and gave it his all.

    Conrad used Strike Raid.

Veceslav Furst, Kaer Morhen Evening Hall

The alchemist asked him what he could teach, as a witcher the easiest thing he knew was extraction of ingredients from monsters, but there was also fieldcraft, ingredient preservation. However something else was bugging him, that Kruez had said, he nearly seemed glad that the village had been reduced to ashes and it inhabitants killed, just because they disliked him? That was rather brutal, even for the Crow's standards "
You think it's good ridance just because they disliked you? Rather extreme ideology there and that comes from someone with a bias against certain people. I've been treated badly, peasants begging for help and when the monster was taken care off, they immediatly changed their attitude towards the freak, the freak that just saved their miserable village and lives, don't wish death upon them though. As for what I could teach you the preperation of oils, field alchemy, extraction of components from monster bodies and ingredient preservation, but it would seem that will have to wait." Veceslav said before looking in Derrick's direction who was asking him about something rather specific, he wasn't a medic, what he was sure off however was that the side effects of witcher potions were nearly immediate and permanent. He shook his head "I doubt that's the doing of the potion." He said, then turning his attention to Olivia who had appeared in the doorway, mentioning Aaron and Veera's horses being gone. He siltently cursed, stood up excusing himself he left the evening hall thanking Olivia as he walked past her.

He had searched the entire keep, not a trace of them. He checked the places where Veera usually would be when she would be angry with either him or when she needed to be alone a little bit. Double checked her room and checked the stables just to verify Olivia's claim. Trust was a good thing, but double checking it never hurt either. He knew what had to be done, he went to the lab and prepared for what needed to be done, brewing additional potions. He then reminded himself of the threats that mage had made and made a trio of dimeritium bombs. That would get the mage to stop and rethink his actions. He wrote a short note apologising particularly to Derrick for leaving so suddenly, telling him not to follow him or let Olivia follow him. Veceslav left it on his desk and then checked if he had everything. He figured they'd be in Novigrad, biggest city, free city probably the best place for the dopplers to hide. Plus he knew some folks there that might be able to help him, hoping that it wasn't too late. He rode off on his horse, Hawk, the black cloak he wore over his Wolf school armour fluttering behind him in the wind as he made haste towards Novigrad.

    -Non tournament Timeline-

Something appeared to stir within Silvia, he didn't know what it was but he clearly had said something wrong, despite the presumed neutral nature of his words. "
I apologise if I offended you, I did not mean to do so." Conad said eating on as she spoke about how she wasn't allowed to leave the house much and then he realised the stupidity of his question. Travelling generally required money quite a bit of it or one had to abandon all he had. He doubted any of them aside from Leo would abandon it all to travel or like himself or Vance had the means to travel far. "I'm sorry to hear that...." Conrad finally said, she then excused herself and walked away. Conrad hung his head a little feeling it was his fault she had walked away. He calmly continued to eat awaiting Leo's story.

    -Tournament Timeline-

He had gotten up earlier that morning, simply to prepare himself for the coming tournament, getting himself dressed, nothing extrodinary, unlike Vance. He performed some sword maintenance and his morning routine. He was in the arena on time only to learn he had to wait out the first round. He hated having to wait out the first round figuring it was probably because he was Nobility, Vance had to skip it as well, but then his theory proved wrong as he saw that Thea was up. His old wounds that had been the result of his own actions had fully healed leaving only faint marks which with time would go away. He just stood there hands folded in front of him watching the fights, analysing tactics. His attention was diverted to thestands where he spotted Florica, he nodded as a thanks and then went back to watching. Awaiting his own first fight, both possibilities seemed formidable fighters in their own right and Conrad would give it his best shot, even if that didn't prove to be enough.

Veceslav Furst Kaer Morhen Evening Hall

Veceslav still sat on his knees in front of the fire, next to him lay Tatiana. She was tossing and turning obviously nightmares. He didn't think he could do anything about it, despite having helped care for dozens of trainees, something he hadn't always done nicely or well. This was something different entirely, he held no authority over her though seeing she was a guest at the Kaer and therefor his charge. It was then that she calmed down, while she still lay in an odd position, she seemed to be able to sleep a lot more peacefully. It was a really sudden change and he knew what had happened... Derrick had used his powerful Axii to calm her down. Kruez turned out to be a wandering alchemist, rather young for that though, but he had seen crazier things. "
Sorry to hear about your village, as for your profesion, you might be able to learn a few things here, I can't teach you everything but there are a few things I could teach you." Veceslav said. He had to protect the Witchers secrets like the Grasses and other mutagens, but there were still quite a few alchemy tricks he had learned along the way that could help, some from other Alchemists he met along the way.

    Raymond Mercator, Oxenfurt outskirts.

He had worked some more on his home, nearly finishing it, despite his leg. He hadn't made an extremely large hut seeing he had less people to accomodate, but he still had enough room to have some guests stay over at his. He sat by the cooking fire wondering how he'd survive until the next harvest. Maybe he could find some work as a Mercenary, but who'd hire a mercnary with a bad leg? Then again he had traveled all the way from Aedirn, without a problem and his leg was already healing. He had gotten used to walking with the splint. He sat there thinking about how he was going to solve this all, seeing he didn't think he had too many different options. Despite it being relatively late, he went out for a walk, knowing he couldn't sleep if he wanted to anyways because of all the thoughts flying through his head. He kept his sword with him as he walked out his new home and wandered into the city.

    Conrad shrugged when
Silvia replied "Not much to be done about it now, maybe I'll go back one day, redeem myself, correct my mistakes." Conrad said, he noticed Tessa hadn't said a word, despite that new bloke that had followed them around asking her questions directly and phrasing a few things in a rather odd way. Where was he even? The man had walked away apparantly, oh well. Conrad ate some more of his stew when Silvia asked him whether it hurt, he knew the question would have come sooner or later. It was funny the visible damage wasn't what still ached with some movements, but that which was unseen was what still bugged him. "No, it's alright, Damian took care of it, right after it happened, I just gotta take it easy for now, but thank you for your concern." He said, knowing full well that Tessa was sitting right beside him, knowing what Damian had said and how this all came to be in the first place. His eyes turned towards her, trying to get a look at her face. He couldn't see, but going on what she had expressed before it'd be best to change topics. What Leo mentioned ought to be able to change it all. "Can't say I have traveled an aweful lot, a few trips with the family, some recreational some purely business. Would you mind sharing a tale from your travels with us, Leo?" He asked politely, then moving his attention back to the middle of the group "And what about you two? Got any travel stories to share?"

Tessa was happily eating her stew and Conrad felt glad, what had happened must have troubled her an aweful lot, he knew it had, the not being able to speak properly, the nervous little things she did. It was good she had calmed down a bit, found her bearings. He himself was sitting there eating ignoring the new bloke that was following them around, though he had to say he had an odd way of putting things. Tessa had remained quiet, but he didn't put too much thought into it, figuring she just wanted to enjoy her food. It was then that Silvia spoke up, clearly not used to conversation. "
I myself haven't been here for too long either, came with some of the later arrivals, like Vance." Conrad said "As for what brought me here, well my first plan for work didn't exactly go as planned, I wanted to enlist in the officer corps of the Army, however when they discovered I held the ability to cast magic they thanked me kindly and asked me to leave. Up till then I was unaware of it... I had trained for that up until then. Few weeks backs due to some very unfortunate circumstances in family relations, I changed my plans, I had to grow stronger as a mage and so I came here to improve my abilities." He kept the tone of his voice fully under control, only the choice of words lifting the veil a little about something he wasn't telling them. He ate another spoon full of stew. He had left out some details others might deem important like his noble status, but he didn't want to wave it around, like the aforementioned Vance, it only caused divides that he didn't want to exist. He still found it odd that none had remarked on his wounds, perhaps it was just not wanting to point out the elephant in the room, perhaps it was something else, maybe it was better that way.

Derrick rather soon returned with the requested things, asking where to put it. "
Near the fireplace, far enough out so it won't catch fire." Veceslav said Tatiana felt cold, she could use the additional warmth from the fire. When Derrick had put down the bedding he then put an arm around Tatiana's back, just below the shoulder blades and the other beneath her upper legs, he lifted her off the seat and carried her to the bedding, gently laying her down and putting a blanket over her. He cleaned out the fireplace and put in a few blocks of firewood, igniting them with Igni, the fire caught on and in moments the fire was warming the evening hall. He himself didn't need much sleep, witchers in general didn't have an aweful lot of need for it. He knelt in front of the fire as if he were meditating, without looking back he said "Thank you, Derrick, it's greatly appreciated" He stared into the flames "As for you Kruez, what brings you here, where are you from? What is it you do?"

He helped Tatiana to her feet. Then before Evander decided to stop tainting the Kaer with his presence he told the man. "
I commited mass murder once, 't was right here in these halls, then again it was merely defending from riled up *******s whom with the help of a mage in denial about his role in it, probably to ease his own conscience, got in here and tried to commit mass murder on us. Gonna kill every last one of those peasants as well? They were going for mass murder, oh yeah there's that one time I ran into a Nekker nest and commited mass murder there, gonna hunt me now as well? All I got to say to you is stay the hell out of the business of Witchers, if someone is going to punish them for it it'll be one of our own. Now get the hell out of here before I change my mind about letting you go." Veceslavs words were sharp, maybe the old mage would come to his senses and stay the **** out of their business, his words of how he'd open the portal in the middle of a lake or the ocean were pure hypocricy he didn't want innocent dopplers to die, but he wouldn't give a damn if an innocent person got killed as long as he got his way. He didn't think that Veera would go ahead with her plan, she'd see reason and listen to it, but deep deep inside, he feared she wouldn't stop and he had known her for a very long time and he would try to protect her if he could.

He helped Tatiana on her way to the evening hall, she was in really bad shape. Her hands were ice cold and she was trembling with every step moving only slowly, he tried his best to keep her on her feet and get her to the evening hall. He was there to be greeted by Derrick. "Aye I know the effects are permanent. We ain't just monsterslayers but problem solvers in a borader sense, bloody shame the generl populace doesn't see it that way. And yes that damage is ours, we cannot fix it. And you are right that the least we could do to repay her for it is let her rest and recover here. Take care of any problems that might arise around her coming here. And yes that means an exception to the rules, we cannot send her away not in this state." He then turned to Kruez "As for you, you can stay as well, maybe you can learn something from 'round here. If you got questions feel free to ask them." He then returned his attention to Tatiana, whom he was still supporting, she really needed to rest. He quickly looked to Derrick "Derrick, get some bedding and a few blankets, closest room should be Aaron's, bring it back here, it'd be greatly appreciated, no buts, just do it." Veceslav said to the younger witcher. He set Tatiana down on a chair, lowering himself so their eyes were at the same height. "It's going to be alright, you should rest now. Derrick is going to get something so you can lay down comfortably. We won't leave you unattended. If you need anything, just ask. None of us want to harm you. You're safe here." He said in an attempt to reassure Tatiana.

    "
No, but thanks for asking." Conrad had said to Trevor before finding his table. He noticed how Tessa remained close to him, nearly pressing into him as he had moved about. He then felt everything shake for a moment as the sound of lightning striking close by drowned out all sound for a moment. That was odd, hadn't the skies been clear earlier? Then again he had been asleep and never checked beforehand. He sat down leaving a vacant seat next to him and across the table from him, leaving Tessa with a choice where she could sit. Leo and Silvia took their seats as well leaving only the seat next to him vacant. It was then that Silvia spoke up thanking him for the dinner. "Not a problem, Silvia." Conrad said, grabbing his first bite of the stew. For a moment he felt like he could forget everything that happened earlier. The argument with Vance that resulted into his injuries, the pain, the nightmare and the mission he had been on and what it had resulted in. He didn't have much to worry about his older brother Karl was first in line anyways, leaving Conrad out of the equation for the inheritance of the von Eisenstein legacy. Conrad would probably would probably have married a lady of another noble family to reinforce the position his parents, grandparents and even great grandparents had fought to acquire. Now that was impossible and he was even more of a liability to the family. Then again hadn't he already thrown out any chance at that old life when he joined Sapphire Eclipse? Was that even what he wanted? Did he even have a choice? He tried to calm his mind by trying to get a bit of a conversation going. "So how long have you two been with Sapphire Eclipse?" Conrad asked Leo and Silvia.

Veceslav at first ignored what Evander said, he'd get to that in a bit. He listened attentively to what Tatiana described. Well what Evander had told her about curing side effects was pure bullocks. Once these effects occured they were permanent, nothing to be done about them. "
I'm sorry to hear that... the effects are permanent I'm afraid... nothing to be done... I'm very sorry, it could have been prevented and though I do not know entirely what transpired so it is easy for me to say..." Veceslav got back to his feet, seeing Derrick had returned as well, he quickly went over everything in his head to see if the ******* was trying to prank him again, not that he could notice, everything made sense... "You make a very good observation there Derrick and because of that you may see our guests to the evening hall, I'll help this young lady on her way there." He knelt back down next to her as she asked where Aaron went. "Said he needed some time to think, went to find himself a quiet spot, don't think he's too far off. He ought to be back shortly. We're moving to the evening hall as Derrick over there correctly pointed out it'd be a better place for our guests to stay." He said in a friendly tone, despite his appearance and the way he had just acted it didn't take effort for him to be friendly contrary to popular believe. He then held out both his hands, palms up. "Allow me to help you to the Evening hall. Unless you want somone else to help that is." He stood up to provide better support for the young woman.

Evander hadn't said a word since Veceslavs told him exactly how he thought about this maniac, it was then that he heard Veera say she understood, her expression however was while she understood she wasn't pleased with it. She probably had the notion that he didn't understand, but he did. He wasn't going to protect someone who harmed innocents just for fun or because they thought they could get away with it. He'd punish this monster, himself, but there was no way they could justify murdering all of them. He let her brush past him, shooting only a quick glance at her face as she passed him. It wasn't the first time she stormed off when people didn't agree, it was something that she never really had grown out off. He decided it was best to leave her alone, let her vent the anger out of her system and he would check up on her later. It was then that Aaron spoke up, the lad had his heart in the right place, but he still had a lot to learn. "
I understand that you want to seek vengeance for your sister, I get that, I also know there's no way I can convince you otherwise, every witcher is free to do as they see fit. All I am going to say is to not let your judgement be clouded by your anger and end up doing things you're going to regret later. Don't let innocent people become the subject of your rage when they had nothing to do with it in the first place. And I know all emotions are coursing right through you that someone must pay, but there are more solutions to people who protect the target than just grabbing for your sword, just don't forget that." Veceslav said, the lad would probably hate him for it. Veceslav didn't care they all hated him when they were at that stage, eventually they'd learn that he did care, in his own way and that'd be the end of that. He then kneeled down next to Tatiana. "I heard you were administered a Witcher potion, how are you feeling?" Veceslav asked, these things could have some nasty side effects and there'd be nothing he could do about it, he wanted to make sure she was still alright.

Conrad was nearly done with the Stew when Leo asked if he could do anything to help out. "
No, we're just about done, but thanks for the offer." Conrad took out a clean spoon and grabbed a little of the stew for taste. It was generally alright, he grabbed the spices they had used and adjusted accordingly. He stirred it all a little more and then took out 5 bowls, one for every single person and started filling them each with stew, making sure to equally divide the dumplingsamongst the bowls, leaving exactly one serving in the sauce pan. "Dinner's ready..." Conrad said, it was then another bloke walked in, what was it that drew people to the kitchen? This bloke seemed to ignore everyone but Tessa and Silva, Conrad shot a quick glance to Tessa the question written clearly on his face. You okay there? The increasing amount of people that were around wouldn't normally bother him, but now they started to get to him a little bit, despite them not making too much noise. Conrad took his bowl of stew and left the kitchen. He saw the bloke, Trevor, behind the bar cleaning and went over. "Apologies for interrupting, my good man, I do not believe we have met, I am Conrad, this however was not the reason I came to you, I am merely here to inform you that, there is still one bowl of stew with parsley dumplings left, feel free to claim it as your own, if not let others who might be interested know. Don't bother cleaning up the mess in the kitchen, I'll see to it after I have had my fill." Conrad said politely, after the appropriate response he politely took his leave to find himself a table to enjoy what he and Tessa had jus made. Ultimately deciding to sit down at a table with 4 chairs in a more quiet corner of the room, while he had said he would enjoy some company which was still true, he wanted to sit down somewhere a bit out of the more common paths.

Conrad just lost himself in his thoughts, it wouldn't be too long until the food would be done.
Tessa was once more by his side, not a surprise, but still pleasant to have a friend at his side. Though he wondered what would happen when she felt like she had paid off the debt she felt she owed him. Would it have been wasted effort once more? Or would he have left such an impression that the friendship would continue? He forcibly derailed that train of thought, no use thinking about the inevitable end and just try to enjoy the company while it lasted. His teacher had once adviced him that when he had voiced a similar thought. He heard Tessa softly murmuring something. He turned his head slightly so she could atleast get a glimpse of his face. "It's okay, Tessa, I appreciate the concern, I really do... I'm trying my best not to strain myself... Not much left to be done really, it'll be done soon and then we can finally eat something..." He whispered softly in reply. The silence of Beucette was a little bit unnerving

Veceslav merely listened until everyone had had their say, Evander clearly seemed like he still needed to take out the loss of his precious mages council out on anyone and everyone. He first turned to Veera "
You are aware of the risks involving the use of Swallow, but there's another potion you could have prepared given you had the proper ingredients, it's a natural healing potion that isn't toxic, I tend to keep atleast one flask on me at all times, eventhough I already shared the recipe with you or atleast I think I did, if you want I'll share it once more later." He got rather annoyed with Evander ranting and trying to sow discord within their ranks. "Funny that exactly you should be the one to bring that up don't you think. Did you ask yourself those very same questions 67 years ago? 'Well the Cat school witchers are just assasins for hire, all witchers must die' did it occur to you that we're not all the narrow-minded freaks, that have no humanity? And don't give me the whole I didn't kill anyone argument, you were there and when you tore down that wall you made yourself just as guilty as the ones that struck the blow. I will not let you insult me in my own home." Veceslav stated his voice unusually calm for the words he spoke only growing louder with the last sentence he spoke. The other mage seemed an aweful lot more reasonable, taking note of the name Kruez. He turned back to Veera. "Dopplers generally have very generous and timid spirits, which make them avoid shedding a single drop of blood. The one you ran into was rare example of a Doppler going against their nature. A rotten apple so to speak, but look at what is happening around us. The lands are ravaged, is this the fault of Dopplers? No, it's the fault of similarly bad humans, if you were to fell such a judgement upon the Dopplers you ought to do the same to mankind, just because a few rotten apples spoiled the bunch. Therefore I disagree with your plan. Furthermore, the reputation of Witchers isn't what it used to, we cannot just kill what looks like a human in the Northern cities, it would only mar our name further and before you know it there's another angry mob at the gates. We do not have the right to judge an entire species ill, all we can do, is pick off those who do harm to innocents, like the one you described. Sure it complicates it all, but we cannot just blindly murder all dopplers. You'd probably would have wanted to hear me just agree with your plan, but we just can't do that. I am fully aware of the damage that Dopplers can do, but without a good reason we cannot act. Now if it was the Wild Hunt you wanted to eliminate, that'd be an entirely different discussion."

Conrad focussed on the bowl to get the dough just right and told
Tessa when there was enough milk in there, he covered his hands in flour so the dough wouldn't stick to his hands and started kneading it. "That's alright, Silvia and you don't have to clean up but if you want to help, be my guest." Conrad said continueing to knead the dough. Tessa inquired along a familiar line of questions once more, she sure was eager to learn about healing magic and medicine. It never hurt to know about such things, true but he didn't think it was something for him, though could see the appeal of being able to heal wounds and cure ailments. It was then that he noticed another bloke coming in asking what happened, it didn't really feel like his place to answer. Funny really how they all noticed the small wound of Tessa, but somehow failed to notice all the scratches in his own face. He kept his face to the pan for now, veiling it a little with his long hair. While he was feeling better than earlier, a lot better at that, but he couldn't strain himself too much, he still felt pain with certain movements and breathing stung, but he wouldn't show it, he figured that as long as Tessa kept the attention on her, he wouldn't have to explain it all. When Silvia told the newcomer that she had asked Conrad for some stew he assumed this was the aforementioned Leo. When he was satisfied with the dough he started dividing it into 12 roughly equal parts and form these into balls. He figured he could save some time by putting the dumplings on top of the stew right now and have them simmer with the stew and proceeded with his idea. Now all that had to happen was wait for about half an hour, adjust the seasoning if necessary and dig in. His own stomach was growling now as well. He'd have some company for dinner and what happened after that? He didn't know, maybe he'd try to go back to sleep or atleast rest some more, but that wasn't his concern right now.

    Meanwhile...

"Well, it's alright, I think you'll be here for a while... can't remember how long I've been here honestly... As to why, well the Queen was being a jealous little *****, you surpassed her in beauty and she wasn't having any of that, so she ordered you killed.... That you're here with me is rather odd though.... I'm just the spirit in the mirror.... and last I checked dead people don't go to mirrors" The spirit said to Miss White "Everything is gonna be alright, I'm sure of it."

    Veceslav Furst, Kaer Morhen Laboratory

Veceslav was busy mixing one part
Vitriol, one part Rebis and two parts of Hydragenium, with the intent of making some White Raffard's decoction. It was then that the young lad walked in and said he had been asked to come see him. Where that notion had come from was beyond him,but now that he was here. "As Derrick undoubtebly told you, you do not have to do the gauntlet runs anymore, the prick used Axii on me to cause some confusion. However that you hid behind the excuse of not knowing is unacceptable, therefor I will still test you on the rules." Veceslav said as he had finished the intended potion. He filled a few flasks with it and put the flasks into the small pockets on his bandolier. It was then he heard shouting from upstairs. "You'll have to excuse me....someone's calling for me, you may join me if you wish." Veceslav said turning around and taking the spiral staircase to the first floor. He heard talking in the library again a few unfamiliar voices and one familiar one. Then he heard a door slam shut, just after hearing Veera had been shouting at him to hurry up. He heard through the door that she was addressing the other people, he silently opened the door and spoke up. "Last I checked Ladies didn't slam doors shut...or yell for that matter..." Veceslav said in a rare display of a joke. "Nice to see you again, Veera. Now what the hell is it with people just barging in here toda-...." He cut himself off as he looked Evander in the eyes "You got a lot of nerve showing your face here..." This man had been present on that fateful day, he had assisted in the murder of his collegues and the apprentices. He looked at Kruez, the wounded Tatiana, then back to Veera. Mages weren't exactly a problem in the Kaer, but generally only if they were acquainted to atleast one of the Witchers, a wounded civilian however, why was she even here, this wasn't a hospital. "Care to explain why you brought this circus here?"

Conrad Heinrich Adelbrecht Carsten von Eisenstein II

    He merely watched as
Silvia took care of Tessa's wound, he only had in mind to clean it up, possibly with some alcohol and bandage it up properly, but this was a lot better. Tessa was rather surprised about it all. "I don't mind at all, I'd rather have it be eaten fresh than have to throw it out later because it spoiled..." Conrad said. Alright that's 5 servings claimed, one left. "Well there's one thing left to be done and with Tessa helping, it'll go perfectly fine, but thank you for the offer anyways." Tessa then moved back to standing beside him asking him quietly whether he wanted to eat alone, with just Tessa or all of them together. He didn't really care all too much which option was chosen, except for the eating alone, he'd much rather have some company. "Shhh, it's okay calm down, take a few deep breaths. I wouldn't mind the company while eating, whether it's just you or all of them doesn't matter much to me. Come on we should finish up the dumplings." He said quietly to Tessa in a soothing tone as she was clearly not feeling okay as indicated by the rambling. He turned back to sift the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper into the bowl adding the shredded suet and the dried mixed herbs. "Tessa, if you could add in the chopped Parsley and add in a little bit of milk to the bowl, until I say there's enough in there." Conrad said stirring the contents of the bowl so that the seasoning would be present in most of the dough they were about to make. "Oh I nearly forgot, I am not sure if I have met you two before, I'm Conrad, pleased to meet you." He said addressing Beucette and Silvia
