Dubhán just sat down and waited when Qrow took a moment to sort out something with the other team and Lloyd was having a talk with Vice who didn't seem to be preparing very well as Lloyd had pointed out, Dubhán wasn't going to bail him out of the problem that he would get himself in by underpreparing by say sharing his rations. He had half a mind to ask Noire some things about the technique she used to dispatch the Ursa so easily, whether it was something special that would be worthwhile to learn, but he felt like it also came down to experience and physical strength. Dubhán heard Lloyd mention something about communication problems, sure Dubhán wasn't one to really talk about anything but in combat he would at the very least help direct their efforts to be more efficient. He wasn't the only person that was on his own as Arian was simply watching and waiting just like he was and if Dubhán was being honest the amount of time it took for the other team to do whatever they had to do was bothering him a little bit.

Dubhán smiled a little noticing that Noire was getting agitated by the other team taking their sweet sweet time to prepare as well he couldn't answer her question as he had arrived late to Beacon and not attended any lessons yet, but they were taking too long that was for sure. He observed her as she paced the agitation seemed to worsen until her scroll rang. She mentioned not going to hold their hands through this entire thing which was perfectly fine by Dubhán he didn't expect it to be that way, even if Noire wanted to it would be hard to do so when they were out there and things got tough. Everyone needed to pull their weight now. As Noire calledfor them Dubhán grabbed the backpack he had set down slung it onto his back and headed over. "
I am all ready, have been for a bit actually, let's get going." Dubhán said, not beating around the bush too much.

That miserable coward had paid him another visit he had fought hard again to not give him the satisfaction of his screams. It was the second visit in a single night for the vile sadist. The man better pray that Veceslav did not get free within his reach. However Veceslav was hearing unusual sounds from the building. Hearing doors blasted in. He heard his torturer groveling to whoever was in the hallway. "Wait just a moment. I got some beef with that good sir myself." Veceslav said as he kept his head down as far as his bonds allowed him to go. "I'm grateful for the rescue but what in Melitele's name possesed you to break into the prison to get me out?" the man said, his muscular torso with fresh wounds on it obviously alluding to torture. He couldn't wait to get his padded armour on again to ward of the blasted cold. And he hoped that he would run into the good lieutenant from earlier cause he had a very nice surprise for the man too.

Boreas remained seated on his glider, Torrin seemed to agree that it was like old times, just less gloomy. "
That's cause we're not home. Things are just a lot brighter 'round here..." Boreas said, not slowing down to make the turn and pulling a little ahead of Torrin and the rest as he did. He enjoyed the speed of it and the wind rushing through his hair. He slowed down a little looking behind him to let the others catch up to him and then falling back into place by Torrin's side. Boreas chuckled at Torrin's remark about their childhood games. "Sure that game was dangerous, but it was our way, it was the most thrilling game we had, I mean it wasn't the only game we had, but definitely the best if I must say so myself." Boreas added with a smile. He looked behind him, Tinarah didn't seem to do too well maintaining her balance. "Tinarah spread your feet apart a little more, makes it easier to balance it out and makes your stand stronger. Chrono, bend your knees a little, makes controlling it easier." Boreas called back to them. He wasn't an expert on it and he hadn't really used the other forms of glider keeping to his jetbike, but he had picked up a thing or two on the others.

Boreas sat waiting patiently on his glider as the others returned. He had a good laugh when Take and Torrin made their puns, even if they were absolutely terrible, he didn't care too much if they judged him for laughing at the terrible puns. He didn't fully understand the first pun but it didn't stop him from laughing. He hadn't really noticed the cat before, and he probably would continue to steer clear of the small animal. As Torrin pulled up beside him telling the others that he himself and Torrin would be leading the charge and telling them to be careful.

Before they took off Torrin looked at him questioningly asking how many layers he was wearing right that moment. He held up three fingers, after all he just wore his normal clothing beneath the super suit. "
And Yes it does fit under my armour." Boreas said as he followed Torrin into the skies, holding position beside him, they were holding back to make sure all the others would be able to keep up with them. "Just like old times eh?" Boreas asked his friend as they soared through the air on their gliders, his cape fluttered in the wind behind him. Everything was different now, Torrin had noticably changed, and he had undoubtedly changed as well six years was a long time after all. He looked behind him at the others noticing the small seat for the cat in Take's glider. Everyone had their own variation of the glider his own brandishing the wing design of the blade, Take's looked rather odd to him but either way it worked. Boreas was ready for a fight and he scanned for any sign of the enemy.

With his questions unanswered Boreas took it as a hint to simpl remain behind with Torrin then as he would have prefered. Not that Thallasa had been right about him having made up his mind, had either of them said otherwise he would have simply gone with the people that left. "
Good luck out there." Boreas said to those who left. After the others had left Torrin told them to get to work, Edna interrupted with some bad news and Boreas simply listened, holding his Glaive in his hand. The heroes had all been taken out as they fell back and regrouped springing a trap on them as they worked. After the fight they had been given the other day it didn't surprise him that the villains went about it that way.

He wasn't too surprised to hear of these developments if they had machinery to block out their magical powers, it didn't surprise him they had the resources to make all heroes disappear especially when taking them out while they were focusing on other matters entirely, now with a path forward being decided on Boreas listened to the plans put forward, Tinarah came with a surprisingly good plan, he liked it. It amused him that while the other day they objected to having a better plan than walking right into a trap and hoping for the best but right now they hardly had any alternative with the lack of information. It still amused him how attitudes had changed.

Torrin decided on going with Tinarah's plan making Boreas smile, he wasn't too much of a fan of the costumes though but he still like the idea of just being the rabbit, flying over the city on his keyblade glider drawing out the villains. Boreas excused himself and put his suit back on including the high collar of his cloak. Beneath his suit he kept his normal clothes on and for now he just activated his armour over it, he'd de-activate it when they were in the city. Going back outside he formed up his Keyblade glider and mounted up looking to Torrin. "
Ready and waiting. Let's draw some attention to ourselves." He said with a laugh deactivating his armour to reveal the costume, after being patched up he felt great and this sort of direct action plan was rather nice, even if it were a gamble, but he was confident at least in his own abilities to hold up, it wouldn't be the first sticky situation and he doubted it would be the last.

Master Thallasa listened attentively to his explanation and nodded in understanding. His work had paid off it seemed, she didn't seem to condemn his actions even appreciating his trust in her. Thallasa had concerns regarding not everyone would exactly fall in line and she felt that in time most would but not all of them, he felt the same way most people would eventually fall in line, but the few trouble makers he would bring to heel, especially now that his actions had been sanctioned by Thallasa. As she patted him on the shoulder he nodded. "
I'll keep my eyes on them, remind them of their duty if necessary, Master Thallasa." He said with a small smile on his face. "Thank you for your time and understanding."

With the healing taken care off and a rather surprising exchange with Thallasa Boreas left for his room, if they were to move out today then he would take a part of his costume with him that he liked. The green cape, minus the high collar though that part he wasn't too fond off. He fastened the torn and singed cape to his normal outfit and used the activator to put on his armour, minus the helmet. With everyone busy among themselves Boreas remained quiet and sat down until Thallasa called for them to move out and meet her in the front if they were ready to go on with the business. Boreas filed out behind her immediately as he was ready to go where ever it was that duty required him to go.

As Torrin joined them outside and said he needed to explain a new trick to them, first of he showed the other students how to make keyblade gliders. Then however came the keyblade transformations again, Torrin had taught him the trick back in the Dark Margins and was now teaching the others and Torrin seemed confident he was ready for another transformation. Boreas took a moment to think about it and then set his mind to the task. He summoned his keyblade and started working on the new transformation, lengthening the grip of his blade until it alone was like a staff reaching seven feet in length, at the tip of the staff the wing design merged with the cutting edge of the hook on his blade forming the blade with the guards twisting upwards to support and frame the blade, near the back of it a small hook formed completing his weapon. It was a weapon he was very familiar and skilled with as an infantryman and Boreas was glad that he could now use it in this war. It had taken him a while but he had transformed his keyblade into a Glaive-guisarme. He stepped away from the others to get enough free room to give his new weapon a few test swings, satisfied with the result of it, Boreas joined the others again, resting the butt of the glaive on the ground next to his feet and letting it lean lightly against his shoulder as he supported it with his hand.

Boreas looked to Torrin and smiled. "
Now this, my friend is something I can really work with. Thanks again for teaching me that trick." Master Thallasa said that those that wished to come with her ought to join her now. And those that wished to stay behind should do so, he knew that Torrin wanted to stay behind, Take had spoken up about the fact as well and Tinarah seemed to have the wish to stay as well. He wasn't sure where to go, on the one hand he didn't necessarily feel like he had to stay to clean up after the battle from last night and might be useful to Thallasa to keep everyone in line. On the other hand leaving would separate him from Torrin again, sure they had been separated last night during the battle but that was only for a short while and if Tinarah was going to stick, Boreas might be needed to bring Torrin back to his senses. Furthermore, Torrin might need a seasoned warrior at his side. "Master Thallasa, Torrin, I would prefer to remain behind, but should my duty require otherwise I would follow despite my own objections. Guide my blade to where it is needed most." Boreas asked their advice, the two of them both had ideas as to what sortof manpower they might need going forward, he would follow the path to where his duty would lead him.

All the others were fine now, he was the last to be healed, not taking away limited healing power from the more important team members. Thallasa held out her hand and he was bathed in soft green light and felt a soothing warmth spread through his entire body. The skin in his face had repaired and all of the pain had faded away in a matter of moments. He felt significantly better now than he had while doing his morning routine. "Yes, thank you Master Thallasa, I feel ready for action once more." Boreas said, between the morning routine, the good night of sleep and now this healing he felt in top shape. Then however came a question he knew would come eventually, perhaps he hadn't entirely expected it to come from Master Thallasa but now it was here. "I admit that it wasn't my finest hour, Master Thallasa." Boreas said hanging his head in shame, but the tone in which she had asked the question wasn't chastising, yes she criticised him and told him that he was expected to keep his head cool, but her tone was more one of curiosity.

He looked back up at her. "
It was the result of several things compounding until I exploded..." Boreas started. "Among others I had stayed awake the previous night to keep watch, with those villains having the advantage I expected them to press it with a night time or early morning raid, with no watch organised I took it on myself to keep watch, something that turned out to not be necessary. When we regrouped after taking the machine out and everything going south with the Chasers showing up Torrin gave everyone a set of instructions, as a soldier I am used to everyone around me doing their assigned duty and I know this isn't the army but at such a critical time with Heartless threatening to destroy the world, everyone needed to do their duty, I reminded everyone of that but it didn't help much and lead to the death of Adalric." Sure it wasn't a guarantee that Adalric would have lived had Qamar not interfered, but because of the circumstances Adalric had to intervene to save Qamar. "There were also the Chasers whose timing was simply too convenient and having the audacity to claim they only wish to help, spouting their lies. Two years ago my Master taught me to utilize my rage as a weapon, a forceful sledgehammer with which to break the enemy's resistance, to focus it outward rather than keeping it inside. I needed to call on it to even out the odds against my opponent, but I lost control of it when they disappeared, I had the opportunity to make our enemy pay, the opportunity was whisked away at the last moment and with no enemy left to direct my rage at I snapped completely and vented my rage to get it out of my system." Boreas explained, he wasn't proud of it especially not the last part of it where he had snapped completely and was taking his rage out on the pavement.

    "
I will endeavour to remain calmer in the future as you said is expected of me." Boreas added but he knew he couldn't make any promises on the matter, he always lost himself to anger in one way or another when entering battle it was simply the way for him, although he did retain a lot more control when not actively focussing his rage outward and losing his sense of self-preservation in the process. He had answered her question in all honesty and perhaps his work to at the very least prove Torrin and himself weren't as bad as they were made out to be had paid off in the fact she hadn't outright judged him for his actions but asked more with curiosity.

He heard Thallasa's voice from the other side of the door saying she was done with her meditation anyways. He disliked that he had disturbed her perhaps it would have been better to wait anyways. Master Thallasa opened the door and complimented him on his work for stitching up Aria. He personally didn't think it was that great a job that he performed but since it held until magic could be used it sufficed. "
Thank you, Master Thallasa." He simply stated with a slight bow of his head. He should have asked Aria how the wound was but judging from the way she was moving about the kitchen she had been fine now. He was probably among the last still beaten up from the previous day, with small tells in his gait and the fact his face still looked rather raw from his own fire, even after using the burn medicine from Take.

    "
As for my request, I apologise for disturbing you this early for this, last night you offered to heal everyone that needed it. I wanted to request it as well, but in my tired mind I couldn't really find the words and thus headed for my bed. In hindsight there were those worse off than me that needed it more, but if it isn't too much to ask would you be able to heal me? My opponent did more of a number on me than I realised, not to mention what happened from my own doing... All the others are already healed right?" Boreas asked, his own healing magic was rather weak and while he had been given a crash course treating wounds without magic he didn't have the luxury of time to simply rest more as they were to set out again today. Not to mention that he didn't know much more than the crash course had taught him and wasn't well-practiced.

Aria shuffled past him excused herself, Boreas simply cleared out of the way to let her pass and went back to eating. Illiana seemed to want to answer his question in a rather roundabout way adding things that didn't seem to answer his question at all. In the end it seemed to come down to drinking to forget? And alcohol waking her up? He was seriously questioning whether or not the girl had hit her head a bit hard when she fell the other day but remained silent on the matter. "I can't say that I agree with the sentiment of drinking to forget..." Boreas said between spoons of porridge that he was shoveling down. Torrin seemed rather concerned with the way Take had made the hot chocolate first time around, Boreas liked the stuff but Torrin really seemed to like it, the mention of sugar didn't bother him too much as Boreas hadn't had too much of it as Torrin had pointed out it was rare and as a lowly groundpounder he saw even less of it.

Torrin told him that he had found a more efficient way of training. "
Somehow I doubt you found a better way to keep up your physical strength, but if you did please do enlighten me." Boreas said challenging Torrin. In those six years Torrin had been gone his training regime had intensified to ready him for the field of battle and even then the first time he set foot on it, he still felt unprepared. A lot had changed since then, not that it mattered too much now that he was away from home. He just laughed when Torrin said not to take anything that would alter the state of mind during a war. "When you still have to do battle and you are at the start of the day? No that doesn't sound like a good idea, but there are exceptions, Torrin." Boreas said, he wasn't going to elaborate on those cases. It was to remember fallen comrades and celebrate survival and victory, but he wasn't sure whether Torrin would understand what he meant, it had been a long time since the two of them were apart.

Aria was teaching them how to make the hot chocolate and Boreas watched from a distance and listened to the instructions, it couldn't hurt to know how to make the stuff. Take asked Torrin what he wanted to ask him and Boreas was reminded that at his entrance Torrin had cut off. With the two of them talking Boreas simply raised an eye brow and finished up his bowl of porridge. He was reminded that the other day Take had mentioned something about overhearing Thallasa and Torrin speak, were they on about that right now? Take wasn't stupid enough to admit he listened in on Torrin directly to his face. He felt a little left out of it but he wasn't the only one present. As he finished up his porridge he rinsed the bowl and excused himself as Torrin and Take talked about Flammies and Illiana was criticised for her drinking.

Boreas excused himself and left for his room and freshened himself up, taking a look at himself in the mirror, before leaving his room again smelling a lot better than he did before entering and made his way down the hallway, some of the bedroom doors were open, he simply knocked on the door of Master Thallasa's room. "
Master Thallasa, I apologise if I woke you, but are you up? I have a request to make if it isn't too much trouble." Boreas said through the door, silently hoping he hadn't woken her up with his knocking.

Boreas was waiting for the water to boil and grabbed a bowl some cold milk and started to make himself some porridge as he waited for the water for his tea. Illiana joined him and take in the kitchen as well, asking him he had an eventful run. It was probably his smell that gave it away, either way it had been quiet. "
No it was rather quiet outside, rather nice to be honest." Boreas said, it had been nice although a little lonely without people running with him, perhaps he could have asked Take to join him but he had been hard at work repairing the house. When he saw Illiana drink wine at this hour he look at her a little quizzically. "Are you sure you should be drinking that at this hour?" He asked her, it was morning but far too early to drink wine, especially since there was nothing to really celebrate anyways.

Having made his porridge, his attention was drawn by Take who seemed rather unprepared to make the hot chocolate. "
Uhm I think when Aria did it she put cocoa powder in the warm milk, no chocolate needed. But that's as much as I saw her do it the other time she made it. I'll skip on the hot chocolate a bit too early for it I'll just have tea instead. And thanks for the offer for pancakes, I'll just settle for this porridge. And good job on the repairs you made, Take." When the water was done he poured himself some hot water and threw a tea bag in it and left the kitchen. In the hallway he passed Tinarah. "Good morning." He said as he passed her and headed back to the living room.

Torrin had told him he was doing a good job with his training schedule. "
I missed two days now, but still managed to get today in so I am still doing better than you." He said with a smirk on his face as he sat down in a chair, digging into the porridge that he had made, it tasted a little bland but it was nice nonetheless. "That sleep did me good, really needed that after the other day, that fight took a lot out of me." He still felt a little weary and bruised but he was mostly fine, he'd have to find Thallasa later.

Boreas slept peacefully and he dreamed of home but he had forgotten about it by the time he woke up. When he woke up Boreas found the burn heal by his hand. The vial was still filled, Boreas changed out of the superhero costume back into his normal clothing and washing the soot of his face from the previous day. It was still early and he heard something in the house but the sounds didn't bother him, they didn't sound alarming. He moved the curtains away and it was still dark, Boreas wasn't going to disturb anyone else and just started doing his exercises, he had skipped two days in a row now and wasn't going to continue to slack. When he did his exercises Boreas left his room and walked quietly past Take and Aria that were in the living room, didn't she have a room for herself what was she doing out here? Either way he wasn't going to question it, Boreas quietly left through the front door for a morning run without a word.

Boreas just ran through the city as the sun came up, it was relatively quiet out in the city as people were still waking up. He kept it fairly short but still spent more than an hour or two on his morning run. By the time he got back p the hill he was gleaming with some sweat, the cool morning air irritated the burning skin but not in too bad a way. He was still sore from the other day the exercise did him well though and prevented him from getting stiff. He'd have to ask Thallasa if she could heal him, his opponent had done a number on him and his own rage had done the rest. Walking up the hill he looked over the city, Torrin had said they were to be sent away from this place and he'd remain behind. Boreas would simply do as he was ordered as much as it pained him to be separated from his friend again after having found him after 6 years, he hadn't even had the chance to really talk to his friend. He had his duty to perform though, the easiest way to bring him home was to solve this situation.

Boreas took in a last deep breath of the fresh air and walked back into the home of Edna Mode. Inside he found that Take was still awake, Torrin was there, Aria seemed to be awake as was Glyde. "
Good morning." Boreas said as he joined them, Take was working in the kitchen on cocoa, at this point Boreas would settle for tea really. The hot cocoa was nice but he didn't think it was very hydrating and he would rather have something to quench his thirst right now. "How are all of you doing this morning?" Boreas asked as he simply walked over to the kitchen and joined Take in making tea, drinking a glass of water as he waited on the tea water to boil. He knew that he was a bit sweaty and he would freshen up a little now that he had the chance, before finding Thallasa and leaving this world.

Renza groaned softly as he gently pulled her closer and buried her face in his chest. It reminded him of looking after his little sister when she was ill. He held her close as the color returned to her cheeks, listening to her breathing he smiled, but it was a sad smile. They had saved her for now, but as Samuel pointed out she was still sick and they were here to solve this crisis and it had only gotten worse they should have prevented her from geting sick, even if they couldn't know about someone actively poisoning the water supply, as the clues hadn't pointed in that direction. Samuel then said he would go after Everette and that he should probably move her to the Main Hall, he didn't want to bring her there from what Samuel had said it was a miserable place, but he knew he couldn't let her stay here. "I'll stay here for a moment longer I'll be with you shortly..." Conrad said before Samul left.

Conrad held Renza close for a little while longer. "
You're going to be okay Renza." Conrad said. "We'll get that antidote and everyone is going to be okay. I'm going to have to help Samuel and Everette, I promise I'll come back and when I do we'll have what we need to make that antidote so you'll be all better again." Conrad said, he started wrapping her into a blanket when he heard footsteps coming his way, his hand went for the hilt of his sword not sure what to expect when he saw that it was Chief Yolvun coming to relieve him. Conrad gave her one last hug and told Renza that he'd be back soon, before turning to the Chief and thanking him and mentioning the stew in the kitchen was to be distributed as he saw fit, he didn't need to be told to take care of the girl as the Chieftain seemed fairly fond of the girl himself.

Conrad then headed out in search of his guild mates. With the directions Yolvun had given him he found them relatively swiftly. Upon meeting Everette and Samuel not too far from the inn Conrad looked at the two of them. "
The Chief will look after Renza until we get back, he is going to take care of her and bring her to the Main Hall as much as I hate for her to have to go there too. What have you discovered Everette?" Conrad asked, the Chief had seemed troubled when he came in but Conrad didn't ask about it then.

Boreas listened to Torrin's explanation about Darkness still infesting the world while external forces were sealed off. So they had just delayed it's fall if they were to leave now. And he intended to take it all on on his own? Torrin asked him which one had died. "The one you addressed when asking for my help in taking care of them. Dentro." Boreas said. So he intended to fight all this darkness on his own? After taking a blast like that? He knew Torrin was tough, fighting the Light Chaser an his students for a year, you needed to be tough. If Torrin wanted to send his close friend away then so be it. The villains didn't seem to be an issue that was theirs to solve at all but rather the natural order of things and he simply raised an eyebrow at Torrin when he told Qamar not to call Aria little princess. "You really want to take on all that on your own? I mean those villains seem to be part of the natural order of things around here, but that still leaves whatever is still sending this world to it's destruction." Boreas asked his friend.

Boreas was simply listening to the exchange between Aria and Qamar when in his arms Illiana stirred and demanding his attention. She moved beneath the cloak he had wrapped her in. "
We're still on the Plaza where we fought the chasers, the reason I am carrying you is that you were out cold and we're making ready to go to the Mode mansion, we couldn't leave you behind so I am carrying you. They tried to use magic to help you and Qamar patched you up but you remained out cold. If you want to try and walk leaning on me if you need to say so I'll put you on your feet, if not just lay back." She then asked about Koa. "He is not here anymore, he disappeared in a flash of light, both him and the other vanished when I had her on the ground." Boreas recounted. "We've all taken a beating today we're going to head back and rest up."

With a desire to try and walk made clear, Boreas set Illiana down on her feet and helped her walk back to the mansion, when Illiana noticed she was wrapped in her cloak she handed it back to him. He attached it back to his super suit and walked on. He was kind of glad that he didn't have to carry her all the way as he stumbled a few times from how tired he was but he recovered quickly. Once inside the mansion he stopped by Thallasa for a moment lingering there, considering to take her up on the offer of healing but there were others off far worse than he was he could always ask in the morning, he headed for his room to get out of the super suit and back into his normal clothes. He sat down on his bed still in his super suit and fell asleep with his keyblade by his side and his hand holding the burn heal Take had given him, unused.

Boreas hadn't heard Torrin's remark about not scarring Aria, too busy focussing on doing as good a job as he could and trying to stay awake. With Aria asking him whether it was going to leave a cool scar Boreas just smiled in amusement before answering. "
There's a good chance that it will, no guarantees though." He then heard the talk of Adalric's death. "We didn't just lose one of our own. The chasers paid in kind, one of them fell into a dark fissure after he had slain Adalric and started fighting Qamar who had started fighting alongside Adalric." Boreas added as he held Illiana. With Torrin calling for them falling back to the Mode mansion to rest up, good they were going to rest up soon he wasn't sure how much longer he was going to be able to hold out. But then Torrin addressed them all telling them they were supposed to leave this world behind because it was damaged.

He'd go where ever they were supposed to, others argued but he wouldn't the world was safe, damaged but safe, they could leave. Take gave him a medicine for burns. "Thanks Take and yeah it pays to be prepared." Boreas said and then Take walked away from Aria who then fell down. "
You alright there?" Boreas asked, she seemed okay because she started to fill him in on what had happened on their end. "Quietus? You mean those red orbs in the sky? Well that thing is titanic, it could probably draw on a lot of power, you're lucky to have survived that... Torrin is powerful but to stand against such power... I feel anyone would come up short." Boreas said she told him about the nightmare creature, the same thing that woke her when she screamed in the Council's Castle. He wanted to help up Aria by offering a hand but Qamar took care of it.

He had heard Master Asters response to the news of Adalric dying. It was her fault though. Adalric died protecting her, he only had to protect her because Qamar had interfered in their duel, Adalric was holding his own, taking hits sure and hardly able to strike Dentro back, but they were supposed to delay, not exactly win, all they had to do was delay and hold out long enough for the problem to be solved. Because she ignored her orders Adalric died and people got more hurt than was necessary. He kept the burn heal on his person and would apply it later before bed if he managed. "
I'll go where ever I am supposed to go. Why do we need to leave so badly though, the world is safe, right?" Boreas said, he'd follow Thallasa or Torrin's instructions to the letter.

Aria seemed to be rather willing to get some medical attention, he wasn't some expert and the best he could do was some rather decent patch up jobs depending on the severity of the wounds. From the way she was moving about the wounds in question were seriously bothering her. He silently hoped that he could make good on his promise for them as he was a soldier and not a surgeon, he had assisted them a few times over the course of the years and he understood some basic principles but he wasn't as well practiced, if he could do enough to get them to their feet for just a little bit it would be enough, they would be able to fall back, settle down and hopefully recover a bit from their hard fought battle.

Boreas gently put Illiana down, removed his own emerald cape from his costume as he wrapped her in it to help her preserve warmth even when she was already feeling a bit cold. He took a small pouch from his belt containing a few basic medical supplies and a small knife. As Aria leaned on Take, he knelt down in front of the two of them. "
You just gotta hang on a little more we'll be able to rest shortly. Now if you could just stay standing for a little bit I'll have a look. As I said I am not some surgeon but I might be able to patch you up a little. Take can you hold her up for just a little bit, I promise to be quick about it." Boreas said, looking up, his faced covered in soot and the dry, red skin of the light burns visible between the grimy patches.

Boreas quickly looked her over, bruises on her neck, bloodstain on her costume around her stomach with no cut in the fabric but from the way she had moved she seemed to hurt there, he asked her whether that was her blood and upon confirmation set to work. From the small pouch he took the small knife and took hold of the costume near the patch of blood, pulled it free and cut it open to get a look at the wound. It didn't seem to be bleeding as much anymore. He quickly cleaned up the wound with a bit of cloth and then did his best to suture the wound with silk thread to close it up. He didn't really give any warnings it was going to hurt a bit. Being exhausted didn't help his already limited knowledge and practice at suturing wounds. Luckily for him it was a clean and shallow cut. He didn't do a very great job at it but it was the best he could do at that moment. Something struck him as odd though, how was she cut but the suit had remained in one piece? It was something that could wait though, putting his things away he looked up at Aria. "
All done, it should hold, not the best job there is but it should do." He said, it was very basic and not the cleanest suture around but he thought it would do. He turned his attention back to Illiana kneeling by her side, Qamar had patched her up already so his handiwork wasn't needed and no one else had seen the need to call for his help he picked her up again and as he stood up he took a moment to regain his balance from the sleep that was trying to drag him down as he had burnt his energy quite litterally away in that fight. He hoped that Thallasa sounded the retreat soon so they could all rest like he suggested. While holding Illiana he turned back to Aria and Take. "Doesn't look like you fared much better than we did. What all happened?" He asked, with Torrin burnt, Aria cut without damaged clothing, Take seemed to hold up alright and so did Thallasa but with how bad it was on his own end he doubted they were left unscathed. And he was rather curious what had happened.

As Boreas swung his blade down he was blinded for a moment by the bright flash of light the blade that was supposed to strike down Chrysanteum, now struck nothing but the concrete pavement where she had been but a moment before. When the realization sunk in that he had been denied, the flaming aura surrounding him flared up as his anger at his opponents escape rose. In blind rage he slammed his blade into the ground at the exact spot his opponent was a moment before as if doing so would actually somehow harm his foe, the concrete cracked under the forceful blows that sent flames flying around him. He was hurting himself more by doing this but he was too angry to really notice. Gradually the attacks slowed and eventually Boreas stopped completely and cried out in anger as the aura around him dissipated and the flames on his blade died out. He was left standing there feeling exhausted, he was panting as the rage clouding his mind started to leave him as he accepted the fact he had won this battle. He started to feel the pain of his wounds too, the burns on his face and he realised that Chrysanteum had hit him quite well while he was blinded by his rage and his armour sported several new dents.

He finally dared to turn around to see the others were still there, how much of his fighting had they actually seen? He knew he had lost control there and it definitely wasn't very pleasant to look at. No, it doesn't matter you did what you had to. He told himself as he used the activator again to remove his armour again leaving him in the super hero costume, the cape was the only thing that had been present with his armour and the results of the battle were definitely visible. He saw that Aria, Torrin, Take and Thallasa had joined them again as well and while all of them looked beaten up they all lived through that great energy blast. Boreas started to walk the pain really setting in now and he stumbled a few times as he walked, Qamar went over to Thallasa to inform the arrivals of Adalric's death. Aria and Torrin seemed in bad shape, Tinarah was on the ground by her brother. Glyde was pointing at Illiana who was laying on the ground. He himself was feeling the waves of exhaustion batter at him, he wasn't going to give in yet though as there was still work to be done. He knelt by Illiana's side, she was still breathing seemingly just unconcious. He placed his hand on her shoulders and shook her a little. "
Illiana, wake up." He spoke as he shook her. He then noticed she felt colder than what was normal. He picked her up and started to walk to join the people that just came back. "Master Thallasa, Illiana feels rather cold, everyone is battered and at their ropes end. We ought to fall back, rest up, look after our wounds. Plan our next move..." Boreas said. "For those needing it I can take a look at their wounds, I doubt anyone has any strength left to cast healing magic after all that. I'll warn you though I am not an expert." Torrin looked rather battered, Aria had a crimson stain on her costume, he himself could really sleep after spending the night awake, Tinarah needed to rest, Qamar was rather beat up, Take seemed to be alright, but duty wasn't done yet he would rest when everything was said and done, he had to fight to stay awake just a bit longer.

Boreas didn't let up in his attacks even as Chrysanteum matched his stride. He only paused for a moment when the red energy was building up, a third orb appeared in the skies and was sent crashing into the city in the back of his mind it clicked, the two red orbs that moved they were eyes there was a titanic creature here and it was attacking something in the direction Torrin had left in. The heartless started to disappear but the great beast was still there and the thunder continued to split the sky as sound gradually returned to them. He wasn't dead yet and thus the fight continued, Tinarah tried to reason with them but Boreas was beyond reasoning at this point. Another earthquake made Boreas' footing a little unstable but his constant attacking prevented Chrysanteum from exploiting the momentary weakness.

The sky was starting to clear, he heard his name being called but didn't pay too much attention to what was said to him as he was solely focused on his enemies, for they were yet left standing as was he so the fight was not yet over even when Koa seemed to want to retreat after losing on of their own. When Chrys called out enough and lowered her blade he did not stop as his blade crashed into the barrier around Chrysanteum and the flames followed the swing lashing the barrier like a whip the instant before it exploded outward to him pushing him back. The explosion from the barrier combined with his own fire blown back into his face hurt badly despite Boreas' attempt to shield his face. The aura of purple flames was still around him and his keyblade was still wreathed in flames as he took a deep breath to gather himself again only to see Chrysanteum walk away from the battle as if he didn't exist. Chrysanteum may have been done with Boreas, but he wasn't done yet with her.

Boreas charged after her, leaving small purple flames in his footsteps. The skin of his face was starting to turn red from the flames reflected back at him, visible between the black streaks of soot that smudged his face that grimaced in pain and rage. He lunged at her stabbing his blade to the side of her, then on the backswing he used the hook on his blade to hook Chrys' leg followed up with a strong shove from his shoulder to bring her to the ground. Freeing his blade he spun around fully intending to spin and swing his blade down onto her.

Boreas got up to his feet after firing the repeating crossbow. He had struck the two other chasers not that it seemed to do much as the two ignored him and they split among their original battle lines again. The orbs in the sky had changed their position he liked the look of that even less, there was something really strange going on. He really didn't like the look of it, they weren't supposed to move like that. Then Glyde showed up near him. "Just do as you were asked and keep the Heartless at bay!" Boreas barked his voice full of irritation. From the corner of his eyes he saw someone go down for a moment with others rushing in to help. He hoped they could just hold out a bit longer that's all they needed to do he kept telling himself. He saw his opponent come for him and in the corner of his eyes people disobeying the instructions given, why couldn't these people just listen to simple instructions. Boreas then transformed his keyblade back to it's original form and moved to meet Chrysanteum.

Boreas parried the frontal attack but still felt the force of the blow go through his arms and it still hurt quite a bit but Boreas gritted his teeth and glared hatefully at Chrysanteum. This world was going down, they claimed they wanted to help yet here they were still fighting them. He didn't believe a word they had to say. As he distanced himself a little bit from his opponent and rolled his shoulder a little he saw what happened to Adalric. While his sacrifice was worthy of praise, it would have been unnecessary had Qamar followed instructions and not interfered. He felt the rage boil up at his comrade falling against these debased fork tongued vultures. As Boreas started his attack again on his opponent he was wreathed in
an aura of purple flames and his eyes only showed murderous intent. With his keyblade burning in those same purple flames he started relentlessly attacking Chrysanteum. Strike after strike, slashs after slash his vision was starting to cloud more and more focussing him down on the opponent that was in front of him. As he slashed, flames were flying off his blade and he could feel the searing pain of it hurting him as the fire burnt him as well as it flying all around, but at this point he was too far gone. The beast had awoken and it would be either glory or ruin now, he cared not which it would be as he savagely struck at Chrysanteum leaving few openings for a counter-attack as he continuously attacked.

His combination took his opponent off guard and he had done a number on her for sure, but his victory was short-lived as beneath his feet the ground exploded in darkness. Boreas was blasted away from his opponent. He sailed through the air for a few moments and crashed hard into the ground skidding across the concrete. Some debris pinged off his armour as he lay there with the wind knocked out of him, Boreas had hit his head hard and his vision blackened for a few moments. As he opened his eyes again his vision was blurry and the flashes of lightning blinded him for a moment. Boreas lay on the ground for a moment catching his breath as the breathing became harder from the darkness in the air. The sound of the thunder seemed to have gone and Boreas scrambled back to his void only to lay his eyes on a large crater where he had been standing earlier, darkness spilling out of it, not even back home did he see such things. As he looked up though he saw another orb had entered the sky a red moon had risen hanging by the other, Boreas didn't at all like the look of it, but there were more pressing matters to attend to, his comrades.

He had seen darkness after all he hailed from the Realm of Darkness but this, this was different. This darkness it felt oppressive, malicious. It felt evil, nothing like what his home was like. He removed his helmet and made it dissappear to at least get no restrictions to make it easier to breathe. He saw that Qamar had joined them, he had seen her from the corner of his eyes disobeying his instructions from earlier and interfering in the fight with Adalric who seemed to be handling themselves well. Tinarah had joined them as well. There was debris coming down from the buildings still but Boreas made sure none hurt him as he regrouped with Illiana Qamar and Tinarah, the latter two being embroiled in what seemed like a fight the Glyde was intervening in. As he walked he definitely was hurting but he trudged on regardless, casting a cure on himself as rejoined them. "
Now listen her-" Boreas couldn't hear himself as he spoke normally so he raised his voice like he did before. "NOW LISTEN HERE, LOOK AROUND YOU TAKE A GOOD HARD LOOK THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR THIS IF YOU WANT TO TEAR EACH OTHERS HEADS OFF DO SO AT YOUR LEISURE WHEN THERE ISN'T A WORLD GOING DOWN. YOU'RE ACTING LIKE CHILDREN FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. QAMAR YOU SAID THIS WASN'T THE ARMY AND YOU ARE RIGHT IT ISN'T BUT OH DO I WISH IT WAS CAUSE THEN THIS RIGHT HERE WOULDN'T BE HAPPENING. GO RIGHT AHEAD DO WHAT YOU WILL I KNOW NOTHING I'LL SAY WILL GET THROUGH THOSE THICK SKULLS OR EGOS OF YOURS ANYWAY SO DO AS YOU PLEASE DAMN THIS WORLD TO DESTRUCTION I AM GOING TO KEEP FIGHTING UNTIL THE BITTER END." Boreas shouted before taking his leave, he spotted his opponent, knelt down one knee, changed his keyblade into a repeating crossbow and fired off a volley of small fireballs at the approaching chasers.
